Dislike: extremely cheap and very low quality materials was used for the house. Things are falling apart and the warranty guys don't want to be responsible. It's a very big regret buying house from [name removed] home. From the toilet, tiles, dry wall, bath tub lighting, roof, AC countertop, window, and ... just to mention few. Your houses are not designed for comfort

I don’t think the home was built with quality material. I absolutely hate that I can hear dripping water from the upstairs bathroom when I’m standing in my closet. Absolute worse design ever

Such a good warranty but here’s why! [name removed] build of the house and materials are cheap! Very low quality and cheaply made. Home isn’t even 1 year old and the house is already cracking! [name removed] quality sucks!

[name removed] finishing was not perfectly done. seemed like a rush work. Also the spacing of the Master Bedroom is quite small as well as the living room. Meritage homes are more spacious in terms of living room and masters bedroom

Legend Homes has addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner and has been good to me. My home inspector stated that the house was built very well.

I loved the attention to detail and the fact that all our concerns were addressed. I especially want to thank Larry, the supervisor for being a kind person. After carpeting work was finished in our home, he came back to supervise and ended up vacuuming which was quite surprising but much appreciated . Overall a wonderful experience

I like everything about my home. The only issues I have had was water leaks from the sprinkler system. Flickering lights too, but overall I love my home

[name removed] (our seller) was very helpful and supportive during the process of buying our first home. He was always available for my questions and we believe he did what he could for us. Then our builder foreman [name removed] was awesome, he was great to work with and very transparent throughout the building process. He was awesome. Overall a great experience and happy to have our first home.

Working with Larry has made me feel lucky. I have heard horror stories from friends who have bought new homes from other builders and have felt totally taken advantage of. Larry at Legend has done a great job in providing top notch customer service and resolving any issues that have surfaced.

Great quality home. I do have some cracking on the concrete in the garage but it is yet to be seen if it will be a long term problem. [name removed] surface of the concrete in the front yard is stained and not done very well. Aside from that the issues we had have been addressed.

When i first talk to the agent they said free refregerator and washer and dryer but when [name removed] lift i ask [name removed] they said no free for washer dryer and fridge? Thats why intalk to them finally they give it that free for waher and dryer? But its hard im almost quitting!

The kitchen sink is way too tiny! You walk into this wonderful family room with this gorgeous island and then there is this tiny little sink. It's ridiculous!!! The stove is also ridiculous, to use the broiler in the oven, you have to get on your hands and knees to use it. I bought an air fryer with a broiler feature that has to sit and take up space on my counter which doesn't make me happy. I understand by doing these surveys can help make things better for the next person or the next subdivision but it doesn't help those of us that have already bought our home. I wished that someone would at least give me the opportunity to put in a larger sink while the building is still going on in our neighborhood. I would be glad to pay for the upgrade.

Sales was helpful… Contractor was pleasant until we signed that piece of paper and never came back to add what he promised. After giving a good review (I wish I would have done it later).
