They sometimes make decisions without thinking them through completely . This can lead to unnecessary bad relationships with customers/ residents. It feels like issues with you’re home that they may have to spend money to correct or keep the residents happy will likely get denied at least at first . Ultimately my experience is that they will eventually do the right thing.

We love the lifestyle here and the amount of activities however I feel like we are treated like children when it comes to some of the policies. I understand that there was a problem with outsiders coming to the pool but if someone actually looked at our badges they could clearly see that we live here or not. This pool policy is ridiculous, LOOK at our badge then let us in with our up to 6 guests. Also, don't lock us out of the B&C from the pool and maybe less people would bring in their own food and drinks. Then there is having the Trivia nights in the B&C which makes it impossible to eat in our restaurant, maybe use the theatre! Just my two cents but seriously these policies are crazy.

Post close it has been a horrible experience. We had a gas leak in our house. They made us wait for weeks before they came and checked it and realized we had a problem. We have major quality issues in our kitchen. The amenities are all over crowded and unusable.

We have been waiting on landscaping issues to be corrected for months. When issues are logged, there is no follow up. After numerous calls, when given dates these are rarely met. The construction activities is often very intrusive. [name removed] should work to ease construction on existing community members including ensuring that construction traffic has construction roads available to them.

There were some cuts in the garage floor that were fairly large that has not really been addressed. It’s been epoxy it with paint but you can still see it. With an almost $700,000 home we would expect better than that.

Our sales person, [name removed] made us feel at home right away, was attentive to our questions and was extremely helpful, I feel like she must be your best! Our builder, [name removed] delivered a beautiful well built home, I wish his survey could have been done after living here for a bit. He is top notch. I would hope everyone could have an [name removed] as a builder. [name removed] has made all the corrections needed as they have come up. He has been a joy to work, I highly respect and trust [name removed]. I have had zero stress getting things fixed.

Sales rep was very informative and not pushy. Stay n play helped us to decide to live there. Closing was terrible due to lack of proper communication with our lender. Happy with our home, very few issues. Master Care could do better, it took 3 visits to resolve a fairly easy gutter issue.

we purchased a home that someone else's deal fell through, all we wanted to change was grab bars in the bathroom not to be installed, and that wasn't able to happen. I feel some minor adjustments in that type of situation should be allowed.

He went above and beyond when we needed specific measurements for our front door to get a shade made. He was professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Could not have asked for better. When we were informed that he was not with us any longer, we were beyond disappointed. Please know that he was exceptional at what he did and it is a loss to [name removed] in our opinion. We were introduced to [name removed] two weeks prior to our closing who was taking over for [name removed]. [name removed] again was a pleasure to work with. He answered our questions and returned phone calls in a timely manner. He was very reassuring to us when he took over for [name removed]. We have been very pleased with everything and have not significant complaints, except for the messy painting job that was done in our home. The moldings were painted sloppy as well as some of the walls. Our front door was peeling and was not primed well. [name removed] addressed everything in a timely manner to our satisfaction.

I believe [name removed] is more focused and invested in their bottom line and interest then they are in the residents. Some of the changes like opening the B&C to a later time was not based on resident feedback and the population has outgrown the Amenities!

It was an unfortunate experience with [name removed]. There were quality issues with drywall, concrete and painting through the process. When you addressed any issues, you received constant push back. I spoke to [name removed] and sent emails about the ceiling paint and drywall seams and his comment was he had it worked on 4 times. When we met with him and [name removed] with master care and it was brought up again the comment was it was worked on 4 times and that it was not a custom home where they feather out the entire wall. This is an unacceptable response. [name removed] noted it on his move in visit that we had on 6/18/2025. To purchase a home for $500,000 it does not matter if it is custom or not the ceiling needs repaired and painted correctly. It also does not say much for the trades performing the work and [name removed] holding the contractors accountable. The experience was a constant push back on requesting items to be addressed. Issues would be resolved after 4 to 5 times addressing them. We could not even get a basic cleaning performed before closing without resistance. We were told that anything additional we would have to take care of it. [name removed] is so worried about having something signed off on to confirm everything was completed before actually completing the work. [name removed] needs to add tab to upload emails and photos from homeowners. The overall quality of the home I would grade a c-. Basic cosmetic issues could not even have resolved before closing. (interior doors- touched up with a roller and instead of rolling the entire door ,you can see where the roller stopped)

I feel the design process is way too stringent. The customer is not number one in this process with so much going on with choosing options. There should be some type of waiting period for the customer where changes can still be made.

Less quality control during construction and finishing leaving it to warranty which was more inconvenient. "There's never enough time to do it right the first time, but always time to fix it later!" NOT!

I believe [name removed] is more focused and invested in their bottom line and interest then they are in the residents. Some of the changes like opening the B&C to a later time was not based on resident feedback and the population has outgrown the Amenities!

PROS - [name removed] was great. He was responsive to my issues and made sure thing were handled to the best of his ability. CONS - Minto's change in attitude about repairs to siding and roof issues is disappointing. Slow response of HOA in regard to sprinklers (1 year) and plantings (still not done) is not good at all.

Even though we had significant warranty issues to address, we were very pleased with the way our warranty representative, [name removed], was able to facilitate the resolving of these issues.
