The Minto people have been great to deal with , my only issue involves the quality of the workforce . [name removed] is challenged with constructing entire neighborhoods in a very short timeframe this leads to issues regarding manpower . There is a shortage of qualified workers all over the US and unfortunately this leads to lots of repairs which can be tough after move in . The master care people I deal with have been top notch in their profession. Together we will get the quality issue in our new home corrected . I have faith !

The long wait for move in. Also, the wiring for bidet outlet is under powered. We are unable to use the bidet because it causes our bathroom lights to flicker on and off the whole time. The electrician from [name removed] said the outlet should have been on a dedicated line. It is shared with too many fixtures.

I feel the timing of walkthrough and closing is very inconvenient for anyone who does not live in the area. It requires a time/expense commitment to come to the community 1 week before closing. It is clear to us that it is more about the process than the resident.

This is my second home built and [name removed] has down a wonder job attending to any and all issues as they have come up. There are two difference which for some reason see better built in my cottage than home and the home cost more? Weird... Some of the bathroom fixtures seem cheaply made compared to those during the covid build. The sound proofing is not as good as I'd expected. We are going to look into it. Also I feel as I stated in first build an electrical expert should take you through that component of the floor plans. Overall I feel you [name removed] alis meeting expectations and I would recommend them

I had all positive experiences from contract to move-in. [name removed], my sales rep was always there for me. Answered any questions I had promptly. My designer [name removed] was so helpful and informative in making my upgrade decisions. [name removed] was amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way. Every Friday without fail he updated me with photos and with what was going on….and if there was a delay due to weather or township he notified me of that as well. I feel I wasted my money on a home inspector since Will kept me more informed than the company I paid.

My Mastercare rep is good - I wish [name removed] would refer garage door issues for cottages to same company (Prestige) that services single family homes.- My outside service request says resolved it was not. HOA approval for modifications needs to be addressed in a timely matter and more efficiently; waiting weeks seems extreme.- The communication in general at LMHH is poor. We should have an optional telephone alert system with text to phone, for example, to cancel last minute events etc via a text, because emergencies happen, and not everyone has access to EMail (if we get one). The text could just say check EMail for emergency update.

Everything is so secretive when you are trying to make a decision to buy. I don't feel like I was able to make a fully informed decision. More transparency (mostly with A's and B's)would have been very helpful to me. It wouldn't have changed my decision to buy but it would have helped me budget more accurately. I would have appreciated that. Additionally, a little bit of guidance or having someone available to walk me though the options before having to finally decide A's and B's as they are extremely Overwhelming. As an average consumer I don't know what I don't know until I find out I don't know it, which seems too late in some cases

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our salesman, [name removed] did an excellent job listening to what we were looking for and suggested different style homes and lots for us. He's very personable, great communicator and addressed any concerns we had regarding contracts or just overall questions. [name removed] was our designer and she was very helpful in helping us pick out cabinets, appliances, etc. As for [name removed], our builder, I cannot say enough about him. He and his team built us a beautiful home. When things were not to his stand, he made his team take it down and start again. Being from PA and not being about to come down as often as I like to check on the progress of the house I told [name removed] I was putting a lot of blind faith in him to build us a well built home; he did not disappoint! He was so wonderful to work with, communicated with us on a weekly basis with pictures, if I needed measurements he got them for me. When things were not to his standards, he made his team take it down and start again. He answered all our questions along the way and gave us helpful tips. [name removed] was such a pleasure to work with and we are so happy we had him as our builder! Also want to give a shout out to [name removed] who works for the HOA. She always returned my phone calls, answered my questions. She was very helpful! You hear people complain all the time about this or that; [name removed] and I can honestly say our experience with [name removed] has been wonderful from beginning to end.

We really appreciated [name removed], our sales rep - he was amazing and went far beyond his job role/ responsibility! [name removed] was thorough, communicative, friendly, and always available to help - he was a vital helper during construction when our foreman was unreachable. He represents [name removed] very well. He was the main reason we continued to seek buying a home here. Additionally, [name removed] (home designer) was wonderful to work with and followed up on our behalf to ensure our selections were implemented at the house. We liked the options available , there were many; and appreciated the ability to visit the models multiple times to observe option choices. The thing we disliked most and made a negative impression would be the fact our assigned construction foreman ([name removed]) went silent during construction and had multiple wrong option A and B selections that he did not catch, and we remotely had to catch based on photos. Note, these photos were not from [name removed], we had rely on [name removed] and [name removed] who stepped up and acted on our behalf. [name removed] started strong at start but then stopped weekly communications and no real photos, especially during the critical construction period. Being remote this was an awful feeling while remote and not have a contact point we could depend on. Frustrating with lack of communication. Structure such as the zero entry shower was not done so the shower had to be re-done, and wrong floorimg. This caused some stress

The quality of the build is extremely sub-par based on the price that is being charged. The amenities are very below what was promised during the sales process.
