Throughout the purchasing process during quality inspections and walk through I identified a water mark on the base of a restroom door to which my concerns on existing water damaged were not accepted and dismissed. It was later identified that in fact there was a water leak inside the home.

Honestly it was a whole process but after all everything was worth it, real happy and comfortable with the house. Id recommend to family members or friends.

Quality of build is horrible. Custome services XXXXX s for repair and calls don’t get returned biggest regret I have is purchasing a Desert Virw Home and second you don’t even have the right address for my home just goes to show the kind of attention your company pays to detail

My purchase experience with desert view was overall good. I appreciate Mr. [name removed] work ethic, and hard work. He made sure the last details of my house were of my likings. I understand he took over the area at last minute, or something. My only suggestion is for future constructions, please make sure that the construction workers have a place to heat up their food, and restroom facility. I did not I appreciate coming into the house for my private home inspection feces stains on all three bathrooms, dirty microwave and empty popeyes chicken boxes on my kitchen counter.

The only problem I had at the end is when issues that were found in the walk through were not completed diligently and rushed so we can sign off on home.
