I really appreciated the quality of the homes, the attention to detail in the design, and the variety of customization options. The initial buying process was smooth, and the staff was professional. Communication during later stages could be improved, but overall it was a good experience.

I like the house the way it build but we have some to fixed for our house like front sprinkles, garage door keys missing , leaking in the upstairs sink .

Didn't like that two sprinkler pipes were leaking and some fence panels were loose, but only the panels were taken care of already, but overall I like it

Toward the end of our home’s completion, we experienced several issues with the builder, Josette Smith. However, once we contacted Grand, Judson Bradley promptly stepped in to address all of our concerns. He personally walked through our home with us, alongside James Heathcock, the Warranty Manager, to ensure every issue was thoroughly identified. Both of them were clearly committed to making sure we were completely satisfied, and they worked diligently to see that all of our concerns were handled promptly, professionally, and to our satisfaction.

Workmanship was subpar, my construction was rushed. Whoever the QA person is for Grand Homes was just collecting a check. The person in charge of tracking the completion of my home was fired. The lone bright spot was Dawn Maulden. I regret the decision to not refuse accepting the house until all the problems were fixed. Once I closed, I was no longer a priority to Grand Homes.

Dawne has been on top of everything when we call for an issue. She gets a 10. The quality of the house is my problem. We have cracks issues and have had AC problems multiple times and the roof was a scare with the amount of water coming in at one point. Customer service is great. Best I’ve had.

Overall experience from start to finish was great. One thing to improve upon is communication from Grand lending prior to final walk of the property to get a head start on loan discussion to avoid last minute run arounds.

My building process was rushed. A lot of promises unfulfilled and the work quality was poor. But, once you close you aren't a priority and it falls on "home warranty" to fix.

We love the house, move in was awesome. Staff have been wonderful and very attentive. Only dissatisfaction we have is that we were told that there is only electric stove here in Justin city while one of my friends that live in the same city have gas.
