Very poor drainage and irrigation work, warranty service not able to address despite repeated requests, my foundation is being impacted by water not being drained properly from backyard

Warranty service at Grand Homes is the worst in the industry. Takes weeks to get anything resolved. Incompetent staff with no sense of customer service and zero follow up.

World's most horrible customer service. absolutely no care for homeowners. i can't find a single homeowner who likes Grand Homes. We affectionately call them Grand Headache.

We are a first time new construction home buyer. Wish we were briefed of the process and our options (for example 3% realtor commission), choice is single or double door garage etc. Inability to make minor changes after contract signing and close to closing, including very minor things like providing a safety lock in the master bath. Many issues were left for warranty in spite of bringing it up during HO1 and 2. Poor quality of material, not at all representing Grand homes. Little attention to detail. Not much of a choice of plan, just had to choose from 2. Liked the plan overall. Location beats and compensates for everything negative!
