Contractor does not fulfill obligations after sale. I’d recommend the homes minus him. I’d tell anyone not to sign until all is complete.

On my walk-through, I was told by the builder that he would take care of a few things that were not correct. He never took care of them and Neighbor told me about the legend WARRANTY site and to go through them. The legend WARRANTY team has been very good at taking care of the issues that we’re not correct when I purchased the home.

Everything was phenomenal from start to finish except for a few things. Only parts that prevented it from being all 10s. Initial showing, [name removed] did outstanding from day one. 10/10. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The head builder or developer for the subdivision started out so strong. I was super skeptical about buying a two story home due to my daughter having a disability. I requested a handrail be put in before I make an offer and they agreed without hesitation. That went along way with me and my family. Turned out amazing and put huge smile on my face. fast forward to initial walk through. Again. Started so strong. Some of the small things my inspector annotated were already address and was told the other stuff was scheduled. I was amazed. I was so amazed and moved by the work ethics put forward that I agreed not to do the final walk through. The only things that I was told were gonna be fixed were not. I told the attic access would be sealed. Not completed. I was told the water pressure was going to be turned up. Not completed. And I was told I would have a board cut and painted to fit the shelf in the master closet and it would be sat in the garage before closing. Those were not completed so therefore I cannot give 10/10 for that. Also I was told the house was going to be deep cleaned also before I got the keys. I didn’t see as if it was. And the day I got my keys there were spiders in the home. Fast forward to now. The last two times we’ve had heavy rain. The back door had leaked leaving a huge puddle of water in front of the door. I plan on putting in a request for that. But overall, we are extremely happy with our new home.

Site manager was professional, courteous and thorough. Aftercare was also courteously provided when any minor issues needed attention. Home is beautiful, well constructed and has stood up very well.

I expected some issues with a new build. What I didn't expect is the resistance by builder/warranty to correct issues they are fully aware of as there was absolutely no quality control in place and work signed off without inspection on my specific home. It has been a year and many things still not addressed nor corrected. Total lack of customer care. I am finding many homeowners not happy with lack of action from Legend Homes and home warranty to issues in workmanship and quality.

I’ve been happy. I had an issue with power on a weekend. My help came from my realtor’s husband. The agent tried; but electrician was a no go. I have never had anyone check on “touch ups” I’ve found.

Contract process was good. Move in - house wasn’t clean. I was also told that they would do paint touch up and that never happened. Our process was complicated and I think that had something to do with the house not being a priority.

The purchase process was easy, with no surprises. The contractor that did my walk through has been amazing with addressing the small issues that I have noted. He actually saw things that I did not catch. The quality of my home gives me peace about my investment.

The representative for walk thru could’ve been more detailed in taking notes as there was a lot of stuff to fix. The craftsmanship of the home is below par and you can see that the contractors took “shortcuts” to save money and do the job quickly, therefore turning out a product that is not top quality. There are a lot of items that need repair from doors that don’t close correctly and not installed correctly to paint ( home has one very thin coat) to electrical issues.
