After purchase of home I had to miss over a dozen days of work for warranty repairs. Don't under stand why you schedule and appointment to send a rep to see what's wrong and the schedule another day for someone to repair it. I had several issues with my hvac. Whenever desertview employee comes out they say it's fine. Bit when they actually had hvac technician come he stayed I needed different registers and he would let his boss know. Never got a response and then desertview rep comes out and states my registers are fine. I have had issues balancing out the air flow through out my house since day 1. It has almost been a year and still not satisfied with the air flow. Guess I will have to pay hvac company to come out and do it right after my warranty expires. I feel let down and have had such a poor experience with desertview. I will ensure I never purchase another home from them and will not hesitate to share my experiences with anyone who ask. Currently I have another request in and still waiting on a response on when to schedule a repair. My warranty ends on 12/8. Thats only 2 days away. Even though when they were here for another request I was told to submit another.

Everything was great, a few minor issues but the it was corrected very quickly

It doesn't feel like a new home. We had a price increase of $50k and we are having to fix many things. Even after they fix it, they have to come and refix it. When we request to get it fixed, they take forever to schedule it and for some things they don't want to fix it..always an excuse as to why it cant be fixed.

It was a smooth process. Only one thing is that one of the toilet seat is old and yellowish

Warranty service is ok, but the house quality is extremely bad. Most of the door are misfit, soundproofing is zero, cabinets are worst quality, workmanship is even worse. It is like they rushed it
