Being one of the first ones to purchase home - but my home did not have electric garage opener like every home does now, repairs need such as standing water in backyard (still not fixed) - cracks on walls, sprinklers water leaks not fixed in timely manner

The officers assigned were accomodative and very helpful and were transaprent in thier dealings. wished the homes would have more variety and choice of items desired or needed while remaining in the budget. I would switch some things I deem less important e.g marble top in bathroom for more important features such as opening window in kitchen for air circulation or ventable Microwave.

I like the fact Legen Homes gave us $17,000 in closing cost and every question I had was answered in a timely manner. [name removed] and [name removed] where very professional and friendly and made it easy to buy a home.

The electrical wiring was giving us problems with the dryer and the oven and the drainage in the backyard is not working so water gets pooled in the back corner
