There were also lots of things that I didn't know to ask about and the team went above and beyond to educate me as a first time [name removed].

Good Service but we were not allowed to change the realtor before signing the contract and also no upgrades by the seller even we were ready to pay for upgrades. There are certain defects from closing time which was never addressed.

They changed my floor due to manufacture defects but the new floor has workmanship defect. We can not move our furniture back, it disturbs our normal life. We have can not cook for 2 days so we have to use Uber Eats and they did not do refund for it. It has been a week now, we still waiting in a empty house for them to fix the floor.

I like the service legend homes gave me at the beginning when I was buying the house. But I think you guys need to work more on the details of the house to show more the quality and stop giving so many excuses when something doesn't look good or isn't properly built.

The warranty for the one year follow up did not go smoothly. There was little to no communication from some of the workers on arrival and departure. [name removed] guy just left without informing us that he had finished. Very unprofessional. Other than this last step everything else was just fine.

I liked the process of speaking with sales and the updates they provided through the build process. I dislike that it seems like a fair amount of imperfections are deemed to be acceptable. They’re mostly cosmetic, but I was told by someone with Legend Homes that imperfections should be expected. If I were buying a million dollar home I don’t think a builder would tell me that. But, I’m paying good money for a home from Legend Homes and I don’t agree with the idea that imperfections are just par for the course. I also dislike that the subcontractors do not care about the quality of their work and that many parts of the lawn were basically dying at the time of closing.

I like the warranty service that they do first they schedule a time with you to meet up and take all the picture of the damage spot and then the next day they send out a contractor to fix all the damaged spot fast and Nice job.

The house was built cheap and things keep falling apart. The whole experience has been traumatic. I asked for a second opinion and was never reached out to again. The staff has horrible customer service. Even from the beginning, the construction manager only closed on certain times and I had to inconvenience myself and take off. We all have families. This has been the worst experience of my life

It started with the foundation - Kitchen island wiring - no conduit pipe to power kitchen island - they had to chisel out the foundation so the wiring could be run. And problems continued all the way until we closed. We accepted the house the way it was because we were told that the sales person could just sell the house to someone else that wouldn't care about the construction quality and for more money.
