I disliked the deceptive practices of the agent Ms. [name removed] who had us signed an agreement to purchase a lot we wanted but because she failed to act promptly to seal the deal (2weeks delayed) she stated she was too busy to process the paperwork, so another agent put the property under contract. Because of the unprofessionalism, I went to another Grand Home agent at your Corinth location. But [name removed] begged and pleaded with us to give her another chance, so my husband did as she promised things would be better. However, things didn't get any better, in fact things begin to slip and decline further. We chose another property she recommended after the first fell by her hands, suddenly the first lot became available. Meanwhile, the property she suggested had drainage problems with the potential of erosions problems, and of course she withheld this valuable information and had she disclosure that information, we would have chosen a different lot. I was extremely disappointed and no longer trusted the process with [name removed]. [name removed] constantly missed communicated information to us and about us to the builder [name removed]. The first meeting with [name removed], he stated, " he was told that we may not be getting the house." [name removed] told him that knowing we had put 80 thousand cash dollars of our money down at this point. When i spoke to Ms. [name removed] regarding these issues she became angry and hostile on the phone because i addressed my concerns. Another, emotional melt down from her I was no longer willing to appreciate from melissa, so i requested that she transfer us to another agent that we could work with without the verbal disrespect. [name removed] the builder was not willing to answer any of our questions regarding the first and second pre-walk through inspections and nor was he willing to provide any information. While at the first day of the walk through, we had informed [name removed] that we had paid $1000.00 to have the sockets to be placed under the cabinets and not in the title. We also had acknowledged that I had agreed her him to change the location of placement. but we told him that the end result of the work he had done, didn't equal the value of the $1000.00. So, we suggested that he replace the pendant light that was hanging to close to the kitchen island, he refused and told us "If we want that, to do it ourselves," When we noticed a large lump in the cabinet facing in which we asked it to be removed, [name removed] became argumentative and angry. At that time, we requested to speak to [name removed] supervisor and again he refused. It was in that moment; I told my husband we would not be closing until we spoke to a supervisor. On the second day of walk through, Mr. [name removed] showed up, he wasn't introduced as the supervisor but was very pleasant. I was displeased that [name removed] (the builder) wanted to pay more attention to a tree that i noticed but was dismissive and argumentative about the more serious matters i.e. The unbalance, unlevel floors, cracking sounds in floors, deep bow in walls, walls not painted properly, garaged floor with so many damaged holes and black motor oil stains in different places in which we reported on the first walk through day. After the first evaluation and only then, were our voices taken seriously. I think that it's because your organization strive on excellence, professionalism, high quality, best workmanship and the production of the most beautiful Grand Home. We are extremely pleased that Mr. [name removed] is one of the greater assets within your organization. He and a female (sorry i can't remember her name) they both was approachable, active listeners. understanding and they were able to resolve the most serious problems, and we accepted their plans and recommendations for those i.e. cracking floors, walls cracks to be given more time to adjustment and settling around the eleventh month. Inregards to referring friends or family to the product and purchase of a Grand Home, ask me again after the eleventh month. Sincerely Mr, & Mrs. [name removed]

[name removed] is great guy. Lot of respect for him. In the beginning there were road bumps as there was different builder. However as soon as [name removed] came on board, things got really smooth. He is such a genuine and honest person. Always understand your concern and try his best to address them. If I will buy Grand home again, I will make sure he is builder. [name removed] is Awesome too. She went beyond and above to help. She is dedicated and spend lot of time to help you. [name removed] at design center wonderful. And absolutely [name removed] is great guy. He was really involved in taking care of issues before closing. He is very knowledgeable.

From start to finish, everything about the purchase experience went smoothly and was handled professionally. What stood out the most was "[name removed]", who consistently went the extra mile and quickly resolved any issues that came up. I also want to highlight "[name removed]", who was always available to answer any questions and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. Both made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Completion of punch list items prior to closing. Follow-up on multiple pre-close items still lingering two months after closing.

The entire experience has been horrible and continues to be horrible, even after move-in as we continue to find numerous things that were done incorrectly or not completed with the home, and even the workmanship of “warranty” work is terrible and unreliable. The only pleasantries have the experience have been our sales rep [name removed] and closing coordinator we communicated with, [name removed].
