[name removed] was great through the whole process. After I moved in I found dead roaches & that the cabinets, bathrooms & floors were dirty. I reported it to [name removed] & he informed me the Construction manager would have cleaning lady come by & clean. This lady canceled twice & came by on the 2nd week to tellme that the house was dierty because i had been in the house towo weeks already & that the were only here to mop. When i tried to tell her everything i had found that was dirty upon moving in she again wasargumentative. She finally ran a dry rag over a cabinet and 1 tub. Needless to say when i went to put dishes in cabinets i found that they were still dusty & tub & bathrooms were still dirty. There's also laminate flooring that is unglued & lifted by backdoor. Other than that I do love my new home.

The house was not properly cleaned before move in date. Cleaning lady showed up she blamed me for home not being clean. Even though I had swept & mopping. There is an issue with the floor by back door. Front door has happened at the bottom, I was told I needed to fix those issues myself.

The buying experience was fine; the problem I've had is that I had items on the punch list that were NOT fixed. I initially called the Superintendent, [name removed], I believe was his name, he promised to get a few doors changed out that were on my punch list, these doors have big dents in them that were there and marked from the walk prior to closing AND a drawer that is damaged also, items on the punch list that were NEVER taken care of. I talked to a few guys from [name removed] or Legend Homes after I moved in and it still has not gotten replaced or fixed. Why????!!! This is the Superintendents fault and the [name removed]'s fault for not following through. I still want my items fixed what do I need to do??

My home was not built to meet current constructions standards. I had two project managers over see the construction of my home, both of which I was told are no longer with legend homes. The quality of the work was poor and rushed. When I moved in several things were wrong such as gas line not being connected to stove, dishwasher not mounted correctly, etc. side paneling of my home was installed with damage and the paint job was shorty at best. I hired an inspector to come out to my home that found even more things needing to be addressed that were not up to regulation /standards of construction. I have sent the report to home warranty. A rep ([name removed] hill) has reached out but has been slow resolving all the items in the report.

Started purchase in September. Was told March would be move in. We didn't move in, until end of July. The schedule our first walk through and then had to re schedule. They cracked my kitchen cabinets, all they did to fix it was to cover the crack. They never finished painting the exterior of the house. Wiring for lights is bad. Already had to replace fixtures ( before 30 days after move in) they missed a whole section of trim for the cabinets. Instead of removing debris from the yard, they just put sod over it. I would never buy from this company again.

I felt the communication on the construction progress on the home should have been communicated more regularly. Communication from the loan officer was horrible. I would NOT use them ever again. Overall the house I feel is a solid home. However, the type of flooring is a grade above peel and paste flooring. The design of certain things simply doesn’t make sense. The closet door opens up into the shower glass door. The garage door opens up into the refrigerator door. There should be more room between the door opening from the garage as you enter the house. The fence for the yard is not constructed well. Wood is warping and nails are detaching already. discovered a major crack in the master tub. There should be at least one additional utility closet in the hallway.

The floor plan is great. However, the QUALITY the home is NOT. There are several things that were not done with care or of a team that was experienced in building homes. We have to listen to this annoying humming from the AC unit a few times and was pointed out to the project manager. The paint is chipping away, so cheap walls can't be cleaned. There are spots that were pointed out in the shower of holes that weren't repaired, smears of paint wasn't cleaned, shower wasn't properly put in and was caulked so when it wares off we will be dealing with leaking. Weather stripping hadn't been repaired, looks as if they ran out and just said oh well. Two months ago someone came out to do repairs, he plastered it and we didn't see him again...so left with a discolored wall. Currently, same guy came and slapped some paint on and it looks terrible like a child did it. He then scraped out a cup of leftover paint for us to finish and as if it were enough. It's bad enough that homeowners were not able to choose various items for the home their getting ready to own but, we had no choice but to accept the cheap hard to clean crap that was put in and wouldn't even put the crap in appropriately. If we had to do all over, we would have gone with a better builder.

I like the fact that I have a one year builders warranty. But, I really dislike that my home is less than 6 months old and I have had more problems than any home that I've ever lived in. I really dislike the fact that I have to wait weeks just to get one repair done. In addition to this I dislike that when I submit a warranty service. I usually have to do all the following up to make sure that you all received my work order. You do let me know the day that you're coming but, there have been countless times when no one shows up. I can't keep taking off from work or setting time aside during my very busy schedule to handle an appointment that never happens. I'll end this note with letting you know that I have a laundry list of things that I dislike.

Contract was told anything to get me to buy. Inspection 1-3 things wasn’t fixed. Floors wasn’t what i asked for without even courtesy of telling me. Loud noise in my closet needed to be fixed now I’m moved in and have to tear wall out to fix. Sod i purchased is dead and was never watered like we agreed. Screens never changed on my back windows like we agreed upon. All the wall outlets loose already. I can write a book

We have had several issues with our house during both, the building process and even after that the site managers dont seem to be concerned with. We have felt that we made a mistake buying the house we have but it's too late and we just have to "deal" with it till we can sell it and move. On top of the issues with the builders, contractors, and so on, the HOA company hired has had an endless string of complaints from the residence in the neighborhood. They are awful and only makes it worse that we have to pay for it. Also the trash company that was contracted is also terrible. The last complaint I have has less to do with the builders, but more the company that rents houses inside the neighborhood. We bought this house with promises of a quiet family friendly neighborhood, but the renters allowed in are noisy, and disrespectful. The crime rate has gone up and they also rented out to a "high risk XXXXX offender." Soo much for my kids playing at the community park/pool.
