Private Inspector found a good amount of issues including a missing tile on the roof, and took 3 weeks for me to get a missing break. If I was more on top of it probably would of been fixed fast but at the same time it was found during orientation and with private inspections so I assumed it was taken care of.

They are super fast to get things fixed but honestly I I think things should not need to be fixed with a brand new home. Mounted a TV at my leaving room and some nails came out from the stud, the lotnolium flooring unglued from a corner. The sheet rock tape is visible in some parts of the house and its made of cheap material I wish I would've know all this before purchasing it. Other than that it's a wonderful area to live in.

Workmanship in my home is not up to par.. a lot of portly installed electrical sockets and light switches uneven floors , nails not hammered down on carpet , which we let them know about before signing we were told it would be fixed by the time we lived in but nothing was fixed .. and from other friends near by apparently we’re not the only ones with these issues

Some basic things that should not have been missed, were. For example, the factory installed plug in the garbage disposal was not removed during installation, causing the dishwasher to drain into the sink overflow valve. The water catch pan under the furnace/ air conditioning unit was leaking, causing water marks on the ceiling of the garage, but we caught it before more damage was done. We have also had several pieces of vinyl flooring lift up, especially where an appliance or furniture is sitting on it. We have also noticed that the cabinet finish is not very durable. We do like the energy efficiency of our house, and the good neighborhood that it's in.

However, as far as the other employees that are to attend to our warranty request, in our case plumbing, were never on time as scheduled. We either had to wait a couple of hours or were rescheduled for another day.
