That whoever comes out to fix whatever issue it is done right the first time!

[translated from ES] The materials and finishing kitchen cabinets are of low quality. Woodwork have many small defects affecting the overall quality of the house.

The warranty service is taking too much time, we have a serious leak that reflects a quality issue, having water in 3 rooms. To have someone to review the issue is taking months, issue reported in April 10th 2016.

[translated from ES] The quality of care delivery left much to be desired. Warranty repairs have taken all year, with a very exhausting process.

We had many problems prior to move in, the house was delayed and the problems have continued post move-in. This is mainly due to poor sub-contractors being used and non-existant quality checks resulting in poor workmanship and standards. Scratches on windows and granite, poor joints in granite and silicone sealant. Door seals fitted backwards or poorly cut, paint overspray on tile, windows and mirrors. Light not positioned centrally, damage to concrete slab, hot water takes over 3 minutes to filter through to the master bath first thing in the mornings. Kitchen/Bathroom cabinet doors not finished correctly or stained poorly. Poor grouting and finish around the fireplace. Interior doors damaged or poor paintwork. Overall the whole experience has been stressful and mentally challenging making what should have been an enjoyable and exciting experience very demanding on our time. Recently contacted [name removed] in Warranty reference the windows and was reponded to with a raised voice.

The house was rushed at the end and even though we went ahead with the signing, albeit with caveats that were noted at the time, the builder failed to follow through on his promises. Once signed it was "please contact the warranty staff" which were basically left with attempting to clear up the fiasco left by the builder. We then encountered a further battle with the warranty staff to convince them of our concerns and the fact that they were raised prior to the point of signing. This has resulted in a year long backwards and forwards communication to get the issues rectified to a satisfactory standard. We are now over 10 months in and still there are outstanding items, basically the more expensive or labor intensive items, that [name removed] Homes appear not to want to address. One of the major items addressed, the wood floor, was eventually stripped and fully restained by the contractor at personal cost to them as [name removed] were taking so much time and placing barriers in the work required.
