I liked my salesperson. I love [name removed], the customer service rep. who follows up with me periodically. I dislike my stove that I cannot bake in without throwing a breaker whenever I want to bake anything, and then I have to walk outside to flip the breaker to complete my bake.

I like how they communicate through the whole process and if it was any problems they did take care of it right away. They actually go above and beyond and I appreciated that. What I dislike is whoever building the homes need to do it with a little more compassion, especially with the paint on carpets and the floors, that I do not like cause I have been working hard trying to get that cleaned. I understand that these homes are very reasonable but at the same time who wants to come into a brand new home with so many issues....Although everything I have needed taking care of the builder handled it and I appreciate him.

I was helped by numerous people during the purchase experience but two individuals went above and beyond in my eyes. In the beginning, [name removed], the sales agent was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the property answering every question asked. Also, at the end, [name removed] was exceptional at breaking things down and being a complete resource guide; this was pivotal as a first time buyer.

The Sales staff. [name removed], is amazing! We love our home; however, I wish we had been given an option to replace the counter tops when we saw the home. They warp. Why would you make home with these types of countertops? They are cheap and will not last. Hindsight, I would not have bought with these countertops if I knew about the cheap materials they are.

freaking HOA. they are correcting my garden... They dont like my bushes. Working at second I cant swim at night after my worktime.... Hi school minor telling how to jump into the water... I am 45 male, born in Ukraine; former swimmer, by the way; Perhaps I know about life threaten danger much more then anyone around. Look guys If I an paying money I WANNA FEEL MYSELF FREE!!! other wise seems like freaking communistic camp; yep get rid of that HOA; Everything else on legend homes is very very decent;

How terrible the house was built. I have had several issues that were sent to the warranty department. They also claimed that some of the issues I brought up they couldn’t do anything about, but in reality it was something they just don’t want to address. The workers they used to fix the issues left trash everywhere and didn’t pick up after themselves. The workers also damaged some of my flowerbed plants.

[name removed] brought me the keys which I truly appreciate all [name removed] has done. He has really been the most help with any and everything I need. With move in, there’s quite a few things that have been wrong with the house now that I am living here. It’s frustrating for appliances not to be working and minor issues here and there. Overall I thank [name removed] for always coming out to ensure things are taken care of.

I really appreciated how transparent and supportive the staff was throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered promptly, and the closing process was straightforward. Move-in day was exciting and well-coordinated I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition.

I just disliked that they didn’t put as many coats of paint in the homes, so the paint gets dirty easily or scratched easily and you can’t clean it because it will take the paint off, so I have to deal with repainting my home on my own and haven’t been here that long yet
