The garage is too small for something call grand . Back yard is small . The overall home is smaller compared to some builders . No code locks which is a disappointment for the price of the home

closing process needs to be improved, GH should arrange a session with customer during mid of the contract so they are aware of all the upcoming expenses. Also customers should be given realistic timelines(For me during contract signing build time was mentioned 8-9 months minumum so i was arraning money accoridingly my expected closing was @March 2026 but GH was able to complete the house in just 5 months which put a pressure on me to close without much support from GH. This is gap is communication, even GH communicate regular updates to customers about the progress it does not give them enough time to arrange money as people have plans. So suggestion is to give realistic closure timelines and stick to it. Thanks for understanding Happy new year

I loved the design and modern style of our home, the biggest issue we've had it not a lot of closet space and the inability to make even small cosmetic changes that we were willing to pay for after our design meeting. The Warranty team has been very prompt in their follow-up and scheduling fixes since we closed.

I disliked the seller Joseph. He was misleading. He had me take off work to set with builder but wants I got to the meeting he tells me that I was not allowed to make any changes and I was forced to purchase home plans as is. The first builder was horrible. What I liked most and who made me even want to continue with Grand Homes was the second Builder Rickey. He was responsive. This is my first home and he did his best to make me feel better about the situation. He stayed in contact with me and I feel he was honest. I couldn’t do anything but respect his efforts. I wish he was there from the start. Would I recommend Grand Homes to someone - not without a backstory. I was pumped up about “grand” homes and have been terribly disappointed. Would I recommend Rickey the builder - Yes I would.

I like everything about grand home my builder was amazing. The only thing I had a bad experience with was when my wife went to the designer center the person keep rushing her to pick item. And when she pick they she would so oh why you pick that. There was a lot of thing to pick I wish they would give her more time and help her with the process not rush her.

Sales team was phenomenal and process. Design interview process should be a bit more practical as we were hurried up tomake choices that we regret later. Since this is a house some people might love for the rest of their lives they would want to make sure they take their time to make the perfect selections and choices with ample amount of time up aheadof the interview. From a customer experience standpoint that would be create great positive feedback and from Grandhome standpoint the design interview process would be very quick and clearcut. Saving time, less stressful thereby creating room for more interviews within a day with effective results
