He is an absolute joy! He was willing to answer questions, met at the house about questions and fixed problems that were issues created from Mr.Cook. Your company is very very fortunate to have Mr. [name removed] working for you. He is a talented, educated and personable individual. I appreciate the architectural designs of grand homes and the variety of options they offer. However, I'm disappointed by the poor quality of the materials they use, which often can't withstand normal wear and tear for more than a few weeks.

Felt a lot of items in showcase home were not included and extra. Limited options for appliances that were either subpar or top of line, nothing in middle. Mostly disappointed in our flooring, told them we had two big dogs and was told the flooring would be able to handle that, not the case and it looks terrible even after less than a year.

Quality of overall building/construction/hardware/etc.. products used. No attention to details. Worst paint job ever. The paint used looks and feels very cheap. When the garage entry door from inside the house is closed, the whole house structure shakes. The outside garage door when opened and closed makes a loud noise and it is even heard from every corner of the house. None of of the room in the whole house is sound proof. You can literally hears the conversations from one room to another.

Initially they accepted my offer and later they said the president denied and due to this I lost other housing deal. > Sales is good. > So far I like the post sale experience for any issues, the employees are committed to provide the services during the warranty period.

Warranty services are exceptional, they dedicate an individual who will work closely with you to meet your expectations and address all the concerns. I personally requested warranty work multiple times for minor issues and I was assigned to an agent ( Mr. [name removed]), he was professional and made sure to follow up with me on every promise he made until all tasks were completed.

We tried speaking to her manager but there was no postive response either. We almost decided to walk away after signing the contract just not to deal with the whole situation. But it was the builder "[name removed]" who turned everything around. If it wasn't [name removed] we never would have proceeded further to buy this home. Even though [name removed] was still our sales person, we never heard from her during the build process except of couple of times. I would say warranty service is the best part of grand homes. Warranty team Is very responsive and are listening to the problems we have mentioned and they are very prompt and were able to fix problems mentioned. I am somewhat not happy with the plumbing done during construction of the house, the house had many leaks in the initial 10 days of moving into the house. Warranty team fixed them Patiently. I have below suggestion regarding sales and initial phase of Purchase . I would suggest there should be little flexibility wrto house plan while purchasing the house. Once we have seen the site and plans and price , we should be given a time period of 1 to 2 weeks o finalize plan and any alterations required. It was required to sign the contract within 2to 3 days of seeing the site and we couldn’t think of all the alterations required for our house within those 2 to 3 days. Once we signed , there were no changes allowed and it was quiet difficult for us as a first time home buyer to know every thing about the house in 2 to 3 days .. and we couldn’t get things done which we wanted

The home was really good and whenever we had issues they were on top of it. For every concern, they are really attentive and go into detail to fix it. [name removed] the builder was really good and [name removed]- The warranty contact person does a perfect job of taking notes when we have some issues.

[name removed] warranty rep ([name removed]) has been pretty attentive and very responsive, overall quality of materials to build and amount of things breaking, has been very disappointing, my towel rack actually fell off this morning... although these are easy fixes, I shouldn't be 3 months in having to replace, staple, glue or tighten, anything, I understand the housing market and labor have been insane/busy but poor quality of materials has been noticed all through the home, unfortunately this is our 5th grand home and this one has disappointed me with the lack of attention to detail. On a positive note, beautiful home and that is all I can say about it.
