Garage is too small. Bigger closets needed in smaller bedrooms. Grabbars needed in shower. Longer drive ways.

On the first day I moved into my new house, I realized the water heater wasn't working. I submitted a warranty request, and in a short time, someone was at my house trying to fix the problem. It turns out the water heater has some defective parts, and the problem hasn't been resolved yet, but Gordon did everything he could to help me fix the problem as quickly as possible, and I'm very grateful for that.

The way of contract and purchase was fast and easy. Mike was awesome and made us feel valued. Gordon was able to fix some issues that happened but we are missing one one or two issues. Overall Gordon made us feel valued

Communication was excellent. The support after moving into the home has been outstanding. Desrt View has an extraordinary group of employees to support you after you move in. To mention some: Gordon Ricketts and his entire team, Manny the site manager and of course Justin Ortega the home sales person. Even the Desert View mortgage officer, Jaeza Marciano. Over all wonderful group of people.
