The sales agent was not very helpful and never had answers to my questions. Final walk through was horrible since prior issues were not resolved resulting in 1 week delay of closing costing me $$ for extra storage. Had major argument with builder to get issues resolved. Finding out the house is cheaply constructed as we settle in.

Like overall construction and layout of home. Dislike installation of AC/heating. The system is unbalanced and puts more air into master bedroom, and far less into the other 2 bedrooms.

Delay of construction lead me to reapply for home mortgage with higher interest rate; the main drain pipe was clogged by construction debris which lead to flooding of sewage to the entire first floor

Looks like they rushed through the build. The backyard always has standing water when it rains and the water takes multiple days to drain. They didn’t do anything about it when the warranty request was put in. They don’t comprehend what you’re saying.

Disliked Everything! This was my wife and I’d first home. We wanted it to be special. We left the experience NEVER WANTING TO BUILD A HOUSE AGAIN. The finishing on this house was pathetic. Painting over Unsanded wood, blots of paint dripping. Paint cracking up and down corners. Inviting my wife and brother to finally come see our new house and I’m embarrassed to call this my home. When you spend 264,000 dollars on a home you expect a certain quality. We should of went with perry home because legends shouldn’t even be allowed to build homes. It makes me sad for those houses coming up next to mine bc I know they will be rushed and done completely wrong. Right now I have blue tape ALLLLLLL OVER MY HOUSE. I shouldn’t have to get on my hands and knees and put tape down on most of my home. Quality control should have been there!! In fact I was on my hands and knees so much that I just didn’t have to energy to go upstairs or finish certain spots down stair. I’m 100% disabled Vet and if I don’t get resolution on my home I will blast social media, google, ticktock, snap chat, instagram with a lengthy review with pictures! And to recommend not to make the same mistake we made by going with Legend Home. If there’s one thing Texas doesn’t abide by is treating their disabled WAR vets like legend home has treated me [name removed] 3372581699

There was a lot of miscommunication with lender and builder. I was also told i was unable to lock in interest rates when I requested even when i was willing to pay the premium in case it went over. Really poor communication from lender made this a more stressful experience than it needed it to be.

Forget about the warranty, there's so many errors in the house already. Foundation is chipped yet it is not even a year old. Warranty is not 100% more than a year, it should be at least 5 years

It has been a year and we still have issues with our yard. It took all year for my house to be fully fixed from things that should’ve been fixed prior to move in. Every time we submit a warranty- it takes almost a full month or two for a response or to have anything fixed. If it weren’t for me following up, I’d hear nothing. People want to pass us off and not follow through. We will not recommend legend homes to anyone.

Just felt rushed and not the walk throughs as promised. The first few warranty items took way to long to fix. It’s now working well but a neighbor that lives here is currently out of her home for 4 weeks because you guys aren’t doing anything to help them. She is leaving her home daily because of the mold caused by your construction.

There are many issues that an inspector found out which should not be there at first place and the construction manager was unwilling to fix those issues.

I like the care that is taken to respond any warranty request. I like the amazing manager for my subdivision, [name removed]. I do not like however dealing with some of the contractors like PGS Landscaping & even Whirlpool.

The community manager has been amazing with working with me but there are lots of examples of bad workmanship throughout the home including chips, bad placement of AC (super loud), closet racks falling off, & a ditch being dug in my backyard for Drainage when I suggested a French drain (who does that?!)

The warranty service has been great! It's the home itself that seems to be lacking in some areas. For example, I just found this weekend that the outer door frames are basically made of paper. If a screw is pulled from the hole, it leaves behind fuzz. I have to use a 2" screw to get all the way into the inner door frame.

The sales associate [name removed] was the only bright spot in my experience. The building process of the home was horrible. The builder never stuck to the contract and had the required meetings with us. The building of the home is still not complete. The company over promised and under delivered at every possible point in the process.

I was very upset and became discouraged when my closing date was pushed back due to my garage door not being installed. It was extremely displeasing that the builder waited until the final hour to have my door installed but other houses that weren’t even half way completed had garage doors installed months in advance.

Contractor failed to fix all discrepancies that was discovered during the final walkthrough. When the warranty service person called to fix the discrepancies inside the house, he can’t accommodate my available time or dates. When I pointed out erosion issues at backyard, I don’t like response given. Finally, instead of bending over backwards to fix the issues. He asked to resubmit because it didn’t look good in his report.
