So far I haven’t had a dislike with DVH, but I’ve been in my house for about 11 months and have found several cosmetic problems that I was warned would occur. I am waiting till the 12 moth mark to submit the work order as instructed by the home maintenance company and will follow up with another review after that.

I don't like the fact that we still haven't received our HVAC binder, even after we've asked for it, several times. I have had issues with my dishwasher, they came out once to fix the problem, it worked properly for a little bit and went back to the same issues. I don't like that the repair service isn't local so I have to wait weeks before someone will come out and then the time range is odd, so I have to be home waiting.

The building experience was extremely unsatisfactory. [name removed] only were we past our move in date by 2 months but we had to fight for weekly updates and the employees basically refused to deal with my wife, the primary buyer.

I was having a issue with the draining with my washing machine, I contacted dvh and even though it wasn’t something they covered everyone on every level from the seller [name removed], builder [name removed], and home warranty adviser all helped me to get it fixed. I am very happy with desert view homes.
