The salesman, [name removed], and the job super, [name removed], were both fabulous -- professional, easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. The remainder of the staff throughout the process were also pleasant and efficient. The only thing that was a slight concern is that there was construction still underway on both sides of my home. I would have preferred to have been given the choice to delay my move-in for a later date, under the circumstances. Overall, great experience.

shortly before our scheduled closing date the house encountered an internal flooding issue. We liked that [name removed] took charge and rectified the situation to OUR liking. [name removed] from MasterCare has been very prompt an thorough the six months that we have been here. Kudos to both of them.

We were excited to move here! Our sales guy was great! Our "First" Superintendent was great! After he left, we got a different Superintendent, and he was a nice guy, however, if we had an issue, it seemed as though the first thing out of his mouth was "No, we can't do that..." He was definitely a company man, which I'm sure goes far with [name removed]. However, as a customer, building their first New home, it wasn't great. We went round and round with the excessive cracks in our lanai. This issue finally got resolved only after we went above our super. In the end, everything worked out. Our Master Care rep was great! Haleigh took care of any issue we brought to her attention.

Quick services and friendly. Disliked that I could choose the type of granite I wanted for the kitchen and type of cabinets I wanted. Also I wanted an induction cooktop and was told no and also a no to a 220 outlet in the garage.

All paperwork, phone calls and expectations were communicated kindly, effectively and in a prompt manner.

My building foreman was very responsive and kept me updated while my house was being built. This was very helpful for me since I was not living in the area. My Mastercare representative was also very responsive with any and all issues, which were all fairly minor, and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Initially, [name removed] was aways there to answer any questions and assist with all the choices and paperwork that was involved. Then she turned me over to [name removed] and I didn't know quite what to expect but he is incredible. I was truly blessed to have these 2 individuals on my journey.

Partner who lives at least 11mos. Here had to write letters to management to receive pass badge for amenities. Repairs of molding pre 1 yr time won’t be completed in a professional manner! Poor workmanship, unwilling to repair correctly so gaps won’t appear again. Despite work orders being acknowledged for landscaping replacements due to frost damage 6 months have past without replacements! Also a tree which was supposed to be planted before moving in has never been planted. Mailbox area for Phase 8 needs drainage at back. Over 1inch of water collects in huge puddle where one has to access mail. Feet/shoes get soaked. Response for irrigation problems attended to in timely manner. Our Super [name removed] D -outstanding professional young man Warranty guy not so much! Love my neighbors, peaceful surroundings and welcome entryway. Guards at gate friendly and competent. Pools get very crowded -not enough shade umbrellas . Need new amenity center before 2years or more!!! Classes always full. New folks don’t get a chance to participate in some of the offerings. Music tributes very good. Plenty to do if one chooses and can get into the programs. Good speakers. Send me another survey after another 2 years!????

The individual responsible for overseeing the construction did not monitor the many groups working inside the house, and he was probably responsible for monitoring too many houses under construction; there have been numerous rework items. I think the signing off on the cosmetic work gives [name removed] wiggle room for less-than-perfect standards that one should expect at the $500K level. This is the third new house I've owned, and we're still fixing things.

The sliding door at our bathroom was damaged and we didn't have that fixed between walkthrough and closing, which when it was fixed, it took them 3 hours to complete.

Qualified lawn is poor except for entrance and visitor areas. I prefer a community with more lush plantings and walking paths, especially considering it is for older residents. I wish we had swings along various walking paths and parks.

Michael Thornton was excellent at communication especially since I was out of state. He also made time to meet with me during his busy work day when I was able to visit. I am disappointed with the corner quartz counter and backsplash. I feel that there should have been one piece. There is no seam in that corner in the model home. Also, the crack in the garage floor and chunk of concrete in the corner where the crack started from is unsightly as it is right at the entrance into the house from the garage.
