I am very satisfied with the attention I receive from the warranty division. However, I believe that there is a lot of room for improvement in the pride in the subdivision. I believe with the amount of HOA fees charged that the HOA could at least enforce that yards be maintained and that the park and pool area not have undesired trash building up.

The houses are affordable but the houses could be better designed. The biggest downside of this house is the community public space designs. There are no walkways and not enough lighting. The play areas are too small and not segregated for smaller kids.

I was not told that Legend Homes listed their new homes for rent under another name called Cabrillo. For a standard 3% fha loan that drives the rental market prices down. And why didn't [name removed] tell me I could have rented? Because I was loured with your no-closing costs marketing tactics. Because I did not use a realtor, I thought your sales rep could provide the information, but all she did was lie and scam me into buying this house. I thought the sales rep [name removed] was a licensed real estate agent. But now I know she is a professional scammer. Because I bought this house online from out of state. I was scammed into this purchase due to your offering of no closing costs. But after I moved in here and immediately hated it when I discovered that your construction offices were across the street and I had to live in a business park for the first 8 months and be tortured daily. I did speak to an actual real estate agent who told me the seller always pays the closing costs. So why did you have it advertised that you would pay when that is a normal occurrence in a real estate sales transaction. I could have rented the exact same house down the street with a bigger back yard for $700/ month LESS!!!!! With free lawn care and pest services that you offer to renters and $1 move in deposit. Plus, you give them a garage door opener. I will never be happy here knowing [name removed] scammed me into buying this horrible home because she did not disclose the information that I could have rented! She did not tell me about the rental option with more benefits. She is a liar. She just wanted to te sell me this crap house probably because her commission checks are higher on a sale. Your loan officer [name removed] also lied to me. Because I got a DPA (down payment assistance grant) he never told me that it was a 3 year commitment. So I am stuck living here, overpaying for this house with a tiny backyard and no sidewalks. The air conditioner sits outside the first room and is so loud we can not use the first room. So really overpaid for a 4 bedroom when you can't use 1 room. Do you understand how much it costs for me to sell this house, it's 3 years and 8% so I am literally stuck living here until 3 years when the DPA loan is forgiven. When I could have rented here for $700/month less, and moved when I wanted. I could have rented on a street with no construction offices, had a $1 move in, free lawn care, garage door opener and pest control. Renting was a way better deal. But she never told me about that option. I thought all the houses here were brand new and for sale. If normal homeowners with standard loans FHA or standard loan rates rented their homes here the rental market wold be higher. But you came in here with your investor side and scooped up the inventory for low-cost rentals and didn't tell the new buyers.

Responsive Warranty Support: [name removed], the warranty contact, was exceptional in addressing and resolving any issues promptly. His proactive approach and dedication were greatly appreciated.

You sold me this scam house in a business park and I’m the one who suffers. So frustrating that I moved to the dead end of old Conroe road in the middle of nowhere to have peace and quit spending my life savings, moved my mother, and moved my family across the country and The Sales Agent (who should be fired) did not inform me I would have to live here across from this business park where men come and go all day. Why did you plan it this way, to XXXXX all over us that bought a house on Chinook and make our lives miserable living across from this business with huge trucks that line the streets! They don't live here so why are they in front of my house every day staring at me, watching me, they are so creepy sitting in these offices watching me. It could be a nice street with all the houses completed but your poor planning made this miserable living (the other person who planned this should also be fired). Do you know there was a guy parked in front of my house by 8:30 am just sitting there with his truck running waiting to go to work what a bunch of crap that I have to deal with this! I live in a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood and you have this Illegal operation going on! I HATE LIVING HERE. What a mistake buying this house was since no one told me I would have to live in a business park. No lights at the parks, no sidewalks, and workers everywhere disrupting my right to quiet enjoyment. I guess at this point it doesn’t matter anymore you are never going to move them and you win. You sold the house and made your money so you don't care anymore about my suffering having to live here in this hell on Chinook. Where you sold me a house in a business park.

We like the diligent staff, quick and timely responses, and constant support and explanations for concerns. The house design is pretty. The negotiation was favorable, and they offered us options. We dislike: the residential complex is family-friendly but lacks sidewalks for children to walk on, so they have to walk in the street. The pool is not consistently available, even during the summer season. The house we bought had many functional and aesthetic defects.

The quality of the homes are very low. Built quickly without long-term living in mind. We’ve had repair people in our home several times a month for the better part of this first year. I don’t even want to start to imagine what the state of our home will be in the next 5 years. On a positive note the Legend homes team has been amazing. [name removed] had been there every step of the way with us with diligence and patience with our every concern and repair. It’s a luxury to have someone like [name removed] committed to his job and the quality of service that he’s providing.

I like the floorplan of our home. The overall quality seems at par with the industry. There was workmanship details that could have been done better, such as paint not fully covering edges and areas of the wall. The [name removed] [name removed] community is good so far, although not very happy about the pool access restrictions. We are also concerned about the large quantities of rental homes offered throughout the community. We were unaware of this practice at the time of purchase. I would also ask that the builder's offices be moved closer to phase 2/3. The positioning of the containers results in hazardous conditions for drivers, and pedestrians as there is no visibility.

I really enjoy the quality of the build and the energy saving features. I dislike that the house doesn’t have gutters and that my sprinkler system hasn’t functioned since I moved in. When I placed a work order, I was informed that it was my fault and out of warranty.

Multiple request for repairs with lack of response or correction. Drywall falling off walls and paint on inside and outside very poor quality already pealing and wearing off. Windows not sealed properly and concrete already chipping in drive ways and garage. Over pour of concrete in grass areas cause front lawns to not grow and having to dig up chunks of concrete and replant grass seed. Homes not cleaned before move in and showers stained and flooring and boards missing in parts of home. I will not purchase another legend home
