[name removed] everything was completed on time. Still waiting for my fence to finish and an electrical to come out to install an additional landscape light as promised. Now discovering some of the wall painting were sloppy done. [name removed] case not properly finished.

I did not have the best experience. In the beginning I was told many different things and since my family and I trusted the people helpI ng us, they took advantage and were not honest with us. My house ended up taking more than the promised time to finish construction (there were a few months where my house was not touched by workers well before the pandemic started) with mistakes still made as well as poor workmanship. This brought me a lot of trouble because my house was not finishing up by the time originally promised, closing date just kept being pushed back and back, and my apartment complex did not allow me to extend my lease month by month so my family and I were kicked out. There were just a lot of people who lied and were just not honest with my family and I. Was overall a bad experience.

The warranty service/care rep was great in helping us get all of our issues taken care of. The experience with the issues were horrible. This is not a knock on the rep. This is a knock on some of the low quality materials used to build this home ( especially on the interior) and the least than quality of work used to construct the home. The rep did everything that was asked of him within his power to satisfy our needs. I give him a 10 for his efforts.

Contractor was very easy to work with and listened and helped meet my families needs. [name removed] always addressed our concerns and was available and easy to reach. Warranty has reached out several times to ensure we are happy and check in to see if we were having any issues he could address. [name removed] is also easy to contact and very quick to respond.

[name removed] very much. It was one of the most difficult home buying experience I had. A lot of talk very little action. The sales people are only interested in selling. The options were limited or was not explained by the people involved. Lack of co-ordination between sales, building and the administration was very troublesome. There were a lot of issues in the house after I moved in and still waiting for some of it to be fixed. Though the home design and floor plan was very good, the quality of workman ship and the quality of material used were substandard for a house which costs close to $ 600,000. The only bright light is the person who was supervisor who was also called the builder. He was very helpful. We signed the contract and we were in NJ. The communication was very poor.

The sales consultant, Mr. [name removed], was incredible and did everything humanly possible to earn my business. I cannot possibly thank [name removed] enough for all that he did. I'm not sure if I could have closed the deal without the person of [name removed] who played a huge vital role to make it happen. The field supervisor builder, Mr. [name removed], was flexible and very cooperative during the construction phase of my new [name removed] Home. He made all the changes that I requested to make my new home real grand! Here comes another wonderful guy to the stage, Mr. [name removed], who stood firm to ensure 100% customer satisfaction after all said and done. What a team! [name removed] [name removed] Builder has a mixture of excellent ambassadors. Keep up the good work guys!

Worst experience of my life would not wish it on an enemy. [name removed] [name removed] is the worst builder you can build with their upper management tries to portray themselves as caring for the customer but they do not. They are all horrible people. They made me and my family suffer and pull money out of our children's college fund to make up a appraisal difference which is caused by them not selling any homes in the neighborhood in over a year. They waited till I sold my existing home and was pretty much homeless to tell me that if I did not close within a month they would keep my $13,000 in earnest money or fine me a certain amount per day till i closed. Horrible company. Worst mistake of my life.

Overall the quality seems to be good. My biggest complaint is the finish-out is not as good as expected for a house in this price range. Some of the moldings look bad when you get close to them (wood defects, paint drips, etc).

The 'would recommend builder' rating is solely based on the performance of [name removed]. He has been an phenomenal Home Service Representative. [name removed] is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, prompt on all responses, personable, professional, keeps all commitments, and is compassionate (which is rare to have a representative that actually cares about their customers). I could not have prayed for a better representative than [name removed]. Compared to the other [name removed] employees that I've had the liberty to interact with throughout the home buying process (except for [name removed]), I was pleasantly surprised and blessed by [name removed]'s performance. If I had to rate the 'would recommend builder' question based on my true overall perception of [name removed] [name removed], it would be a 3. The quality of home is reasonable, although you could get more for your money with Highland [name removed] or another builder, but the Customer Service is worst in class.

We are very happy with the house. Only issue is we were told the buid would take 7 months. We renewed our lease for 9 months. My family and I ended up staying on friends couches for a couple of months waiting house to be complete. If we would have known the correctly, we could have planned approximately.
