Seems like for the price of the home it does not match the quality of the house. The AC is really bad and been fighting to get it fix. I have already call for other issues and I get question as if I am lying about it. The AC makes so much noice but they say it’s normal…… yea I will not recommend.

That i have a window leak that is on its 5th repair attempt. This leak was there before closing. The window still leaks and i havnt paid my first payment. I constantly have to make sure some one is home so this problem can be fixed (hopefully). This has become a huge inconviniance.

The loan process was tedious in the beginning working with their preferred lender. They asked for a lot of steps to be completed without informing the applicant of certain things prior to running approvals. Overall, everything else was smooth

I like the layout of the home. I dislike that is not very sound proof. Only has one AC unit for a 2200+ house and is loud.

From the beginning Legend home listening agent [name removed] made us feel right at home her energy and enthusiasm while showing us the home really made a difference from all of the other home builders we visited, that was definitely something we liked. If I had to say something that we disliked was the amount of paperwork we had to submit but it is understandable.

Quality of some of the products especially the restroom accessories. It was the cheap stuff seen in lower end homes and I had to replace everything. Garage is too short and should be 20ft not 19'6" where my truck does not fit. The landscaping has no weed control and I have to completely redo the front beds due to weeds taking over. Overall workmanship of the home is satisfactory

Overall it’s good, I would have loved the visitors toilet at a different location in the house it’s close to the master bedroom and anyone using it could see inside if the door was open

Disappointed with the Quality of My New Home. I was excited to move into my newly purchased home, but within a month, I’ve discovered multiple quality issues that should never exist in a new build. There are visible cracks in nearly every corner of the house, a cracked glass window, and even a cracked granite countertop something I did not expect so soon after moving in. These issues raise serious concerns about the construction quality and durability of the materials used. For the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and attention to detail. Now, instead of enjoying my new home, I am dealing with repairs and frustrations. I urge anyone considering this builder or development to thoroughly inspect every detail before committing. I also hope the builder takes responsibility and provides proper resolutions for these defects.
