I cannot fit my vehicles in the garage. Design studio was not good at all. Choices and personnel issue. Asking for feedback that goes to the person is useless. Design studio lied about available options. I expected better quality for the price. Too many personnel changes. Lack of response from managers when I reached out. Lack of tracking system for repairs. I have to keep the list and follow-up on items. Lack of customer service. I am still waiting on a response about what can be done to allow a mid-size SUV fit in the garage. Why have a garage that doesn't fit the vehicles. You can drive through the neighborhood and only smaller vehicles are in the garage. I need a garage for the Texas weather. I asked about that before buying the home and was told that it would fit just fine.

It takes too long to get repairs. There isn't a closed loop process to track open items and their status. I have to spend too much time trying to keep up with this and reminding about items that are not completed. A system solution is needed.

[name removed] was very responsive, but few things are my grass was sowed until my plot ends which [name removed] tried to escalate but please make this is done when the home next to me built

I liked the original team members who helped with my purchase and initial build process. [name removed] was very courteous and helpful through our initial purchase process. I also began my build with [name removed] and can attest that he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the building process. From the moment these employees left, it was a decline in quality and worse of all, a decline in customer service. I was shuffled around due to turnover, was not kept in the loop during my build, and disrespected every step of the way. The builder I got after [name removed] was [name removed] and after 2 weeks it was [name removed]. [name removed] was not approachable at all. At one point he told me he didn't care if I was happy, just that he finished the build. He also blocked me from access to my house at one point as a petty move, which did not sit well with me. The overall finishes to the house are not good and I am highly disappointed. I have had doorknobs fall out, cracks in the door frame, dishwasher that was not connected, drain that was clogged and was flooding my master bath. The over all paint job was poor and I have had someone come out and help correct. It was poor finish overall and the experience left me feeling very unhappy.

They missed up with several things we choose with the design studio at that time and later they get it added or fixed, I was reaching the builder almost every single day once or twice to follow up with him about the issues they missed so that's led to a delay in delivering the house and made us so stressed out at that time, anyway overall now we like the house and the neighborhood too.

I really like the design process, [name removed] has been a great help on the loan processing and our amazing builder [[name removed]]. After a week of stay, we found a big crack on the ourside of the house and really hurt our feelings. That's one thing a new homeowner won't need to see. Every day you see it, its not a pleasant thing at all. God knows what holds in the future!!!

We were not given some details on options that should have been clear WAY before putting a large amount of money down that locked us into a home that was clearly lacking. IF it had not been for a phenomenal builder that worked with us to fix several defects we would have been more than dissatisfied, The sales person was very vague and several things that we assumed were included were not, several "options" (ie; head knockers, linen closets, shelves, lighting, hardware ) that was in the model that were NOT even an option, much less available. We have ended up replacing lighting, building closets and shelving, concrete, and more that was not an option. Also, replacing a terrible fence that started curling up the second week we were in. Sewers that were not connected and electricity lines that were not ran to accommodate the amount of plugs that we had requested.(We are not electricians, so not aware that we would need to request the amount of amperage that would allow 2 blowdryers to run at one time) We built this house for two elderly parents to move in with us and college age kids paying off school loans, so the amount of details were extremely important to us to house this many people. Spending this much money on a house that has this many disappointments has been heart breaking. I will say Jeff was the highlight of our experience and we enjoyed working with him, I only wish it were with a different scenario.

When I sent emails to the warranty department, they responded within 24hrs. but it doesn't mean they will fix the problems if it is a design flaw

design center options were not good.design center person who did my appointment was not helpful and did not offer options or good advice. missing smart home features. Design center person put down the wrong selection and it cost me money to correct it. no salesperson after [name removed] let. [name removed] took on the role of bulder, design center help for bricks, and buildesalesperson. [name removed] did a great job filling the gaps. I cannot say enough good things about [name removed] and his willingness to help.

The most important thing ,if I find any issue need to be fix I just call or text the builder [name removed] or [name removed] from the warranty, found them ready to help !!!

The Sales lady [name removed] and [name removed] the builder were working with us very closely with our concerns. After we moved in especially [name removed] took care of all of our concerns and minor issues we had. Warranty [name removed]. [name removed] and [name removed] also came to visited us to make sure everything was satisfied and that felt really good as a homeowner!
