We had 3 builders, one of which refused communication for over a month. We had 3 framers, over of which no called no showed for weeks, with no action from [name removed] Homes. This has also caused issues with the build quality. Our walls aren't straight. It is very apparent with the wood floors. We were given dozens of completion dates. The entire build took 507 days.

inspections with vendors needs to stringent there were small small items that were either missing leaking missing cosmetic part or job left unfinished, require more detail quality work.

We were completely mistreated towards closing and there were a lot of work that were not done right. We closed October 29, and as of December 20, there's still work left to complete. There was no care about our experience and the only focus was to close so everyone can get their bonus and move on. I will NEVER recommend [name removed] Home. So disappointing. There's a lot of over promising and under deriving. The utter dismissals and disregard for us as customers is truly heart breaking.

The thing I like most is your commitment and responsiveness to warranty issue. The other is the elegance of the homes. What can be improved are larger closet sizes and inclusion of linen closets in your lake forest designs.

In the personal selections phase, my my consultant did not make me aware of all of the options that were available to me when designing my home. Had a not been for the fact that I have been through this process once before on a different bill with [name removed] Homes the things that I do have in my home right now would not have been included. I even had to remind her when we were done that she did not walk through the choices in the bathroom with me or anything related to fixtures. She was just going to choose what she thought was best for me I guess based on her past experience without even consulting me. I raise this point to her and we didn’t go back and she walked me through the options for the bathroom but again headed not been through this process I would not of even known that that was something that I was supposed to be given the opportunity to select. In the construction phase I was disappointed that I had several building supervisors which prolonged the build process and resulted in numerous construction issues. I had to come and check on the work EVERY WEEK, and I was always finding something. I felt like I was the PM much of the time. If it weren’t for my salesperson [name removed], who went to bat for me many many times to get things right(not his job) this process would have been a complete nightmare. Based on my first experience with [name removed] I felt like I had top-notch supervisors who were concerned about the quality of work being done in my home. This go round however the quality of building supervisor was haphazard and for me it didn’t turn around until the very end with my final building supervisor. I believe that [name removed] should strive to provide a more consistent build experience for all the homeowners

Communication is an area where there is opportunity. My very last builder [name removed] is an effective communicator, returns calls in a timely manner and his example should be emulated across the company. [name removed] was exceptional through out the process. Even when things were not going well with the prior builders she showed empathy and helped us go through the finish line.

The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is lacking. Second, we have the same exact model of our house one the side and backside of our home. The brick that was chose by the other home is almost the same. There needs to be rules on building the same exact floor plan clustered up to one another. I wouldn’t of build here if we thought [name removed] would be uncaring about these facts.

the whole process was very difficult to deal with specially the time frame to get the house ready. But post home ownership the warranty guys specially [name removed] has being on top of everything that was not done right by the contractors or sub-contractors. We had the front and back door issue that was quickly resolved etc. Over all I think [name removed] [name removed] needs to keep up with the quality and craftsmanship. A commitment to its homeowners on delivering the home on time without any issues

There were a few headaches throughout the build process. Wrong countertops initially installed, lights no in straight line, etc. Most items were eventually resolved. We still have issues with clanking noise coming from bathroom vents after a few attempts to fix. Still not satisfied with this problem as we have never experienced this in previous homes from different builders. Warranty representative has been very nice and willing to help.

Warranty has been great. He responded to heat issues quickly while I was out of town and my family was home. The only portion of this process that has been easy is the warranty items getting completed. The sales personnel continued to make commitments that were never met. The builders were the same. I had to delay the closing of my house for almost 2 months that cost me thousands of dollars. I had to surrender my dogs because I could not have them in an apartment. My children were heart broken and still ask about them. All I was told was well the contract you signed says we have X amount of days from permit. I understand contracts but when you’re told that this is just a safe number and they can get your house done quicker that’s what you expect.

The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is lacking. Second, we have the same exact model of our house one the side and backside of our home. The brick that was chose by the other home is almost the same. There needs to be rules on building the same exact floor plan clustered up to one another. I wouldn’t of build here if we thought [name removed] would be uncaring about these facts.

There were a few headaches throughout the build process. Wrong countertops initially installed, lights no in straight line, etc. Most items were eventually resolved. We still have issues with clanking noise coming from bathroom vents after a few attempts to fix. Still not satisfied with this problem as we have never experienced this in previous homes from different builders. Warranty representative has been very nice and willing to help.
