So far everything has been alright with warranty. We have about 6 months left. We will hire an inspector. We currently have cracks in the ceiling and a couple other small issues. We will address at a later date.

My home took 13 months to build!!! It shoukd have only taken 7 or 8 or 9 months. We were always lied too. Let's start with the [name removed] [name removed], we had two design center people. The first one hadn't a clue as to what she was doing, the second one was fine. The materials we pick out there was no where near what we received, carpet color, stain color for cabinets, stair case. We had 3 to 4 sales person. Most of who were rude and did not know anything. They couldn't answer any questions for us. [name removed] even accused my husband of threatenening her. Last but not least we had three builders. Each one lied to us. it too much to describe in this questionaire. Long story short [name removed] tried to give us the wrong plans, if we had not caught this they woukd have buikt the wrong house. They are very deceiving and did bery little to make our build successful.

I want to make one thing perfectly clear, Mr. [name removed] came on board late in the building process of our house. Once he did, he did everything in his power to help and support us in a very difficult and deeply disappointing closing process. Before [name removed], we were promised that things we wanted were going to be going to be build into the house. Most of them were not. Things like book shelves and space under the stairs were promised, and then not delivered.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professional conduct. Any problems that have accured have been addresed in the approprate time. When I see the staff from [name removed] [name removed] in my neighborhood they always speek. This is very important to our family. All our neighbors are friendly and speak to each other as well. My major problem with my house is that there has been a constant leak that happens every other month when I turn on my bathroom exhaust vent. I have placed 4 warranty tickets and finally this last time after telling the warranty folks that I was going to speak to my attorney then it seemed that something was going to be done. Like for example, when I bought my son's computer at apple they did whatever it took to keep me happy for the inconvience of the problems I encountered with his computer. I asked one of the warranty persons' that if maybe I can get a room or two painted for free or offer me something for the bad experience or the inconvenice and head ache and stress this has caused me and all I got was a no. If Apple is able to bring joy by giving something to me for my bad experince and have a good memory of their company why couldn't someone from [name removed] [name removed] do thae same. I paid alot of money for my home and doesn't seem this was fair to me.

We have been in our home for almost 2 months and there are several outstanding items needing to be completed. We have found many poor workmanship instances in and around the home also. There is new construction next door and they are using our driveway to move their bricks via wheelbarrows, trampling our grass, and there is no temporary fence to deter them from doing so. We were told there would be a temporary fence put in place during their construction, also. Our small dog has escaped underneath the fence in the backyard into the lot next door because they don't have their yard built up. I have found bricks and trash underneath our sod in the backyard too. It's as if they didn't clean the lot before laying the sod. We have a few places having problems growing in and I can only assume that there is trash underneath there too. Some items have been completed since we moved in but there are still items that need to be taken care of.

Previous warranty person fell short however [name removed] has been doing well. We have had so many problems with finding trash under the grass of our yard that is made us question the quality of some of these vendors. Our AC went out within 6 months and [name removed] failed to replace it in a timely manner. Our front stone still has the concrete mix all over it when they poured our porch. Half of the things "to fix" before moving in we're never completed. There's more complaints but not enough space to put them all. Regardless, we would be open to building with [name removed] again however we are not sure we'd fully recommend them without hesitation.

It was a fight to get what we were told we could have. Lucky for us I keep all paper work since our next builder [name removed] seemed to have "misplaced" pages where we were given/told things. [name removed] was very argumentive through the whole process. Finally [name removed] was our saving grace, but there were many things that were beyond his ability to repair. To this day there are several things that were promised to be fixed and still remain unfinished or incorrectly done. Since [name removed] quit I feel we have no leg to stand on and can not get anyone to care about fixing them.

I think my positive experience came from working with my builder [name removed]. Before [name removed] came into the picture, I was not satisfied with my purchase and had a case of buyer's remorse because I contracted in June and foundation was not even poured until December. To say things were going slowly is an understatement, as things were not going at all. Luckily, [name removed] was hired and he was very prompt and efficient in each task. This was much appreciated and the former worries I had about the home never being built were washed away and I could start watching the house being built, which was a fun process.

Very disorganized company and the people in the closing department can be downright rude. This company makes a beautiful product and I would recommend them if they could get it together on the customer service and employee retention aspect.

Like for example, when I bought my son's computer at apple they did whatever it took to keep me happy for the inconvience of the problems I encountered with his computer. I asked one of the warranty persons' that if maybe I can get a room or two painted for free or offer me something for the bad experience or the inconvenice and head ache and stress this has caused me and all I got was a no. If Apple is able to bring joy by giving something to me for my bad experince and have a good memory of their company why couldn't someone from [name removed] [name removed] do thae same. I paid alot of money for my home and doesn't seem this was fair to me.

Previous warranty person fell short however [name removed] has been doing well. We have had so many problems with finding trash under the grass of our yard that is made us question the quality of some of these vendors. Our AC went out within 6 months and [name removed] failed to replace it in a timely manner. Our front stone still has the concrete mix all over it when they poured our porch. Half of the things "to fix" before moving in we're never completed. There's more complaints but not enough space to put them all. Regardless, we would be open to building with [name removed] again however we are not sure we'd fully recommend them without hesitation.
