[name removed] the contractor made it easy for me to work thru the issues I faced. Only problem, with overall was once I made a decision it was very difficult going back as they said for everything was done with city approval. Thngs like 5.1" sound on the living room which I wanted to do it after the design center appointment, they refused doing that change. Also, the credit given to me was taken back when it took time for me to close due to market being slow in delaying my home to sell before I buy. It took a month extra for me to close. The credit of 6000$ was taken back. Overall, we love our new home.

I really appreciated the quality of the homes, the attention to detail in the design, and the variety of customization options. The initial buying process was smooth, and the staff was professional. Communication during later stages could be improved, but overall it was a good experience.

I have enjoyed working with [name removed], [name removed] & [name removed] through the rebricking process. When I first brought up our situation, they all took our matter extremely serious from day 1.

Overall, my experience was great from start to finish; especially the floorplans/designs offered as they were more to my liking than those offered by the many other builders i considered. I also appreciated the timely and positive communication. It is also important to recognize [name removed] for all her effort and ability to overcome the challenges i had with the previous contract i had with Grand Homes in another community where they did not want to honor the contract price. [name removed] did a great job turning that negative experience into a positive one. Overall, i am please with the build quality and finish of my new home. As for dislikes, the water supply lines and dryer 220v outlet in the laundry room were several inches above cabinet/counter height making it impossible to add cabinets/counter to the laundry room which seems like an oversight which is very frustrating. Also, the starter step on my staircase has a shorter run than the other steps which makes it awkward especially coming down the stairs.

Overall experience with build process and communication went well. Some things like Landscaping is not good. Some issues with HVAC but got resolved with warranty.

My purchase experience started positively, particularly during the early contract and design phases. However, there were significant issues that affected my trust in the process. I initially agreed to a home price of 777k plus 20k in design selections with my sales consultant, [name removed]. The following day I was informed that the sales team had been using an outdated price sheet for over a month, something even the sales supervisor, [name removed], did not flag, and the price was revised to 793k. Although I proceeded with the purchase because I had already invested considerable time and effort in design and structural planning, the situation felt misleading and not aligned with ethical business practices. The build and move-in phases were also far more challenging than expected. There were multiple quality issues, miscommunications, and situations where commitments were not followed through without repeated escalation. I often felt I had to personally monitor details rather than trusting the process, which created unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting milestone. My interactions with [name removed] were especially difficult. His communication style came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and at times I felt disrespected during walkthroughs and issue discussions. This added emotional stress to an already challenging experience. In contrast, [name removed] has been outstanding to work with. He is professional, responsive, respectful, and consistently solution-oriented. He restored confidence in the process when issues arose, and I genuinely appreciated his support and commitment to doing the right thing. If my project had been managed by [name removed] from the beginning, I believe the experience would have been significantly smoother. Despite the challenges, I would consider purchasing from Grand Homes again if I were assured of working with a builder like [name removed], whose professionalism and accountability reflect the standard I would expect from the brand.

We truly appreciated how smooth and well-guided the entire process was. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always ready to answer our questions. The move-in experience was exciting and well-organized. If anything, the only challenge was waiting; we were just so eager to move into our new home! ??

We have only lived in our newly built home for 3 months and things are falling apart. Less quality materials were used in the building of the home. For a very expensive home like this shouldn't have such issues within 3 months. Prior to closing, we noticed issues with the drainage system infront of our building which we did bring to the attention of grand homes multiple times. Till date, that has not been resolved and focus is just on putting temporary fixing instead of dealing with the main issue.

The supervisor [name removed], the builder [name removed] and Sales representative [name removed] are working with us to resolve issues but there are so many issues with the house due to poor workmanship and rushing to close before Thanksgiving so the house is not what we expected as Grand Homes quality we expected from Grand Homes. We have not moved in yet, but there are already cracks and holes in the garage and driveway. We are willing to share photos or have the issues reviewed in person.

closing process needs to be improved, GH should arrange a session with customer during mid of the contract so they are aware of all the upcoming expenses. Also customers should be given realistic timelines(For me during contract signing build time was mentioned 8-9 months minumum so i was arraning money accoridingly my expected closing was @March 2026 but GH was able to complete the house in just 5 months which put a pressure on me to close without much support from GH. This is gap is communication, even GH communicate regular updates to customers about the progress it does not give them enough time to arrange money as people have plans. So suggestion is to give realistic closure timelines and stick to it. Thanks for understanding Happy new year
