The lack of customization such as paint color options or changing simple things. We fell in love with the model home design choices and by the time we got to design center nearly none of those options were available anymore and we were 3 months in feeling committed at that point to move forward. We were doing a custom and qualified to close, and felt it could have a little more weigh on us being able to have more choices for customizing. We’ve spent money after closing to get the home to what we love when we could have done that from the beginning.
