Power was shut off while we were moving in and it was extremely hot. We were told power woild be on 5 days after we moved in. It caused a lot of stress. Still haven’t gotten an answer as to why that happened. We found out about a month after we moved in that our fridge was broken at the bottom. It looks like whoever installed it knew they broke it and tried to cover it up. I contacted [name removed] and he said they take pictures of it leveled, yet I never received those photos.

There were a couple incovinient but nothing to Complain about it, My only issue is with the lawn and Garden. There is a tree almost dead and the is drainage problem in both side of the house from the back yard to the front of the house, they came and try to fix the problem but the problem percit it been a month at this point drainage pipe should be install on both side of the house. I have dead grass, stagnant water, insect, front ect

Everything has been laid out perfectly. The builders and sales people went above and beyond to answer and fix any issues that arose.

The only thing that I did not like was our sales person in the beginning told us some information that we like and then after taking consideration on buying she told us different information from what was mentioned in the beginning. We were close on not purchasing but then her manager got involved and was able to help us . Our seller was an older lady and seem like she was new too. When the manager got involved everything went smoothly. We love our house!

I will say if the builders could’ve took time and not rushed on some things it would’ve been better cause now we’re seeing a lot of their rush work since we’ve been in here! Also the amount of trash these guys left were left wondering if this is why the pest issue at this point. Overall nothing major but definitely food for thought!

The home buying process was pretty straight forward. We appreciated the ease of communication with both the sales agent, Mrs. [name removed], as well as with our mortgage loan officer, Mrs. [name removed]. All the appointments were honored and the builder, Mr. [name removed], walked us through the home features. We liked the professionalism and the care shown throughout the entire home buying process.

Very inconsistent beginning with the building of home, communication, hostile interactions, and quality. Over the past year some issues have been rectified after having brought in new individuals who are more eager to address the issues, and resolve them.

I like how the warranty service has been generally prompt and simple. I dislike how little information was conveyed to us during the home buying and building process. I dislike the bad quality of all of the installed fixtures and lights. I dislike the build quality of the home in some places and the corner cutting used in building the home seems extreme in some cases. I dislike that there were options available to us before the home was built that were not communicated. I dislike that after we closed on the house there was no further in-person communication from Legend Homes and no one was even there to give us keys to the house on our closing day. I think it would go a long way to have a little "welcome" package for new home buyers. I dislike that I wasn't told that I could register my HVAC system within 60 days to get a 10 year warranty

Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the issue remains unresolved, and this has been a significant source of inconvenience and frustration. However, amidst these challenges, I would like to highlight the positive aspects of my interaction with your warranty representative, [name removed]. Mr. [name removed] has consistently demonstrated commendable qualities of respectfulness and responsiveness throughout our communication. We just hoped that the with all of the requests that we submitted in the past few months that the issue would have been resolved by now.
