Continued communication from the Consultant ([name removed]) and General Contractor ([name removed]) was amazing. They took care of us every step of the way. Dislike: Unleveled yard at the sides of the home has caused some flooding which is causing some additional cost. Sprinkler system seems to not be aimed or leveled properly which caused a lot of yard issues.

We are still waiting for outside trim to be painted. Along with a number of other items. The part that is missing over the garage, the metal is rusting a be flaking of in chunks. After the tile was fixed, no one ever came back to paint and was told need to call and get a your warranty for this. So I went and bought paint to finish your teams job. I just have not had the time to finish your job. I would love for the builder to finish my 400k plus home.

The current problem with master bath shower pan took almost 3 months to begin the repair but is now happening. Overall our Service Manager, [name removed], has been professional and responsive.

Just the lack of respect the contractors had for this being a home that was purchased by someone that was there often and saw their messes daily

Our experience was met above and beyond from day one to move-in. Marcus has been a delight to work with throughout the journey.

It has taken a long time to resolve the warranty issues which are still not resolved. The irritation stems from little to no communication. While text messages are good for updates, when a delay occurs a quick phone call to the customers goes a long way.

We give 5 Stars and score of 10 for customer service. 8 is only for the build quality. Barbara, our sales agent was very accommodating. Marcus Comeaux, our builder also kept us informed through out the process. Both Barbara and Marcus accommodated last minute changes to closing date. Marcus has been helpful to complete post closing tasks. I gave an 8 because of the build-quality. We understand building in COVID times had challenges related to material availability etc. We observed lots of short-cuts and small things, like cracks on joints, baseboards, placement of towel hangers etc. Again we appreciate all Marcus did to fix these issues post closing. He has been very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Marcus and Barbara for making our home building n move-in process very smooth. God bless you and the Legend homes team. That’s a loaded question. First and foremost, the staff (Marcus, Barbara) are two of the kindest people ever. It was such a pleasure to work with them both. That was definitely a highlight of the process. The process went well. It was a long process and I understand that was because of issues that could not be controlled by the company. The tail end of the process was pretty frustrating for me as we had major issues during inspection.

The sales agent, Barbara Humphrey, made our entire experience very complicated and unpleasant. From the contract to the very end, in countless occurrences, she misguided us and was lazy to send us information that she promised. In fact, in many situations, she didn’t even give us the information that we, as the buyer, MUST know. The most recent one was the closing date. She never told us the closing date/time. When we weren’t receiving any updates from her, WE reached out to her and asked “Do we have a closing date yet? Because the loan team is already running our credit, but we haven’t heard anything from you about closing date...?” Her exact reply to that was, “Oh, I didn’t email that to you? Hahaha” We were shocked that she took it so lightly that she didn’t even inform us about the closing date/time, and we had to find out ourself just about a week ahead of time. Anyhow, there are numerous occasions like this where she failed to give us information that we’re supposed to receive. There were so many instances, that I started keeping notes because it was shockingly unbelievable that someone can be this careless and unreliable.
