I liked the Sales Agent and the Design Consultant very much. [name removed] was a very professional and helpful sales agent. [name removed], the designer, really made the difference in our final selections and the home turned out better than we expected. The Builder, [name removed], was also amazing in his communication and follow up. We were completely confident in [name removed] to build our dream house.

The home options were a bit light. For example the build out of closets is only available for the master bedroom. I had all my closets rebuilt before I moved in.

We liked the service provided by everyone involved including [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and others. They were all extremely helpful, quick to respond, and polite. The only complaint we have is how the $5000 incentive was handled. It was not explained well at the beginning that we would need to use one of the approved lenders for the actual mortgage. Then, when we were notified of our closing date, a reminder of the requirements to receive the incentive would have been very helpful. We lost the $5000 incentive because we went with a different lender and by the time we were told we would lose the incentive, it was too late to change because our interest rate would go up and it would have delayed our closing.

[name removed] our Sales Associate was FABULOUS along with [name removed] our designer. They made a stressful experience a very pleasant one!! Plus, having a contractor like [name removed] was the cherry on top!! He was phenomenal and such an asset to the entire [name removed] construction process!!

I liked that the sales agent [name removed] was very friendly and helpful but we never felt pressured, I liked that the designer [name removed] was so helpful and knowledgeable when picking our options, I liked that our project manager [name removed] was so thorough and treated our home as if it was his own and he was always available to answer any of our questions.

I liked the quick response to any email sent and set by set information of the build. I disliked having 3 different superintendents during our build. There were times of break in communication and felt a break in consistency in the build. We look forward to continuing to work with Master Care in regards to any of our concerns.

[name removed] your sales agent has been terrific - he’s been supportive and helpful - can’t say enough good things about him. Disliked minor things - design related. Disliked that I could not get my lanai screened in. Told I had to do post closing and it’s been a lengthy process - still not done.
