I haven’t used the warranty service yet, but I plan on using it towards the end of the year. I like how I was explained when to do this and who to contact if I needed anything. I like how everything in the house has been working fine as of now! Very pleased as a first time home buyer!

Right after we moved in we had a problem of water pouring out of the lights and ceiling when the bathtub was used. That experience right after moving in was not the greatest, but what was awesome is how seriously it was taken and fixed completely immediately. So thank you so much for that. We are so happy in this home as a family

The paperwork is what I disliked most. Everything else was great.

[name removed] was patient and professional as we toured the community. Our follow up questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. [name removed] the builder explained warranties and took us through our new home expertly. He was helpful in answering last minute questions. Both left a fantastic impression of Legends Homes.

I loved everything about the experience from [name removed] in the sales office to the builder [name removed]. This has been a very inclusive experience. Legend Homes made it feel comfortable to do business with them like family. I can't think of even one unpleasant moment. Legend Homes is an incredible company and I hope to have family and friends own homes in this community as well. I would also like to add that [name removed] and [name removed] are gold these two are some of the most incredible human beings that I have ever met! I wish them nothing but success in all their future endeavors!

There were áreas of the home that needed to be touched up or fixed (such as flooring and the back yard gate) that were reported but never repaired. Now we'll have to address them through warranty.

The purchase process was extremely easy. [name removed] in the Sales Office was friendly and always answered all of our questions right away, which put us at ease since we were purchasing and moving from Florida. [name removed] has been incredibly helpful and friendly. We had extremely cold weather as soon as we moved in and he came over and showed us how to shut off our sprinkler system. He's been in touch with us every few days just to check in and make sure we're settling in alright. He's been a friendly face for us which has meant so much to us having moved somewhere where we don't know anyone. He continues to be a resource for us in our new home as we get used to all the changes and learning all the ins and outs of our beautiful new home.

For the most part, everything went smoothly. We did end up having to wait until after closing and move in to get some things fixed that we identified on the initial walkthrough that weren’t fixed on the final walk. It kinda felt sketchy because at closing we had to sign documents that said everything was taken care of and satisfactory, but it wasn’t yet at the time. They weren’t anything major so no big deal and they did get completed later after we moved in.

There were a few things that could be better. So our fence had to be re done cause of inaccuracies. Same along for the paint inside the house. Too many missed spots. Also we had a crack in the garage wall, so eventually we will have to get that fixed.
