They come when needed but things like a back door that is warped and won’t close right they won’t replace. I’ve been waiting for brick due to the front of my house cracking that’s been since April. I have cracks in my walls was told they will only fix one time. My drive has cracks in it that will not get fixed cause it’s not covered and I’ve have only been here since December 21. I think yall could do better when it comes to repairs

I needed the space so I went with the house. I should’ve waited. I seen red flags and should’ve stopped but my family needed a home. I really don’t like the home. The house wasn’t caulk right,skipped paint areas. I feel like they rushed and the house was sitting awhile.

This was one of the easiest processes for a major purchase that we've ever experienced. The convenience of the technology, the courteousness of the sales and financing teams was amazing. Couldn't be more pleased with the assistance and knowledge of all involved.

Painting in my garage door was terrible . Landscaping was horrible , legend Home put me dead grass in my house , I have open gaps on the front door , garage door , door from back yard , so for that reason I have insects coming inside of my house .

There are a lot of issue that the builders forgot and there are cosmetic issues as well.

Warranty was a nightmare. Blame was put on us as homeowners with ever ticket we submitted. Warranty person lied to us about how several things happened, after getting an inspection we were able to prove it was not our fault and they're still trying to blame us. House was built with SUCH POOR quality and lack of pride in the work done on it. Loose flooring boards, cracking door frames, improper placement of light fixtures, poor paint job, poor irrigation work, UNPROFESSIONAL warranty service, lack of communication on warrant repairs, and MUCH more. Will NEVER recommend legend homes to anyone.

Some things that are wrong with the house like squeaky floors, cracked cement, broken solid window up high probably won't get fixed.

Title company was not on top of the transaction and could not answer questions we had. A few items that need to be fixed after the final walk are still outstanding.
