What I dislike that I only been living in my home for 6 months and issues are occurring like tile grout disappearing exposing cracks between the shower tiles. The kitchen faucet leaking. The ceiling in my bedroom cracks appearing. I just put in warranty request for the repairs, but it’s disappointing that I haven’t been living here long and it’s issues occurring. I already had to get drainage system installed outside because water was sitting on the side of the house. The kitchen cabinets doors were falling off. I had to put in request to get the garage door opener fixed. I understand things wasn’t going to be perfect, but I didn’t expect to have so many issues occurring. I do appreciate when I do put in a warranty request repair I do get a call and the issues get taken care of. But with so many issues it makes me feel like the builders just rushed on building the house, but I’m glad that the issues are not major issues other then the kitchen facet leaking.

The warranty was crap!!!! Got charged every time I tried to use it. Also the walls are EXTREMELY thin. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the house. From people walking upstairs to water running through the pipes if someone is using it. There’s also the height or placement of the fience. The neighbors next door can literally look out there window, and see directly into your back yard. There’s no privacy!!!! Lastly, the driveways are way too small. Can’t fit my to vehicles in the driveway at the same time. Oh one more thing… there needs to be more for the kids to do. I have older, and younger kids. The older ones have NOTHING to do. It’s quite boring for them. No pool, park, etc. To be honest wouldn’t choose this community again knowing what I know now.

Dislike the washer/dryer the most, very cheap and don’t make noise when finished. Formica in bathrooms not great choice. Kitchen layout is what I like the most.

Customer care is amazing. I took off one star for the home quality. The cat5 cables are not terminated and I was told that Legend Homes will not finish the job. I had to terminate the cat5 myself. Plus the installed connectors on the wall are all phone jack instead of ethernets. No one uses a landline anymore. They should've been ethernet ports. I had to redo that one myself.

I was looking for house last couple of years and then i meet miss kandace and she introduced me sale agent her name is miss [name removed] and i do really appreciate that they really helped me for buying house and another third person name miss melissa my loan agent and she really helped me to approve my loan and i do really thankful to all of them to get me a brand new house.. I didn’t like that the builder did not fix all the issues that was pointed out during inspection and walk through. I noticed the water sitting on one side of the house was never taken care of it needed more landscaping grass added and that wasn’t done, do that’s upsetting other than that the purchase experience was smooth.

I was super delighted with [name removed] my sales rep. I realized after the fact that the area that new grass should have been put in wasn’t.(blame myself a bit for not being there) what kept me from marking 10 is being told “we don’t have to do that”. This wording made me feel a bit like bare minimum to meet code was being done. While the home is great just the thought of the wording made me feel a bit unease. As a solution if true obviously telling customers, (the home is to code and safety is priority) would be great. I wouldn’t ask anything after or feel uneasy. Otherwise thanks for the customer service!

The buying process went very smooth. [name removed] was great to work with. The disappointments came after moving-in where I found out that the ethernet ports in the house are non functional because the ends where they lead to inside the closet upstairs had no connectors which means you cannot use them to connect to your router or any network switch. There were also things that pricked my feet from the carpet. I had to get a hammer and flatten them down. These are the two biggest concerns. Other than that, the house is beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful.

I was a little apprehensive at first, and very unsure I could even be a homeowner however she was very kind and treated my kids and I as if we were family. The homebuying process was seamless.
