Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

Everything was great, the walk throughs the closing the showing all were great. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were so helpful, informative and kind. I am so pleased with the entire process. I have found a couple of broken tiles after I moved in that I did not see in the walk though that I need to call back to get fixed if possible other then that I am very happy with our new purchase. Thank you very much!

I believe your loan team could do better with their communication than just sending emails with deadlines and ultimatum. A courtesy call for follow up could help with missed important email or upcoming deadline.

The entire process was extremely stressful and dishonest. The construction manager in charge of my home was fired for lying about dates and promised things would be fixed that never were. The sales rep that worked with me seemed honest, but lied about my air b n b being covered since the date I was told to move in was 2 MONTHS wrong. I had to get her bosses boss on the phone to work out me getting paid what I was promised, which was extremely difficult seeing as all the promises made were verbal and in person because the sales girl could never be reached via phone, text, or email. I continuously blue taped things wrong with the house throughout the 2 months before closing and the tape was taken down and problems never addressed even though I spoke to the building manager about it. During signing the contract was wrong about me being reimbursed for our air b n b stay and I had to have a bank wire for the money put in place before I signed anything. For a builder so close to a military base and who works with active duty members on their homes, y’all need improvement. I will NEVER recommend this builder to my brothers and sisters in the service. If I could give y’all 0 stars I would.
