Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.

Disappointed with the Quality of My New Home. I was excited to move into my newly purchased home, but within a month, I’ve discovered multiple quality issues that should never exist in a new build. There are visible cracks in nearly every corner of the house, a cracked glass window, and even a cracked granite countertop something I did not expect so soon after moving in. These issues raise serious concerns about the construction quality and durability of the materials used. For the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and attention to detail. Now, instead of enjoying my new home, I am dealing with repairs and frustrations. I urge anyone considering this builder or development to thoroughly inspect every detail before committing. I also hope the builder takes responsibility and provides proper resolutions for these defects.

It was all very simple, a very clear transaction where all my doubts were explained and clarified and it is very important to mention that everything that was told to me from day one that I visit the property was respected. Everything I need it retouched or repaired was immediately fix.
