We had a spec home and the only thing I disliked was that it was shown but the builder and [name removed] did a fantastic job making it seem like it was not a spec home. [name removed] is super responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. His customer service directly translates into customer satisfaction and feeling valued.

The entire journey from contract execution to receiving our keys was smooth and professional. The team was transparent about milestones, guided us thoroughly through the design studio selections, and kept us updated on construction progress. Handover and move-in were seamless, and the home was delivered in excellent condition with great attention to detail. The standout highlight of our entire home-buying and build experience was our builder, [name removed]. From start to finish, his professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail were simply unmatched. Throughout construction, [name removed] went above and beyond every single day. His proactive communication and initiative were incredible, he consistently identified and resolved potential issues before we even had the chance to bring them up. On multiple occasions, he made thoughtful on-site decisions that perfectly aligned with our vision before we even voiced them, almost as if he could read our minds. Having a builder who takes true ownership, treats the home as if it were his own, and delivers flawless execution made the entire journey from contract to move-in completely stress-free. What I liked most about my experience with Grand Homes was the quality and overall design of the home. I appreciated the attention to detail, the variety of options available, and the professionalism of the team throughout the process. The home felt thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. What I liked least was that there were times when communication and follow-up could have been more consistent. A few questions or concerns took longer than expected to resolve. Overall, however, I appreciated the experience and the quality of the home.

The Grand Homes Sales Department was instrumental in making the home building process smooth and straightforwaed. I received great guidance when picking the right lot to suit the elevation I chose. My sales person was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about every detail of building homes designed by the builder. She directed me to the Design Center team, who was phenomenal and highly knowledgeable about all the finishing accessories needed for a new build. Selecting my options at the Design Center was very helpful and having the Grand Homes teams involved made the enrire processs stress-free. The warranty team has been great at addressing any concern quickly and professionally. Shortly after I moved in,the tean visited to introduce themselves to my family me, they showed us how to properly operate the appliances and various features through out the house and answered all our questions about future warranty coverage. [name removed] and his team clearly demonstrated how to regulate HVC, Hot water tanks, sprinker system in the garage, and other systems. Overall, my experience has been very postive and i am happy to have had such a wonderful experince with my Builder and all the teams.

The labor contractors used m On my house seemed like off the street x Contractors - also when water pressure to our house was above the city limit they gave incorrect info about city codes and we had to call the city to find out - we had to spent 850 to fix this issue which should have been done by grand homes - we submitted Invoice and still have not got paid which it will turn into a legal issue which grand home will lose

Seem to be cheap materials. I thought they have good quality home but unfortunately it’s not what I expected. After moved in for couple months, things started to breaks until today some if it is still pending to fix.

I enjoyed working with our builder [name removed]. He was awesome. Even when there were hiccups that were beyond reasonable control, he explained the situation and took ownership of things that were not in his sphere of influence. As far as dislikes, it was nothing that Grand Homes was directly responsible for.

Overall great builder, respectful staffs, and warranty service quick and efficient. I just didn't like my experience at the design center. After my selections the previous designer resigned. Some of my selections fell through and I didn't have many options to reselect.
