I love the fact that when I had an issue which was a couple of times Legend quickly rectified the issue. [name removed] is very pleasant and professional. I also appreciate his knowledge when I asked him questions. My home is solid and well built, I am very happy with the layout as well.

Use cheap products is my home like peel and stick flooring on the first floor and bathrooms. Bathroom chalking came a loose from show fixtures and bath tub fixtures. There is air coming in from the back door and front door meaning sealing problems that wasn’t noticed at first. Poor workmanship in general.

I have submitted 3 tickets for the se thing and it has not been fixed. This is a major issue. Water is sipping through the corner of the house under the porch. It is coming thru the bricks and there is cracking already. I submitted a ticket back in November and they came to look at it and nothing was done. I have submitted 2 tickets after that and no one has contacted me.

I like the space, light and set up of the home. Dislikes are cheap flooring that is laid on top of concrete and is coming up even after they came last week to glue it down. It looks worse now and has buckled up. The lighting fixtures and faucets are very low budget and cheapen the overall appearance of the home.

The experience was okay, it was nothing special. Everything was done over the phone or email because we are military and weren’t able to visit the home while it was being constructed. The initial walkthrough we noted deficiencies that when we moved in they weren’t addressed.

Didnt understand the computer sign in for lending. I didn’t have the knowledge of using my IPad for business like that ? The people in this transaction were very professional and kept their words. Thank everyone for the timing and commitment to make it happen. IB

The building experience was unpleasant and somewhat cheap. I'm starting to see things fall off the my home that wasn't there before. Now that my warranty is ran out, there's nothing I can do but to get a outside contractor to fix these issues. As a first time home buyer, this was just a very unpleasant experience.

The whole process with [name removed] was horrible. When I signed contract of the home at the end of December, [name removed], seller, stated that the home would be ready in April. I did not hear any updates of the home and did not renew my apartment lease. By the time I moved out of my apartment I found out at the end of March that my home did not start the building process which was a horrible experience because I thought I would be closing and moving in to my new home in April.The seller [name removed] also informed me that the home i was buying would be the same as the model home except for having bay windows and an elongated toilet in the master bedroom. But, this was not the case as the master bedroom did not have a his and her sink (which was one of my must haves in a home that I discussed). In addition, the guest bathrooms did not have a his or her sink just like the model home and the floor was not tile like the model home. When i asked the seller and upper management to make it right by at-least adding a his and her sink in master bedroom seller did not make any changes including upper management.On closing day, I was locked out of my home. The keys to the home was not correct. I had movers, as well as cabinet painters on stand by until i was able to get access to my home. I also had a list of items that needed to be fixed within 30 days from my move in date. And, I still have a back door not properly painted which should have been completed 30 days from move in. I would not recommend [name removed] to any family or friends. T

I have been pleased/happy so far. But we had our one year warranty inspection on 5-26-22, there were things on the inspection that need attention it is 6-6-22, as I'm filling this out have not been addressed or even responded to in any way yet. So curious as to why or why not.

I have a few items that were not fixed with my home even after I reached out to the construction manager, my grass is dead and the back yard is not leveled, the grass that was placed in my yard was left on the pallets for 3-4 days in the heat so they replaced my dead grass with dead grass. The house has had some time to settle so the door in the upstairs room is harder to close, the electrical box outside the home is surrounded by dead grass and dead, looks awful.

I loved that I received a update on my progress every Thursday up until move in! I disliked how there was items that was missed like sewer inspection and items that needed to be completed in garage and outside of house were not done and I’m still waiting for it to be completed
