All of my expectations except for 1 was net. I was told my home would have a super shower but it did not. Now I have to pay for a bathroom renovation in my new home. I'm not pleased with the outcome.

Liked it was easy to process and submit a warranty request. But I find my house has many things not covered by a warranty and for a new house to continually find things that really should not have been an issue on a new home is disappointing.

Walk throughs are a waste of time because repairs or anything that needs to be fixed or adjusted get done on the day of the final walk through. Caulking on the interior is the absolute worse. Floors have been replaced in less than 6 months. Carpet is already worn out from a family of 3. Mortaring in master shower is not the best and already leaking. Had to get A/C fixed in attic. Ants and scorpions getting in the house from not properly sealing the interior with caulk or base boards not flushed with floors. Mortar already cracking off the side of slab or foundation. A window by the front door would have been nice since its always dark which made us put a screen door in to finally have some light. Outlets and fuses are still a problem going in and out

No pressure in committing right off the start. I was able to shop else where but ended up with Legend and how fast they had the home ready with timelime with school for the kids to be ready for the new year.

Electrical issues since day one. Legend Homes refuses to correct appropriately. Gave me run around for months. Many workmanship issues. Tiles poorly installed, debris under carpet to include drywall mud.

It was unfinished. Most of the finishing work had to be done by me. Places unpainted. Floor unfinished. Contractors not coming to fix what they promised. An AC vent fell out of the ceiling the day after we moved in and damaged a brand new tv. It's not a good feeling.

We was charged a $1500 dollar lot premium because of a supposed green belt behind us. Then it was cut down and we was told we would not get the lot premium back anyway.

Where do i begin. In summary the lack of communication with the builders and me was horrible and then when I arrived there were and still ARE so many issues with my brand new home….. this has been a horrible experience I still have a bathroom that needs dry wall repaired due to a major repair in my MB, linking sink caulk all over my toilet just terrible. There’s more but I get angry discussing it

Ryan was awful!! Our new home has so many issues!! We just closed a little over a month ago. I will never recommend this company to anyone. It takes forever for a home warranty claim to get completed.

Delays. Things are still unfinished. One of the unfinished items fell off the ceiling and damaged my TV on the first night here

It feels like we had little control with what our home with look like. It feels like the construction was rushed and there were a lot of mistakes made. Mistakes were addressed at walk through but never fixed. Joseph the manager has told me they would be fixed so that made me more comfortable. I feel a lot of things were missed such us receiving a guide for the colors of our paint that were used. Who knows what else is missing.
