[name removed] builds home like they want to after you sign contract - no understanding or change to work with homeowner even if they agree it’s not the right thing to do. Even if wrong product is installed - they tell you it is the way it is! They say they will check on it and nothing is done to work with the homeowner!

Everything seemed fine. I ordered [name removed] tailed drawers and soft close doors. That has not been remedied to date. Other things are being taken care of. I just haven't heard about the cabinets.

Impact of construction traffic along street outside our new home was misleading. We understood the impact while our phase was being completed, but we now have heavy construction vehicles outside our home Sioux days of the week. Fulfilling commitments for warranty repairs has not been done in a timely fashion. For example, several items raised in the pre completion walk through and the move in visit are still outstanding at the year end visit. Our Mastercare supervisor is generally responsive, but there is little follow up to ensure work orders have been addressed or completed. Our interaction with our sales representative ([name removed]) and Design Coordinator ([name removed]) was outstanding, both were excellent.

We have been very please with the entire process, our building supervisor [name removed] was wonderful to work with, keeping us up to date every step of the way. Our warranty supervisor [name removed] has been excellent to work with. He always responds quickly and takes care of any issue we have.

Our Master Care Representative ([name removed]) was professional and did his best and followed through to correct the issues we had with the quality or lack there of. The problem is these issues would not have occurred if there was proper supervision during the building process. Our building superintendent is no longer employed here, but obviously he did not fulfill his obligations as a Superintendent. There is a gross lack of supervision here and/or consequences for subpar, sloppy work at best. And the timeframe that your building process takes one would think the final product would be in “Mint” condition and that is simply not the case. I have numerous time stamped photos of the issues we have incurred and I know there are more to follow. Our concrete slab had “multiple” cracks from the beginning. We repeatedly made our concerns aware to AJ our Superintendent yet is go to response was “ I wish I had a better answer for you”. We will be removing the carpet in our guest bedroom and that will reveal the cracks in the structure of our home.

This is our 3rd home in Margaretville and [name removed] has been our warranty contact on each home. We really enjoyed working with each time. He's always very helpful and attentive to our needs. He always follows up to make sure were happy and that everything has been taken care. He's a great asset to the company. On another note my wife is a Realtor and has wrote many contract with [name removed]. She love's working with him. He is also is a great asset to the company. Along with [name removed] our builder who built us our dream home. [name removed] was great to work with. Knowledgeable and level headed. Always quick to address our concerns and answer our questions. We couldn't be happier.

While our original supervisor was on paternal leave, the substitute supervisor was not as timely with updates and it appeared progress on the home was put on hold for several weeks during his temporary assignment. Once our original supervisor returned, progress continued in a timely manner.

I was very happy with the home but what I was told about the time frame of completion was a difference of two months. I left my job earlier and had to spend thousands more to stay in extended stay for at least two weeks or more plus meals. While I understand things do come up, I would have liked a more realistic closing date.

My building superintendent, [name removed] did an excellent job. He constantly kept me updated during construction and was always available if I had a question. I believe it was because of him, his knowledge, his professionalism, his conscientiousness, that I have no major concerns on the construction of my home.

Lack of communication, dropped ball and long delays in hearing from landscaping issues has been very poor. HOA has been somewhat of a challenge, but acceptable.

My wife and I both felt that [name removed] never rushed through any meeting and made sure we covered everything before he left. In general our warranty service has been below average. We had only a few issues to report at the first walk and 2 of the first 3 repair calls were not accurately informed of the issue they were supposed to resolve. This led to us just wasting time and even just living with the problem rather than go back through the process. One of the repairs required the removal of base trim molding, which we were told would be repaired by a different trade. We were never contacted about getting that fixed and it is still Incorrect.

HOA landscaping experience has been a constant struggle to get response and resolution. For the house any repairs or replacements are time consuming and follow-up which is very frustrating. If proper overseeing of the house during the build from the Superintendent would be at a minimum.

Our original superintendent was incompetent, and was fired (or quit we're not sure) a week after we closed, so [name removed] was tasked with correcting the many deficiencies that we encountered (and there were a lot!). He always had a great attitude and was prompt, courteous, and eager to help in any way he could. We couldn't have asked for a better master care rep!

Dump trucks constantly during excavation project have significantly diminished the quality of living and experience on [name removed] Dr. Around 80 trucks per day for months! Dirt and clay everywhere both outside and inside the house, in HVAC ducts and lanai furniture. The smells of dirt and diesel exhaust linger throughout the day and weekend. Construction traffic is one thing, this dirt relocation is entirely different. While there are clearly alternative routes on the map, [name removed] has ignored the requests to re-route the trucks. I would have given a 10 had it not been for this ongoing and serious issue.

The closet wall was bowed and wall had to be redone….needless to say after FIVE months I got my closet back but with quite a bit of disturbing interactions with Mastercare. I am also upset about the cracks in my garage floor. In addition the mud and dirt in the street has left my house a filthy mess even after a year.

The landscaping in the front of the house is all dying. They are replacing them with large plants that don’t match the smaller size of my existing plants and it looks horrible. There is a drainage problem on the right front of the porch. The bed needs to be pitched away from the house so all water drains down into the drainage hole in the lawn and away from the plants and the porch. I have asked to be taken care of and they have not done it. One of the toilets is constantly leaking. Mastercare came out and said they fixed it and it is still leaking. A water fall of water whenever it rains comes off the roof across my garage door. [name removed] should have put gutters there. No blocking was put behind walls to hang TVs, heavy mirrors and the closet shelving is pulling out of my walls and many of my neighbors walls because of this. A damage cabinet that was installed had to be replaced. A bathroom vent fan had to be replaced. No ADA options offered for cottages. Front doors on cottages should open into the house not out. Safety latch was never put in and hinges on front door are to the outside, anyone could lift the door off the hinges.

As our Minto representative, [name removed] has been fantastic to work with ,every request has been handled promptly. My wife and I both felt that [name removed] never rushed through any meeting and made sure we covered everything before he left. Also, [name removed] our repair person has been terrific to work with as well. He clearly cares about keeping the customer happy and his workmanship is terrific.

My only disappointments are maintenance of the retention pond behind my home. I was assured it would be full most of the time. The continuous construction has delayed final paving and the cars and outside of the house are dirty.

Follow up has been very good on repairs in first year. Supervisor during build was excellent. Mastercare rep has been very good as well.

Our original superintendent was incompetent, and was fired (or quit we're not sure) a week after we closed, so [name removed] was tasked with correcting the many deficiencies that we encountered (and there were a lot!). He always had a great attitude and was prompt, courteous, and eager to help in any way he could. We couldn't have asked for a better master care rep!

We have a minor problem, and we believe [name removed] gave up too easily when the contractor said there is nothing more they can do. We were thrilled that [name removed] was our building supervisor. We are sad to see him go.

Dump trucks constantly during excavation project have significantly diminished the quality of living and experience on [name removed] Dr. Around 80 trucks per day for months! Dirt and clay everywhere both outside and inside the house, in HVAC ducts and lanai furniture. The smells of dirt and diesel exhaust linger throughout the day and weekend. Construction traffic is one thing, this dirt relocation is entirely different. While there are clearly alternative routes on the map, [name removed] has ignored the requests to re-route the trucks. I would have given a 10 had it not been for this ongoing and serious issue.

The closet wall was bowed and wall had to be redone….needless to say after FIVE months I got my closet back but with quite a bit of disturbing interactions with Mastercare. I am also upset about the cracks in my garage floor. In addition the mud and dirt in the street has left my house a filthy mess even after a year.
