We have been having ac issues no parts on any calls. They tried to close warranty repairs and nobody showed up. We submitted one recently on my floor and the last warranty they are trying to be to close it and my floor is all messed up and nobody has done work. I was messaged at 3pm Friday and I was doing a fridge compressor which takes 3 hrs I was not near my phone until after 5 and he said they were going to close the call if I didn’t respond by 5. Im very frustrated with spending $300k plus and no help so below I have to look at gabs on my floor.

I've had numerous failures already. Plumbing, AC, dishwasher. Back patio had to be ground down and epoxied. Driveway needs to be replaced. Front walkway needs to be replaced.

We absolutely love our home and everything about it. [name removed] and [name removed] were / continue to be very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I talk about our home and our amazing home buying experience with friends and family often. I also have friends that were looking to buy and I kept trying to pull them towards a Legend home. Unfortunately I didn’t succeed but they were also further along in their loan than I thought when I tried. Anyway, the community is amazing too and I can’t wait to see it all completed. I haven’t heard any other legend owners complain and you know that’s a good sign too :)

I have had a couple of issues and [name removed] and the warranty department have been here to fix it quickly, except for my last issue, which is a roof leak. They send the HVAC team in and they were wonderful and told me that I had a roof leak and that the roofers would get in contact with me to schedule an appointment to come in and evaluate and fix the issue. I have not heard from them. I will be calling the warranty team again today
