[name removed], the warranty guy is great. Had a number of issues with the AC and heater about nine service / fix times. A few plumbing issues, main water valve outside the house leak, shower repair that the builder/ VH quality inspector knew about and was never fixed before we moved it and took 3 months after we moved in to fix.( master shower flooring and HVAC) and the service manager, [name removed] I don’t trust him at all. From all the warranty vendors that have come into my house to do repairs, I talk to them and ask questions and they’ve told me some interesting things about whats happened during the building of my house and the two prior attempts at selling it before me, and when I asked [name removed] about that HVAC system he denies it. I don’t believe all the different warranty vendors are wrong. Your customer service before the sale was awesome and [name removed] was great! Customer service for like the first 3 /4 months was very bad. Even had to meet with think he was the project manager of the community. But I do wanna emphasize that working with [name removed]. The warranty guy is great. I trust him and only him and nobody else hopefully moving forward won’t have to file anymore warranty claims. At this point, I couldn’t recommend [name removed] Homes to a family member or friend..

So I am starting to notice more things with my home. Floors upstairs are squeaky or move in both bathrooms. Walked into one of the bathrooms and the whole floor made noise so when u walk on it it moves and the master bathroom floor at night lets out like a pop can’t explain, the pipes from the washer upstairs are so loud you can hear. There is no air flow in master bed room/bathroom or closet it gets super hot(just called ac people appointment set for this Friday). And the list goes on and on. My backyard which is awful both my service dogs have hurt themselves because of the hard holes (now I am dealing with that on top of trying to get my house things corrected. The thing that spins on the top is so loud that it is hear through out the house when the wind blows. The front door let water in when it was raining. I am overwhelmed. There is always something not to mention all the awful job they did when making this home. I am now scared that after the one year warranty I am going to be left with a bunch of things that I will be having to pay to get done or fixed because of the awful job. I continue to hear that it is cosmic etc. What I don’t understand that all the other homes I walked are not crappy they are not using all these cover ups the walls or ceilings seams are uneven the light switches popping out of the wall, and I hear that is the way it is ir supposed to be like come on I see the walls are not even the closet wall is wide then it gets narrow. It is unbelievable how much crap is wrong with this house. Imagine this being ur home and you are sitting their relaxing and u look to the Sides and to the ceilings u start to notice there is no tape and flow on none of the walls it looks like a kid went in and put some sort of glue to make sure it looks even then u start walking around the house and it gets worse. Would you be happy would you be content? No because it is awful the way it looks it was done with no care in the world and now its become a problem because now that I have noticed it bothers me and I have been calling and inquiry about the process of how all this dry wall/tape flow light switch’s etc should be and all have offered to come and look and tell me if I am wrong.

This home was built with no emotions or care in the world. Actually this home was built by drunks and I am sure completed by drunks. The inside of the home is very sloppy, nothing is uniform some walls squeak when u lean on it, window seals are uneven, floor moves, the tape and flow is awful everything is so un even u can see ceilings and walls are very un even. Also, this home costed so much not sure how it passed inspections of everything I had a gas leak in my garage for a while freaking year with out even knowing, the AC does do it’s job the cold front we had in December let in all the cold wind through my doors and windows couldn’t keep the house warm. My backyard had deep holes they tried to fix it by adding sand my dog is allergic to sand so my service dog can’t even go outside to potty, not to mention both my dogs pulled their knee caps with those holes racked me a vet bill as well with sand allergy…I’m in the process of writing a letter to corporate. I can keep going on and on but the more I talk about it just makes me even more upset of how I trusted this builder to deliver a beautiful home and I would have only a few issues of course that didn’t happened it has cost me so much money, in vet bills, not working due to letting handymen come and try to fix issues which they made worse, also of which I also had to lease back my old home due to my home not being ready had to relocate for a month to west Texas due to no one wanting to lease out a home to dogs etc it’s so much. If u want to see what the ceilings looked like before they came to work on some areas inside come see my garage ceiling

They each took the time to explain things to me since it was my first home purchase, and [name removed] extensively explained different components about my home, where things are located, fixed issues that were present, and taught me required maintenance multiple times upon request. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

We had soooo many questions being that we are first time home buyers and there was so much patience working with us as well as we wanted to see the house at least 6 different times before signing and everytime we were able to go same day which was really nice (we wanted to make sure we still loved the house each time) ! We also worked with wes who helped with any questions and checked multiple times after move in that everything was perfect in the house ! Truly loved working with [name removed] Homes !

This is our first home after leaving the military. And we were impressed with josh he went over and beyond. Especially when we got in late after 9:00 pm. And he made sure he was there to give us the keys.

I liked how well maintained the home was. I did not like that I had to delay closing by a day because my inspection items were not completed in a timely manner. However, once I advised that I would not be closing until the items were addressed, they took care of everything quickly. The only reason I gave the quality a 9 is because there is a hole behind the stove that needs to be sealed up, my floor still has some paint on it from when the painters painted the home, and some of the grout was not fully removed from my shower and bathroom tiles. In addition, the front entry and rear doors are not properly sealed. One item that I'm concerned about is one of the patio posts is not fully on the slab and is hanging about one and a half inches off the slab and I'm afraid that will lead to problems down the road.
