There was a strong lack of communication about specific contract questions, often up until the last moment, that isn't a pleasant experience when asking questions about closing etc. Additionally, there was an electric outlet that was exposed to water somehow on the outside which caused a breaker to trip, that wasn't ideal but not the end of the world.

The experience from contract to move-in was smooth and well-coordinated. The builder and the team maintained clear communication throughout, keeping me informed and confident at every step. I appreciated the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished home. Additionally, the minor changes I requested were thoughtfully considered and addressed, which made me feel that my preferences were truly valued. Their responsiveness and commitment throughout the process made the overall experience very positive.

I felt the sales associate wasn't honest about an island waterfall. The sales associate raised their voice to me over the phone over the matter.

Every step of the way was very easy. My sales agent [name removed] and Builder - [name removed] were exceptional. [name removed] went above and beyond to make my dream home come true. She was patient, thorough and gave the right suggestions. Build [name removed] delivered a flawless home which is very rare. He made me feel valued, and was very responsive.

Too many issues that we've been dealing with for a new house! From the unfinished or bad work that required revisiting, to new issues that keeps on coming up.

I disliked the seller [name removed]. He was misleading. He had me take off work to set with builder but wants I got to the meeting he tells me that I was not allowed to make any changes and I was forced to purchase home plans as is. The first builder was horrible. What I liked most and who made me even want to continue with Grand Homes was the second Builder [name removed]. He was responsive. This is my first home and he did his best to make me feel better about the situation. He stayed in contact with me and I feel he was honest. I couldn’t do anything but respect his efforts. I wish he was there from the start. Would I recommend Grand Homes to someone - not without a backstory. I was pumped up about “grand” homes and have been terribly disappointed. Would I recommend [name removed] the builder - Yes I would.

I like everything about grand home my builder was amazing. The only thing I had a bad experience with was when my wife went to the designer center the person keep rushing her to pick item. And when she pick they she would so oh why you pick that. There was a lot of thing to pick I wish they would give her more time and help her with the process not rush her.

Sales and design team 10 out of 10. Warranty division is -10 out 10. We had to send 3 emails outside of submitted request and get our realtor involved to get action for follow up after informing grand they had the house for 1.5 months to correct items before our move in. We only got action the week of our move in. Disappointing

Some of the issues raised after closing weren't addressed. This includes dead grass that was replaced with another dead grass, squeaky stair case. And I am yet to be contacted for the 11th month wall and paint repairs.

I like very much everything about my house except few issues such low quality finish of my granite countertop and cracked garage floor. I would like to thank the excellent customer/warranty support team (especially [name removed]) for handling issues during the warranty period.
