My only dislike is, one of my sinks has a hair line crack and the told my they were going to get back to me, I'm still waiting and that was over a month and some change ago.

What I dislike about my desert view home are the quality of the fixtures and quality of the paint of the interior of the home

Seems like everyone contractor Desert View hired did a horrible job. Cement pourers, sheet rock tapers, and framers. We had to tell them about a missing upgraded door in the garage, 3 kitchen windows were to low at one point, then they set up to high, high outlets were not initially installed, outlets were installed after I brought to there attention. Laundry room was missing the upgraded cabinets until mentioned. The kitchen island has a bump on the floor and it’s not straight. Stucco contractors had to redo some areas in the court yard. The painter painted the wrong color in the whole interior. We had delay after delay after delay, all these events caused us to keep extending the interest rate lock we had since January of 2022. We ended up closing April 14th due to so many extensions. Desert view is still not 100% finished with our home. We made a list of items to be completed before closing and some of those items are pending. I can go on and on. We are tired of asking and calling. Buying a home should not be so stressful. Truly disappointed!

Master bedroom closet needs an ac vent. It gets really hot in the closet. Still a shame on the stucco work.

Seems like lots of shortcuts were taken on purchase of a 300,000 home. Stucco is bad quality work and very sloppy and being able to see the touch ups inside the home is disappointing.

There was some back and forth regarding the loan selection process, which I didn’t appreciate. Everything else went well.
