I told the superintendent but all my issues and they never got resolved and now my house warranty with you is out of date and no one would do nothing that should have been done when I first moved into the house

We have had several issues with our house during both, the building process and even after that the site managers dont seem to be concerned with. We have felt that we made a mistake buying the house we have but it's too late and we just have to "deal" with it till we can sell it and move. On top of the issues with the builders, contractors, and so on, the HOA company hired has had an endless string of complaints from the residence in the neighborhood. They are awful and only makes it worse that we have to pay for it. Also the trash company that was contracted is also terrible. The last complaint I have has less to do with the builders, but more the company that rents houses inside the neighborhood. We bought this house with promises of a quiet family friendly neighborhood, but the renters allowed in are noisy, and disrespectful. The crime rate has gone up and they also rented out to a "high risk sex offender." [name removed] much for my kids playing at the community park/pool.

Don't like the light over the kitchen would of preferred can lighting more light with lower energy usage. Also rain gutters, I don't like having a pool in front of my house everytime it rains. Other than that I like the big open space on the second floor also the flooring and comfortable carpeting.

I've liked that when I call for warranty service, they are aware and send someone out to inspect issue. I dislike that scheduling repairs takes anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

The warranty customer service survey is not sent to every customer. You have to be complaining, then you are told to do a survey. I don't like this.

There was roughly a month where no progress had been made on my home, and my move in date kept getting pushed further out. When I actually closed on the home, it was not 100% ready. If I’m being generous, it was probably 90% done on my closing date. Thankfully the construction manager for my home, [name removed], was incredibly honest & helpful. He reassured me that he would get everything in order, and he went above and beyond that promise. My family has been in the home for almost two months now and I would say we’re satisfied with the home and are delighted to stay in this area.

There are several things that I would have changed if I knew the overall outcome of purchasing with Legend Homes. [name removed], my master bedroom closet shelf is missing and according to the people, Legend Homes doesn't provide that one shelf which is ridiculous. Also, the warranty people, they do not repair or fix anything what is the point of placing a warranty. The walk through was not what I expected. There were things that needed to be fixed and NEVER got fixed. I had to travel several hours to a walk through and nothing was fixed that we reported. I don't get it. In fact, a month later AFTER close date I am still waiting for those things to be fixed. And some of the things that I asked to be repaired is never going to get done, which I didn't know that until after the fact. #1. My dishwasher was never mounted and still isn't. It doesn't drain properly. Water is backed up in it and no one has fixed the issue. #2. Window screens are missing on a few windows. Paint was thin on my media door, and other places. #3. The newest issue is a MAJOR one and no one has fixed it yet. It rained in my home. The ceiling has a crack somewhere in it. That is a disappointing feeling for sure when it rains in your home and no one seems to care. This can cause ongoing issues with the home. Mildew, mold, water damage. Literally, there is water damage on my roof. It has been reported to the builder, seller, and warranty department. Just frustrating. Also, being kept up to date on the progress of my home while it was being build would have been nice. The home itself is nice but, the service, repairs and warranty department really sucks. Thank you, this is just my honest feelings about my home purchase with Legend Homes.

We have been waiting since we bought our home for the attic stairs to be replaced. Currently w ehave attic stairs sitting in our garage that will not fit our attic. They are a foot too short and we were told those are they ones that are ordered when that is a safety hazard if the steps don't even touch the ground. Also we still have trimmed that has not been painted.

The people I’ve talked seem nice and courteous and helpful. However, getting any of the actual warranty repairs done by the contractors is another story. Long lead times and they do the minimum required. Cheap cheap cheap.

It took much longer than I had anticipated. The warranty dept has been good. I still am concerned about drainage problems. The house next door to me is alarmingly messed up. The foundation is a mess and I want the drainage fixed on both sides so I don’t have foundation problems. But I love this home!

Everything about the home is beautiful and what we wanted. After moving in there were a couple things missing that I had to bring up to the builder to fix. 1 month in, I’m noticing more and more flaws that I will bring up and hopefully get taken care off.
