We were very pleased with [name removed] as our mental Agent. He listen to our Realtor and showed us the perfect, Home. On closing day. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable with the exception of the HOA representative she was unprepared, and frankly, rude to my husband She kept referring to him as an occupant of the Home. Our builder. [name removed] has been responsive to any request we have made. [name removed], our mental care. Contact has been extremely helpful with any repairs and situations relating to the construction. Overall, we have received excellent service throughout the buying process, and move in experience. Unfortunately, after moving the HOA is responsible for landscaping and irrigation. Our experience with that has been less than desirable.

Loved everything in my ready to move in home except the stove! We have a beautiful kitchen with a low end whirlpool stove/oven which we will be purchasing a new stove within the year. The sales people were great, the site supervisors and master care were also very helpful. I live in a beautiful cottage: Suggestions - I know you didn't ask but I have to...lol... keeping garbage receptacles in the garage needs to be reconsidered. The 90 + degree garages stink as the garbage sits all week bagged and covered. Either insulate the garage and the garage doors or come up with an outdoor enclosure for the bins to be kept in that matches the home. My second suggestion, all the garage door openers should be the better/upgraded - the noise is crazy every time we all open and close our garages (so charge extra ) its worth it for the quietness. I leave at 7am for work and I really feel like that garage door is disturbing to my neighbors as theirs is to me!

Our realtor, our sales person [name removed], our builder [name removed] and our Mastercare superintendent have all been awesome. They are all very responsive and eager to help. The orientation we received from our builder [name removed], was very thorough. He continued to check in with us to make sure we had no questions. [name removed] was timely with the Mastercare home visit and quickly addressed our questions. [name removed] responded to us on her days off and was never bothered. We had an awesome team I have 1 complaint, however, and that is the HOA. They majority of the staff are rude. If they smiled, I would faint. They make us feel rushed and they don’t care. This is so opposite of everyone else. I often walk out without a clear understanding of their expectations. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off and their stress shows and that’s not the residents problem. Everyone we have met here so far says the same thing. It needs to be addressed. Clean house.

2nd home purchased in community and this was faster and seem to have more quality control than phase 5 build in 2022. Some constructive suggestions: if you choose not to have a glass door there should still be either a small window, side lights or a peep hole to identify person on the other side. Top windows should be able to fold in for easy cleaning. Still feel it is so hazardous without bike/cart lanes AND lack of sidewalks. I refuse to get a bike or golf cart due to high risk of incidents. For a 55 and older community it’s a shame that hasn’t been corrected. To more directly answer the question, like most [name removed] -sales and [name removed] supervisor. [name removed] did a fantastic job staying in communication and overseeing my home. Very easy to work with. Dislike - my lot. I didn’t realize how poorly my house was going to be situated on the lot. I am practically living in my neighbors lanai. Palm trees provide no privacy barrier. A few things that I wasn’t able to change make it more challenging for after market work. I.e. wide backsplash piece that has to be removed when ready to have one installed. Couldn’t eliminate it during build. Some upgrade options were priced way too high that it was not worth doing it with builder.

Disappointed that we had to get as built survey on new build from coastal Surveying, took 4 weeks and $600, and then submit to HOA for approval to build birdcage using same contractor [name removed] uses which can take another 45 days. Just does not sit well when there have been hundreds already built. We should have been advised at time of contract to possibly consider as part of the options offered.

When questions were asked about specific locations or asked to adjust some things that response from the builder was that is way [name removed] does it, that’s how it is in the model. Example: I paid for an extra outlet by the guest bath toilet. They didn’t let me know that the code said it had to be so far from the shower. It was put inside the cabinet, I gave absolutely no use for it there. I asked to have it moved to the top just above the sink. Answer they can’t do that. So, I paid extra for an outlet I can’t use.

We were very pleased with everything, except for a crack in our driveway. It did take some time, but [name removed] kept his promise to us and did not give up on us when the HOA had. He was always available and present for us and we appreciated that more than you will ever know. If [name removed] was not involved with this issue, nothing would have gotten done. [name removed] is an amazing representative because he cares and he delivers. The HOA representative, [name removed], who I would equate to a used car salesman, just "yessed" us to the point of adnauseam. That was very disappointing. This all had to due with a crack in our driveway that was present before we closed. We were assured by our first supervisor, [name removed], (who was beyond amazing to us) that it would be done but was "let go" before it was fixed.

[name removed] is an amazing representative because he cares and he delivers. The HOA representative, [name removed], who I would equate to a used car salesman, just "yessed" us to the point of adnauseam. That was very disappointing. This all had to due with a crack in our driveway that was present before we closed. We were assured by our first supervisor, [name removed], (who was beyond amazing to us) that it would be done but was "let go" before it was fixed.
