We had several issues that needed attending to. After several tries the circuit blowing in the kitchen was finally resolved. However the cracking along the edge of our driveway was never touched. We were told that matters outside the home were not under warranty. I don’t understand how this could be part of your policy. We reported it immediately after we moved in.

Michael the salesman was straightforward however very kind. Jason who conducted the inspections was very helpful and offered to assist with any fixes in the future assuring he was just a phone call away. Lastly, Heather and Leah was very knowledgeable and promptly returned phone calls during the loan process.
