We have been here for 10 months and there is still a lot that was never fixed. We have scheduled repairs for a few things just the other day but other items that were on the list to be fixed since the first day we moved in and were promised to be fixed by our construction manager, warranty person were never fixed. We are still waiting for those repairs to be scheduled which we were told is another company but we get no answers or results.

Nothing, our 2 floor feels like it’s fixing to fall in some area. We have been waiting for about 2 months for someone to call, nothing. There is a huge gap, between the stairs and the foundation outside.

They're incredibly genuine and trustworthy and I felt were a great representation of the company. My experience with [name removed] has been nothing short of amazing.

I like the model home lay out of view home. When signing the contract I was told that the house I was signing for was the same as the model home except for a few color choices and the bathrooms. I did not like that half way throw the building when the dry wall was put up the house was not like the model home. There was no patio and that was not briefed. Once I asked to add on a little patio; I was told that was not possible due to contract already created.There were stairs added in the garage and no opens to chance. I was told all flooring was tile wood in living room and dining area but once house was close to closing the living room ended up having carpet. I liked my builder [name removed] and how available he was because I was not able to get information about what was going on with my house through out the whole process but I was able to get in contact with the builder very quickly. All in all the communication between all parties was very poor in the whole process which had been very fustrating.

Delays were very frustrating which led to me to spend more money out of pocket while waiting. Action items that were supposed to be taken care of were not during the final walkthrough. My kitchen sink was severely scratched and this was shown to [name removed] with home warranty during the walkthrough last week.

There are several items that still have yet to be completed that are broken or unfinished by [name removed]. We are about to hit our 6 month mark and they have barely fixed one item out of the several that they were supposed to have repaired when we moved in. There is a hole at our water meter that was supposed to be filled and still has yet to be filled, even after my elderly father in-law fell into it.

Lack of Amenities are concerning as we have not heard anything about it being updated. We pay $500 for little compared to other subdivisions. We have been trying to get few items fixed in our home since March, but have had trouble getting workers to the residence.

My wife and I are very satisfied with our new home. The only thing that I have a complaint about would be the poor quality of building material used on the fence. The wood is very thin and cheap, needs to be better material.

I feel that promises weren’t kept. For example, cleaning my driveway from the construction marks. I was told to contact [name removed] and I tried, was told he would be there weeks ago…he never showed up. Things like this make me lose faith in a company. Also, my home is a “smart home” but that ONLY applies if I pay for the security system. The HUb for my lock, lights and A/C is no longer available unless I pay for the additional system. Other than that I love my home!

The delay. But most of all, when we signed for our upgrades we were told that we couldn’t put a big concrete slab in the backyard. Then, two houses down, they put in a slab like we wanted with those neighbors.
