The only thing I would do in 2023 is build all homes as smart homes. I think that as builders, it would be beneficial to keep up with the times as the world evolves.

The paint is horrible (inside) The bathroom of the second floor makes a lot of noises. The finish of the walls is really bad. Thr roof gutter drain in the front of the house is terrible.

The HOA and elected president do not address concerns on the TownSq app. We have had two car wreck into homes and the one that was the builders office is a severe eye sore and embarrassing when someone enters the community. In addition the speeding and the fact that a 2 year old was hit by a car and HOA didn’t address this despite many complaints on the app is hideous. We also only had one meeting despite being promised another one. This is taxation without representation. We also have folks not keeping up the grounds including the landscaping company not picking up trash. When you contact Penny Petro she is full of excuses. This is the ghetto plain and simple. You have basketball goals XXXXX taped to light posts. Just plain ridiculous.

The quality of the home was not as expected. The overall built was very poor. Many things have been made to fix, and out of pocket expenses are accumulating.

I love the design but the walls could have been made a little stronger. You can barely tap the walls with any object & put a nice dent in it. Overall I'll give the house a 7 out of 10.

I had a few issues initially that were eventually resolved. All issues were resolved by your Warranty Department, which were great.

Other than the initial house selection and not being able to customize the house, the house experience has been good. Warranty work is prompt and quality. Only a few issues with build arose, which we expected, and they were taken care of (we currently have one item in progress with warranty). Extending warranty was painless as well.

The quality of the home is inconsistent and some of the construction choices are questionable at best. The paint is far below quality and the repair process is problematic.

Seller agent was very friendly and available. The finance lender people were not as much friendly. Sometimes rude, blunt, or difficult to communicate with. Did not feel like they had my interests in mind. The builder was polite for the most part, and had a lot of info to share that was helpful, but was uninterested in providing a document. The builder also did not follow up on other items that that needed addressing, such as nails that were sticking out of the foundation. They said they notified some other company, but no one has bother to come by to remove the nails.

Overall, we love our home. What we don’t like is the contractors used to build our home. We had a window crack due to poor installation that we have to pay to fix bc the warranty won’t fix it. The people used to do the flooring is horrible. We have uneven flooring and planks that come up. They came to redo it, but did an even worse job than before, not to mention they still owe us money from hour hotel stay so they could do the crappy job. At this point, we’ll have to get all the floors redone ourselves out of pocket. Get better reputable contractors in the future.

I purchased 3 houses with [name removed] homes. found the house myself, i asked for discount they gave O% discount to me. they told me bring the agent. I came with agent . She did 0 work. instead they gave my agent extra bonuses. the agent made on my purchases almost 25000. And 0% to me. even not a single basket as a gift. agent even did not do the closing properly

The lack of.communication with their lenders and builders. In complete issues around the house that were listed on the inspection report. Still waiting to have the garage door fixed. Carpet repaired. We were lied to on our second walk that everything would be complete. We have been in our home almost two months and a lot of the repairs are still incomplete. The fact that the builder didn't try to obtain a refrigerator was a complete inconvenience. [name removed] our.customer service is very bad about returning calls and getting things done. [name removed] was a awful builder he way.of showing us the house was very uninformative. His boss was also not really helpful in the situation. He said that the house was exterminated and it wasn't. My wife suffered extreme insect bites. Now our front door has a gap at the bottom when we close it. The garage door has a bent bracket and the gap between top to the bottom is widing. Overall the only reason why we went with Legends is because they came highly recommended from our realtor
