Great quality home. I do have some cracking on the concrete in the garage but it is yet to be seen if it will be a long term problem. [name removed] surface of the concrete in the front yard is stained and not done very well. Aside from that the issues we had have been addressed.

What I did not like and do not like is that it takes far to long to get someone to come out and even look at the issue. getting someone back to repair is another dislike. They take way to long, and lie and say it's been repaired and it hasn't. I have had several leaks in the back yard dealing with sprinkler pipes and they are still dragging their feet on this last one I reported. I am not happy with the response time at all. This house cost a lot of money to keep having these issues.

[name removed] kitchen sink is way too tiny! You walk into this wonderful family room with this gorgeous island and then there is this tiny little sink. It's ridiculous!!! [name removed] stove is also ridiculous, to use the broiler in the oven, you have to get on your hands and knees to use it. I bought an air fryer with a broiler feature that has to sit and take up space on my counter which doesn't make me happy. I understand by doing these surveys can help make things better for the next person or the next subdivision but it doesn't help those of us that have already bought our home. I wished that someone would at least give me the opportunity to put in a larger sink while the building is still going on in our neighborhood. I would be glad to pay for the upgrade.

Overall the warranty service is fine however the individuals that respond to the initial request are very dismissive without evaluating the issue. Quick to say something isn't covered without ever coming out. At least have someone trained come out and say its not covered. We are homeowners with no experience articulating every issue.

I had a lot of problems buying a house. the seller is very ok, but i am very very unhappy about the person who built my house. When I went to see the house and pointed out the defects, the builder denied the problem. He also spoke harshly to his customers, but when I met the seller, the problem was partially solved. and when I put green paper to fix my house, it was even worse when it was finished. when I received the house and the seller said it would take care of it when I got the house. Up to now, I have moved in and my house has not been repaired. and I can't live 100% of my house yet, and have to live with the builder's mistakes. I really enjoyed the house I chose, but the builder and when you come down to check it out I'm sure you won't want to buy them anymore. so please help me fix my house soon.. tks..

Information shared during the whole process was inefficient and at times confusing. Now that the home is closed it is difficult getting responses to remaining items that were promised to be completed.

I like that responses to my issues have been immediate. No questions were asked. Someone came out assessed the issues and sent someone over to fix them.

I was rushed from the beginning to the end of this process, anytime I received any documents, I was required to sign and return them before the end of business day. There were several mistakes made that could have been resolved before closing and wasn’t. There was a discrepancy with the countertops. My office did not have a coaxial cable as I made it very clear that I work from home and could not use WiFi. We had the 1st walk through a week before closing with the final walk through the day of closing and nothing was resolved from the 1st walk through as I had so much blue tape in EVERY room. [name removed] sheet rock throughout the house was not smooth as if they had hired contractors off the street building the home instead of professionals. It is so many areas of the house that just shows the end result to be poorly done. Let’s not even talk about the painter. I could have painted and caulked this house myself, better than what they did. They used latex paint instead of oil based paint throughout the house, baseboards were put down before the floors were installed, which caused over caulking, looks horrible. No shelves in my master bedroom closet. It appears brick was not placed on the back of the house, patio area, instead they put cement where brick should be as this was discussed at the final walk through as well. Underneath the kitchen cabinets were still bare and not painted. I’m quite sure I’m forgetting something. Very frustrating, horrible customer service, just overall dissatisfied with entire process and experience.

The only think I did not like was when I felt that the sales manager was not patient with how we were purchasing. We were paying mostly cash and only needed a small amount financed. They were trying to scrap the contract because of a approval that took longer than usual. Its not like we weren't vested 9n the property.

The contract process was fine, Jeff H in sales was great! Overall I love my home. The issue was with construction and when a mistake was made it was brushed off and I was left to deal so I am dissatisfied with that

I liked my experience with Jeffrey Hymanson, he always addressed my concerns. I disliked the fact that my closing was way off to what I was told when signing my contract though I could really closing within 30 days of the set date.
