[name removed] was attentive, kind, and willing to walk with us step by step — especially important as first-time homebuyers navigating a new country, language, and system. The process wasn’t always easy, but [name removed]’s willingness to explain everything clearly and find ways to support us financially and logistically made a huge difference. We always felt heard and supported, and for that we’re very grateful. We love our new home, and we're excited to start this new chapter!
