I liked how much help we receive on the purchase of our home. Legend homes have a great quality. If anything needs to be fixed, Legend Homes takes care of it. I've looked at other builders before and Legend Homes has quality and pricing well.

The quality of the house has not been what I expected. The good thing is that the warranty service has responded to all the complaints so far, but many of the details were reported to the construction manager during the walk-through.

The house is great. There have been minor issues that Legend Homes has attended and fixed, but the last one I submitted a week ago and the person didn’t show up on the agreed date (yesterday).

Like house design and features. Like neighborhood streetlights being on and numerous. Dislike excess street parking and crazy driving cars racing up and down the street. Liked process of purchasing and staff here who made process easier.

Good Service but we were not allowed to change the realtor before signing the contract and also no upgrades by the seller even we were ready to pay for upgrades. There are certain defects from closing time which was never addressed.

They changed my floor due to manufacture defects but the new floor has workmanship defect. We can not move our furniture back, it disturbs our normal life. We have can not cook for 2 days so we have to use Uber Eats and they did not do refund for it. It has been a week now, we still waiting in a empty house for them to fix the floor.

I like the service legend homes gave me at the beginning when I was buying the house. But I think you guys need to work more on the details of the house to show more the quality and stop giving so many excuses when something doesn't look good or isn't properly built.

The warranty for the one year follow up did not go smoothly. There was little to no communication from some of the workers on arrival and departure. One guy just left without informing us that he had finished. Very unprofessional. Other than this last step everything else was just fine.

Everyone from Legend Homes that I interacted was absolutely lovely. As a first time buyer, I had lots of questions and they were always answered quickly! There were also lots of things that I didn't know to ask about and the team went above and beyond to educate me as a first time buyer.
