They don’t pick up or return the calls we have been trying to contact them because the two rooms downstairs are always warm even when the whole house is freezing but no reply. [name removed] happy about that

There were a few headaches throughout the build process. Wrong countertops initially installed, lights no in straight line, etc. Most items were eventually resolved. We still have issues with clanking noise coming from bathroom vents after a few attempts to fix. Still not satisfied with this problem as we have never experienced this in previous homes from different builders. Warranty representative has been very nice and willing to help.

During the building phase there were several delays which forced us to rush in the home or be left to stay in a hotel. There have been some items such as paint splattering, missing molding, crooked molding, open spacing in the stairs, surface area around can light over cut (you can visually see the overcut in the sheet rock), paint on the windows and a few other items I didn't think would appear with a builder such as [name removed] [name removed]. We did a walk thru but unfortunately some things you just can't catch until you live in a house. I do love my home just wish the product quality would be up to what was promised.
