Good Morning, I'm reaching out to express my concerns with the overall quality of the home we purchased 04/15/2025. I will list the issue from day one. We need the windows and door not sealing correctly and the piles of dirt blowing in corrected. Please 1. Incorrect Air purifier installed purchased a Super V system and something else was installed. 2. AC unit condenser was bad from day one. Multiple attempts to fix. 3 different vendors brought in finally the 3rd vendor resolved the issue. 5 Requests submittedWall was cut opened to access AC lines. 3. Front Windows and Front door not sealing correct. 4 warranty request submitted still not fixed. We were told by construction [name removed] that the home has a seal test done to verify there are no leaks or pressure lose. 4. Front yard sides of home rock wall not installed. 6 months to resolve! 5. Guest bathroom tube fixture loose. repaired once loose again. 6. both Toilets not installed correctly, Issue resolved. 7. Stucco Crack front of house. Issue corrected. We do understand this is part of the home settling. I would like to express my gratitude to the folks that have come out to correct these defects. They make every effort to correct. Communication is outstanding! Their customer service skills are the best. Thank you

Country property taxes charging me land taxes for the whole year. I had to deal with it and title company never heard from them. I called them, they answered, they told me that will contact me, never called me back. A totally disabled vet dealing with Texas with 70% cohesiveness, not good business for Vets. I like the house, but I will recommend any Vet to find a guardian to look in every inch of the contract before signing it.

had an issue with A/C unit ended up being the compressor. To get to this point of having to push, call, email, again and again. Extremely frustrating. [name removed] is wonderful and extremely helpful. However the fact that the field service folks told me multiple times that it is what it is we've done all that we can. Not true. Also purchased a super v system. wrong unit was installed, again had to push, call, email, call. just to get what was paid for installed. extremely frustrating. The 5 month inspection was scheduled. no one showed up, called, followed up. I had to again Call, email, follow up just to get this scheduled. Frustrating. Don't feel that what was sold vs what actually happened is the same. Would not recommend [name removed] homes.

I love that [name removed] [name removed] made the process as easy as they could. I loved the weekly updates on the process of the build. I love that they have checked in with us even after the deal was done and we closed. It makes us feel valued. Highly recommend??

[name removed] has been instrumental in guiding us through the model homes and the entire process while keeping us consistently updated. The supervisor has been very responsive to our questions, providing clear explanations along the way. Since moving into our home, [name removed] and the warranty department have been proactive in addressing any deficiencies that have arisen. Overall, our experience with [name removed] [name removed] has been very positive.

Before I moved into this home I had an inspection done and asked them to to fix the things on the inspection list, however they did not fix thing I couldn’t really get to like the roof, there was a cap on there that wasn’t sealed properly and because they decided to not fix it, we got a leak. Also poor craftsmanship when a towel holder falls off the wall.

There is too much red tape, and if the technology does not work, new professionals will not be able to function. I can buy myself a Porche with less paperwork and fine print. Besides, I am a bit disappointed with HOA because there are no mailboxes available, and the residents have to drive 6 to 10 miles to get their mail; the pool is open but is not, and I cannot take my grandchildren to the playground (I have to go to the rented area to let my grandchildren enjoy a playground, the pool has a playground but it is closed), no sweep the streets, no food trucks during the weekends, and they want us to pay the HOA. Also, this constitutes a breach of contract with a written commitment service that wants financial support without delivering. But overall, it was ok.

I especially liked [name removed] (salesperson), [name removed] and [name removed] (superintendents) were very professional, helpful, respectful and responsive. I disliked that inordinate amount of paint splatter inside and outside of the house. On the inside, I had to go through the entire house on my hands and knees and remove the excessive splatter on the tile using soapy water and a razor. Before moving into the house, I pointed out the paint splatter to [name removed] (walk-through coordinator) and requested that it be addressed by move-in; however, it was not taken care of so I had to do it myself.

From day one, exploring homes with desert view was simple. Ours sales representative [name removed] went completely out of his way over a holiday weekend to make sure we were satisfied with the model of home we chose and location to build in. He spent 3+ hours with my family showing model homes. We did not have an appointment and had no expectation of settling on a decision that day. With his help, it was hard not to leave that day without locking in a lot. The best customer service I have ever received.
