Sales person was not honest. Site foreman, [name removed], was awesome extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Went out of his way to answer question and concerns.

miscommunication throughout the process and date changes.. short notices to provide documents requested by loan officer. There were multiple cosmetic issues/repairs needed to be done after closing due lack for attention to detail.
