I have had problems with my home , water damage, roof damage. Water comes in when it rains, poorly constructed materials used are poor quality etc and warranty has yet to fix all problems and was not even occupied for a year

I actually live in [name removed] in Ennis. I'm dissatisfied that only a few are homeowners. The rest, you made into rentals. So I live in s rental community which devalues my home.

Poor quality in overall interior of home. Flooring issues, poor caulking by floor boards, landscaping issues causing standing water, poor drywall quality, flat interior paint throughout house except for closets. Terrible customer service from warranty representatives. Will not respond for days, have difficulty scheduling subcontractors to come fix issues.

When we came to the property, we was very impressed with first the respectful greeting and assistance, during the visit with our realtor we were explained everything so accurately that we fill the application immediately and from there we was shown weekly updates on our home to let us know how far the builders had gotten, best experience ever.

House was not properly cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty floors dirty and in general paint on floor very dissatisfied.

Edges around the floor were completely caulked, paint on outside wasn’t fixed completely. Besides that we had a great home buying experience!

Commitments and timelines were met but I feel like the final details were rushed and brushed over to meet the move in date. Also communication stopped once I closed and my sales rep left legend. Finish work on the house is not what I expected and I am finding that I will be submitting a lot of warranty tickets for things that should have been taken care of or done right in the first place.

The sales team was not present for my first walkthrough date. after my realtor and I confirmed multiple times on the date and time for the walk through the builder and sales representative never showed up. additionally I was promised some things would be addressed at the second walk through and no one ever bothered to do anything about that. Additionally I have been attempting to get my warranty information from the cooperate website however the information is out dated or it does not pertain to my community. All in all I have received terrible service during this entire time. This is also not to mention that I had to push the closing date back multiple times because the builder continued to ignore my lenders communication on getting multiple documents need for closing.
