We liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. We disliked the quality of the home, there was very little craftsmanship. Everything is sub-contracted, certainly by the lowest bidder and the quality or lack of shows.

The whole experience was so exciting and every day since I moved in has been Amazing!!!! [name removed] has been very easy to work with and makes repairs happen -there have only been a few minor issues and the workmanship has been excellent. The community is beautiful and well maintained. We all look forward to more amenities as we are growing bigger.

Cell service is horrible. I consistently lose calls and have done so while switching from Verizon to Spectrum and now Mint Mobile. I learned there is only 1 cell tower near the entrance to LMHH. This cell tower must get overloaded and consistently drops my calls. I can't use my cell in my Dreamsicle office. I get a message that I am "Not Registered on Network" message, meaning my phone isn't connecting to your mobile provider's network, preventing calls, texts, and data access. I have to turn on Airplane mode and then turn it off or go to another part of the house for service and it still drops calls left and right. Very disturbing. What if there is any emergency and I can't call out or drop the call to 911??? A new, additional cell tower is desperately needed here in LMHH as I'm hearing this from many others in Phase 7.

Everyone we dealt with from the beginning of the process to the end was extremely helpful and looked out for our best interest. Any time a question or issue arose, it was addressed immediately; whether it was our sales person, [name removed], our designer, [name removed], our builder, [name removed], or our MasterCare rep, [name removed], everything was resolved with the exception of an issue with our roof, which was brought about by our inspector, [name removed]. [name removed] is currently in the process of discussing this issue with [name removed] and the roofing company and will get back to us shortly. Overall, we are extremely happy with our home and the community.

Sales and construction staff were very good. Some design issues with regard to safety: -Garage lip is a complete hazard and should never be in the design. -55+ community that comes standard with a stepdown shower step is a bit mind-boggling. Some Material choices that were provided by minto were below our standards for this level of a home.

HE WAS ALWAYS QUICK TO RESPOND WITH QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. [name removed] FROM MASTER CARE, SHE QUICKLY ADDRESSED CONCERNS AND HAD PEOPLE IN MY HOME TO FIX ANY ISSUES. WHAT I DIDNT LIKE IS THE TERRIBLE PAINT QUALITY. I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE MY WHOLE HOUSE PAINTED. CHEAP FLAT PAINT THAT SHOWS EVERY BLEMISH AND MARK. I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO HAVE PAID A LITTLE MORE FOR A QUALITY PAINT IE:SEMI GLOSS. IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND WILL NEED TO HAVE THE HOUSE EVENTUALLY REPAINTED. Everything was great. No complaints except I wish I could have paid a bit more for a better dishwasher and stove. Now I have to pay for new ones that meet my wants and get rid of what would be perfectly good for someone else and being brand new I feel it's such a waste.

Most liked - the sales & design & warranty people have been awesome - and we like the home design. What we did not like- the approach taken with managing subcontractor performance. There us a lot of mess up causing re-work which in turn results in cost to the customer.

[name removed] law firm, [name removed] was assigned to handle my closing. . Never spoke to her. No explanations about the closing statement, no personal contact. Thank goodness for April and front desk, [name removed] for some assistance. I had to call them on closing day to find out what was the procedure. All she did was send me the closing statement, but It was under the name Admin. I was lucky not to have deleted it. [name removed] after signing the Doc u sign I was trying to notify the Post office about forwarding my mail to my new location. However it was rejected saying no such address. I emailed [name removed], no answer. I called the firm to find out why, and learned that [name removed] had left the firm on Feb. 21, Friday and I did not close until Tuesday, Feb. 25., the scheduled date. [name removed] suggested I call the Deeds office and city assessors I suggested it was not my job, I'm sure they would not accept my call. So, [name removed] did the follow up. During the month of March, there were more forms that should have been at the signing date. and I was also not aware that I needed to contact the HOA until my arrival, on March 29.

I thought it went very smoothly, and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a 3 month window from November- March 2024/2025. My closing date was February 28, and I wished it would have been sooner.

It started at the sale when our sales person fell off the face of the earth and we were not contacted for quite some time until we reached out to find out what was going on. Once assigned a new sales person things got better. From that point to closing things went smoother. After closing we found several items in the home that needed to be fixed and unfortunately almost one year later we are still working on getting them fixed, most notable the shower. The general workmanship on the house is not stellar based on the price we paid for the house, lot and upgrades. Unfortunately we have been told that cosmetic items will not be fixed and that we purchased a production home NOT a custom build home. This was a very unprofessional answer even if it's the truth. It's been difficult to get a timely response to get items fixed, I have started communicating by text to get a timeline of how long it does take to get a response. We never did our 6 month walk through and now it appears it is a scramble to get things fixed as we approach our one year mark. I am not sure if the issues is Mintos or their representatives but either way it is not a good look.

Overall we worried about the craftsmanship of our home. Things were clearly broken or damaged yet the workers still installed it. Our super constantly answered our calls and texts and reassured us that [name removed] would make things right. We are grateful to have a new Minto Master Care who doesn't dismiss our concerns and quickly answers our concerns. She is a breath of fresh air! Our perspective on the situation is swiftly moving toward a much more positive experience. Thank you for the opportunity to share our inner thoughts.

[name removed] communicated weekly and built my dream home, ready ahead of time and it was move-in ready. My salesman, [name removed] was great. He heard my needs and got me the lot I needed. The whole experience was so exciting and every day since I moved in has been Amazing!!!! [name removed] has been very easy to work with and makes repairs happen -there have only been a few minor issues and the workmanship has been excellent. The community is beautiful and well maintained. We all look forward to more amenities as we are growing bigger.

Cell service is horrible. I consistently lose calls and have done so while switching from Verizon to Spectrum and now Mint Mobile. I learned there is only 1 cell tower near the entrance to LMHH. This cell tower must get overloaded and consistently drops my calls. I can't use my cell in my Dreamsicle office. I get a message that I am "Not Registered on Network" message, meaning my phone isn't connecting to your mobile provider's network, preventing calls, texts, and data access. I have to turn on Airplane mode and then turn it off or go to another part of the house for service and it still drops calls left and right. Very disturbing. What if there is any emergency and I can't call out or drop the call to 911??? A new, additional cell tower is desperately needed here in LMHH as I'm hearing this from many others in Phase 7.

Everyone we dealt with from the beginning of the process to the end was extremely helpful and looked out for our best interest. Any time a question or issue arose, it was addressed immediately; whether it was our sales person, [name removed], our designer, [name removed], our builder, [name removed], or our MasterCare rep, [name removed], everything was resolved with the exception of an issue with our roof, which was brought about by our inspector, [name removed]. [name removed] is currently in the process of discussing this issue with [name removed] and the roofing company and will get back to us shortly. Overall, we are extremely happy with our home and the community.

It started at the sale when our sales person fell off the face of the earth and we were not contacted for quite some time until we reached out to find out what was going on. Once assigned a new sales person things got better. From that point to closing things went smoother. After closing we found several items in the home that needed to be fixed and unfortunately almost one year later we are still working on getting them fixed, most notable the shower. The general workmanship on the house is not stellar based on the price we paid for the house, lot and upgrades. Unfortunately we have been told that cosmetic items will not be fixed and that we purchased a production home NOT a custom build home. This was a very unprofessional answer even if it's the truth. It's been difficult to get a timely response to get items fixed, I have started communicating by text to get a timeline of how long it does take to get a response. We never did our 6 month walk through and now it appears it is a scramble to get things fixed as we approach our one year mark. I am not sure if the issues is Mintos or their representatives but either way it is not a good look.
