The house was built cheap and things keep falling apart. The whole experience has been traumatic. I asked for a second opinion and was never reached out to again. The staff has horrible customer service. Even from the beginning, the construction manager only closed on certain times and I had to inconvenience myself and take off. We all have families. This has been the worst experience of my life

The finishing touches on the house were not completed. There are quite a few areas that need some chalking done, some cleaning done.

The builder was very nice. The realtor helps us through out a lot things, from the contract to the end. This is the first time that we bought the house that very far from our hometown! I will introduce you to my family and friends!

The HOA is terrible and the fees are exorbitant for the nothing that we get out of them. The House is great of course there were a couple of changes that had to be made but otherwise I love it except for the horrendous HOA.

We like that we feel safe in this neighborhood. We love that the house is a one story. We dislike that drive ways in the neighborhood are short and therefore the streets are filled with parked cars. We dislike the outdoor color of the house and all the houses in the neighborhood. They are all so drab and bland. We were disappointed that our AC was not connected correctly to the drip pan and our ceiling sprung a leak over night. We were happy with how quickly the repairs were made.

During the blue tape process. I was told issues that were brought to light were going to be fixed and they were not fixed. I constantly had to keep calling to ask when the issues were going to be fixed. This is supposed to be a brand new move in ready home and yet I have all my belonging in garage. Water pipes were broken, Water is coming out of Master bedroom , bathroom and closet. I work in the medical field so I am well aware of what mold can do to the human lungs especially since I have a 2 year old daughter who I still have not flown in from California because the house isn't ready. on top of that today there was another issue on the second bathroom with water coming out the flooring as well .

Everything has been horrible! The house is Breaking down and had leaks. The warranty ppl keep saying there is a shortage of everything. The realtors are liars and said a fountain would be placed which prompted me to purchase my home. Had to call and request management Bc sales office is so rude in order to demand the fountain be placed or a lawsuit will be filed, only to be told the person over our section quit and it was never ordered! The house was build in a two week span and there are leaks and rusty screws that caused a leak under my garage and a leak also in the upstairs bathroom. All the warranty ppl did was paint over the leak

I have likes that it is a very nice and quiet neighborhood but It seems couple of problems with the house. Maybe work on it too fast I don't know. But house is great.

The purchase experience was very pleasant. Move-in was also made easy and I feel the building manager did his best to satisfy my concerns.

The HOA is terrible and the fees are exorbitant for the nothing that we get out of them. The House is great of course there were a couple of changes that had to be made but otherwise I love it except for the horrendous HOA.
