There are se There are issues that bother me. The paint on the exterior is awful. On a scale of 1-10, would I give this house a 3. Too many places with spilled paint. Front and back patio. The garbage disposal crapped out after a few months and water damaged the particle board. There's water spots showing through the rocks by the drive way, and the back patio. Obviously water is leaking from someplace. I'm thinking from the watering system. I wish it was different. Knowing what I know now. I wouldn't have bought this house.

I love my house design, I think the builder was very friendly, and guiding me through the process to completion. What i disliked, I think the back landscaping wasn’t level for I see standing waters not draining well, and the bathrooms doesn’t have window opening for ventilation. Overall am happy with the building and desert view homes

There isn’t really anything that I dislike about desert view homes but there are a couple of things I would to be fixed while it’s still under warranty but I wasn’t sure if I need to put that all in before the end date or if there will be another walk through to go over what those things are. That’s is all that I have

I have few issues with my house. For example a/c and heater does not have good flow to one of the room. When I called the warranty request I was told this issue is in all the house and we can’t really do anything about it. I have paid a lot of money for this house this is not acceptable. Same thing have happened to sink leak, the leak still preside after I have called warranty request. There cracks coming in at the bathroom and kitchen counters. This is not right!

As this was a new experience for us, it helped us understand what was happening and where we were in the process. We appreciated the team giving us a final walkthrough and getting us ready to take delivery of the new home. Well done all around.

Most warranty services were pretty quick. Landscaping in the front yard was a bit of a mess. My boyfriend had to fix the drips and replant a plant because the landscapers were not getting it done and all our plants were dying.

There is nothing that I have disliked about my warranty service. Every individual that has helped me out from submitting my claim and getting the issues resolved have been phenomenal. Great service and the contractor always try to go the extra mile to make sure it gets fixed to the best of their ability.

The issues going on in my home are due to rushed work. There is no primer on the outside paint on the boarders and the rock in the front landscaping was from some that was left over.

Despite my home being complete 1 month before my move in, there are still some things that needed to be cleaned up/fixed. The personnel that helped me were all extremely helpfully, giving me weekly updates on the progress of the home. Overall experience with them was wonderful. Only real complaint is related to the finishing touches on the home.

Nothing to report in regards to dislike! However, the “Like” is more a “LOVE”!! The company is incredible. The representatives are even more incredible. [name removed] to be specific was a godsend. He not only kept us comfortable in a very scary first time home buyer situation but he put us at peace through the entire process. From picking of tile to the constant doubts as first time home buyers, he assisted with everything. Day or night. Even on sick days. [name removed] and his team were there!! Couldn’t be more satisfied with desert view!!

I have submitted 3 request under the warranty and no one has even called to help me out in any way. While I understand that the company is busy, this is very poor management and poor customer service. I had water seeping in through the base board when it rained and the hack of a job they did to 'fix' it was subpar to say the least.
