I liked how professional everyone was. If I had any questions about the contract every question was explained thoroughly. Move in was a smooth process.

[name removed], the sales person, [name removed], and [name removed] from the financing team were wonderful and moved quickly to close on the home ASAP. It is the little things that make an impression. The crew that laid the sod did a poor job leaving gaps of up to two inches in between grass tiles. They didn't clean up the ground of nails, rocks, and other trash or prepare the soil before laying the grass. I brought that up to [name removed]' attention. He claims that the crew came back to do something, but evidently, that proved to be untrue as upon my inspection everything was still in the same condition afterwards. The roofing crew missed some obvious issues that were clearly explained on the inspection report. The last repair requested on a second re inspection, was declared complete after the crew member climbed up a latter and spent no more than a few minutes up there (per security camera video.) When I moved in, the floor was muddy in the living room. The landscaping crew had obviously tracked mud, during their assignment laying the sod in the back yard and it wasn't cleaned. Like I said, the little things make a big impression! One more thing, the inspection report, and three re inspections pointed out to a squeaky floor. The crew came, nailed a few nails through the carpet where the loudest noise was more obvious and claimed that the sporadic squeaks are normal. By the way, Legends should reconsider the obscene incentive to realtors as my realtor came into the picture after I had done the job of searching, and scheduled an appointment which my realtor pressured me to re-schedule to a date when she was available to visit with me. I was very close to walking away from this home due to my realtor extreme pressure to move a neck-breaking speed. She acted this was, no doubt based on the additional incentive. The only reason I continued with the purchase was because upon reporting her behavior to her broker, he stepped in to continue assisting and agreed to allow me time to do what I needed before signing the contract. But that additional incentive made my experience a lot worse that it would have been otherwise. My realtor had warned me of the poor quality of the Legends homes, base on the incentive KB Homes had offered her. She was pushing me to buy the KB [name removed], until I told her I preferred the Legends homes.
