The entire process of selecting the model we liked, signing the contract, building the house, and closing was very easy. The entire Grand Homes team was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful

Our experience with Grand Home was positive. We had been waiting for 2 years to get a lot and we loved Grand Home’s design. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the team throughout the process—from signing the contract to move-in. The clarity of communication and timely updates made the process much smoother and less stressful. What we liked most was how Ms. [name removed] helped us tremendously, patiently answering all our questions after our sales representative, Ms. [name removed], left the company. [name removed] came to our rescue every single time—from the Design Center to the final handover. Another key person, Mr. [name removed], the builder, promptly addressed any concerns we raised and fixed them right away. One area for improvement would be at the Design Center. Our design coordinator seemed inexperienced and sometimes rushed us through choices, making it challenging to select what we truly wanted. We were also not satisfied with the kitchen quartz we upgraded for $8,000, as the installed quality was the lowest available in that category. We recommend reviewing this with your vendor to ensure buyers receive the upgraded product as promised. We also greatly appreciate our closing coordinator, Ms. [name removed], for extending the closing date by one month when we faced challenges with our previous lender. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend Grand Home to others looking for a well-managed home buying experience.

Home was built too fast. Corners were cut to complete. Unfinished work, poor communication in last couple of months, which isn’t saying much as it took 5 to build? I mean the driveway concrete didn’t cure and that’s even a problem. Massive issues for the money spend. Zero value all around.

I liked how flexible grand was with the down payment/earnest money and during the selling of my previous home.

I have asked your Warrenty team to fix my doors and it’s been 4 months but no response, still not done. That is not a good customer service

[name removed] was an amazing agent who tirelessly searched for multiple options to ensure we found the home we wanted. Throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final closing, [name removed] has been consistently reliable and prompt in addressing any issues that arose. Their dedication and expertise have made this move incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Grand Homes to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable real estate agent.

I like that they have been there every step of the way even a year after moving in.

The people at all levels are personable and helpful, I feel like they want to help. Unfortunately they regularly sub contractors that do substandard work, give the poor instructions, and just repeat the process wasting time and never fixing the issue.

The person that shines the most in my built up is our builder [name removed]. We are extremely frustrated with the number of mistakes made on that beautiful home, to start with our agent, she sold us a home and basically disappeared when we closed, not even a congratulations. The design did a good job in 8 hours designing a 4600 square foot home and now that i am looking at my neighbors finished houses, there are so many things i wish would have been offered or mentioned to us as we were building our dream and forever home. There were mistakes along the way we were able to catch and [name removed] fixed immediately, but so many others that were never caught. We were out of state and had to come back a second week because the house wasn't ready to close. When we arrived, from out of state, with our movers, there were items that were still a problem but we didn't have a choice to close because the movers were all ready there. The house was filthy dirty and we were shocked by how it was delivered to us. They were a few items that we caught that our warranty person was able to fix right away, and some that even the warranty manager [name removed] physically came to see, and while she was inspecting the problems, many of the construction team to include their manager were present at that time and everybody agreed this kitchen island counter top needed to be replaced because they are two places that was broken during installation and there is also blue stain under the finish seal so the way they handled it, they call the counter top company and they send their apprentice to take pictures of the problem and decided to fix it by buffing it. This is completely unacceptable from a company of your reputation to let a third party company were their owner didn't even come to look at the problem, they judge it by looking at pictures that their apprentice took. They are many other problems, PSA we paid for and are not even in place, security camera for example all around the house, we specifically mentioned and paid that we wanted wiring for ring cameras and instead the electrician wired Ethernet wire witch is useless for us. so now to fix the problem, they are going to need to cut into our walls, and brake the beautiful brick on the outside to fix the 7 camera pre wires. The plume on the side of our house is a huge problem and has been since day one but our agent told us it will be finished and beautifully landscaped once the house is completed, It is a constant battle. There is still glue on the tile floor that we cannot get off, some texture on the walls have to be retouched and still needs another deep cleaning as they sent cleaners twice who didn't even finish the job. The kitchen cabinets is another big problem and my neighbors have the same problems too, they are poorly constructed and as soon as you put a little bit of weight on it, they sag and we are afraid they will eventually brake. This is just the surface of the issues and it is super disappointed. Our warranty person is trying really hard to help us but we feel that he has to carry everybody lack of responsibilities because it is very obvious there is a huge lack of communication between departments at Grand Homes. Our builder manager [name removed] is also trying to help us but we feel that he can only do so much as well. 2 weeks ago, I send an e-mail regarding those issues to everybody to include [name removed] in warranty, even [name removed], and we are still with no responses and no answer. When you spend this much money on a home, this is not what we were expecting.

[name removed] was a great help. He guided us through every step of construction. He paid attention to our questions and concerns and addressed them appropriately. He maintained closed-loop communication by providing updates periodically. Even after we have moved, he is responsive to our questions or concerns.

Liked: Stone, brick, wall finish, windows, floors. [name removed] liked: time of completion (1 year), kitchen carpentry quality, electrical outlets, exterior paint. Very disappointed: GH didn’t want to change blueprints to sell me a media room, because it will delay construction 15 more days, yet construction was delayed 100 days, leaving framing exposed to the elements. [name removed] seller gave me wrong information about adding the media room, then You denied me the chance to add the room, denying you selling 30k more… besides shooting your own foot, it was disrespectful.

I have an amazing experience when it comes to customer service ([name removed]) and home builder( [name removed]). The one thing that me and my wife didn’t like is the base standard design selection. You must add more selection for base standard countertops, tiles and carpets. Cheaper small homes in the area have better base standards. We are disappointed on the selection you have at the design center.

I want to be very direct and honest about our experience. For a $2.1M home, the interior materials and overall workmanship are far below expectations. The quality of the cabinetry, in particular, is unacceptable. It is evident that the cabinetry was subcontracted to the wrong company. The finishes, alignment, and overall execution do not reflect the standards expected at this price point. The wood flooring was not delivered in polished condition. There are paint drips, splatters, and visible imperfections throughout. More concerning, some sections of the wood flooring are sticking out. These are issues we only discovered after moving in, which makes it even more frustrating. The kitchen backsplash is another major disappointment. For a home of this value, I expected a full slab backsplash, not segmented pieces. I have seen custom builders deliver far superior kitchens in homes valued around $1M. Seeing that level of craftsmanship elsewhere made me immediately regret choosing Grand Homes. I cannot confidently invite friends or guests to see our home because the quality simply does not reflect what we paid for. The driveway situation was also handled poorly. We were not given a proper opportunity to design or adjust it during the process. The driveway was initially too narrow and unsafe, with a risk of vehicles slipping off the edge. Instead of resolving this during construction, I was forced to pay an additional $5,000 to correct it. I would have willingly paid for upgrades upfront if I had been given the opportunity to design it correctly from the beginning. The baseboards and trim work throughout the home also appear cheap and out of place for a home at this price level. These details significantly impact the overall perception and quality of the home. Overall, this has not been the enjoyable experience we expected when building our home. This is not about being against the company — it is about the clear gap between the price paid and the quality delivered. The frustration stems from poor workmanship and substandard materials and finishes. We chose Grand Homes because of its reputation, particularly regarding structural quality, and we trusted that the same level of excellence would apply to the finishes and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I do want to acknowledge that [name removed] has been helpful toward the end and has been doing his job professionally. However, there were still issues, such as being initially provided the wrong elevation until I personally noticed and raised the concern. This letter reflects our genuine disappointment and frustration. At this price point, the home should reflect premium craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in execution. That standard has not been met.

Even though things are under warranty, I have repair people in my house every week. Problems are still not solved. Heat is not working properly during the coldest time of the year. It makes no sense.
