Some issues never resolved. Despite putting in a French drain every time it rains just a little bit my side backyard is flooded several inches and it takes days for the water to drain. Lot not properly graded or drainage put in

We have loved our customizations and the options that were available to make it our own. We are overall very happy with our new home.

Not being able to add a double front door at design center. Told it had to be done at contract. Sales rep didn't tell us about that or pot filler.

Grand Homes may look NICE, but there is some quality issues. Should have a better testing and quality checks before delivering the home to customers. Big issue with the house not being airtight and not deep cleaned on deliver. Could have better caulking through-out (looks sloppy). I like that the builder will try to work with me to fix the issues.

What we liked about the process was when we had issues, the team was eager to try and help us resolve the issues. They were abke to present favorable solutions to us. At the same time issues that did arise could have been avoided at the design center phase. There were things we were not told that had we been been told, we would have made different decisions. The design center aspect in my opinion is flawed and needs to be looked into. The customer service element was good, but the process definitely could use improvement

Toward the end of our home’s completion, we experienced several issues with the builder, [name removed]. However, once we contacted Grand, [name removed] promptly stepped in to address all of our concerns. He personally walked through our home with us, alongside [name removed], the Warranty Manager, to ensure every issue was thoroughly identified. Both of them were clearly committed to making sure we were completely satisfied, and they worked diligently to see that all of our concerns were handled promptly, professionally, and to our satisfaction.

The entire process of selecting the model we liked, signing the contract, building the house, and closing was very easy. The entire Grand Homes team was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful

Our experience with Grand Home was positive. We had been waiting for 2 years to get a lot and we loved Grand Home’s design. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the team throughout the process—from signing the contract to move-in. The clarity of communication and timely updates made the process much smoother and less stressful. What we liked most was how Ms. [name removed] helped us tremendously, patiently answering all our questions after our sales representative, Ms. [name removed], left the company. [name removed] came to our rescue every single time—from the Design Center to the final handover. Another key person, Mr. [name removed], the builder, promptly addressed any concerns we raised and fixed them right away. One area for improvement would be at the Design Center. Our design coordinator seemed inexperienced and sometimes rushed us through choices, making it challenging to select what we truly wanted. We were also not satisfied with the kitchen quartz we upgraded for $8,000, as the installed quality was the lowest available in that category. We recommend reviewing this with your vendor to ensure buyers receive the upgraded product as promised. We also greatly appreciate our closing coordinator, Ms. [name removed], for extending the closing date by one month when we faced challenges with our previous lender. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend Grand Home to others looking for a well-managed home buying experience.
