I feel like the time between putting down a deposit to hearing from the lender is a bit of a gap. Especially if you have questions. But overall it wasn’t bad.

The home itself seemed rushed. A lot of imperfections like cracked fence pickets, paint peeling on the patio door, and the 3rd restroom door knob making a weird noise when you turn it. Plus we had to have the back door readjusted to close and lock properly.

I like the floorplan of the Ellington home. I dislike to lack of detail during construction, exposed wall near piping, gaps in bathroom tile grout, paint not fully dry causing chipping on closed doors at initial opening.

I appreciated the time our sales team and builder representatives took to go over every detail about our home. However, once we finalized our purchase, the builder reps stopped answering there phones regarding miner issues we found throughout the home such as drywall gouges and so on.

No choices! I had to find a home in this relentless market and Legend Homes was there and affordable. It’s been a month and there is no internet, and no postal services and these services blame the builder for not requesting their service in the area sooner. This makes it almost impossible to work from home. The kitchen faucet malfunctioned before I moved in. The plumber wanted to replace the dated unit that I planned to replace anyway and I suggested that I buy a more up to date unit and they help in some form but have yet to be informed of any solution.

I have had some issues that needed attention such as paw prints embedded in my concrete in the driveway that I have been trying to get anyone to see what can be done and also the toilet in the hall Bathroom has two scratches on it that were there when I moved in. I have sen an email to my sales rep Geoff as he instructed but this is all my 3rd email and I have gotten no response from anyone. I have also attached pictures to the email as well.
