We were unable to walk through before closing on-line and would have preferred different placement of light fixture over dining area. Told it was too late. Also both lights in the high ceiling in the foyer light up together rather than singularly. Other items were fixed quickly and to our satisfaction

I liked the most were how [name removed] and [name removed] were so helpful to my deaf wife and me. [name removed] learning a bit of sign language to welcome us was very touching. I disliked the most is that it closed much earlier than planned as a result my wife and I had a difficult time scheduling our pre-retirement lives.

In our move in meeting we asked that a landscaping issue (large red hose sticking out of ground) be taken care of. In our first master care meeting we reiterated this (since it was not taken care of along with our dead palm tree). We are now at our 6 month meeting and still have the red hose sticking out of the ground and a dead palm.

Our experience with [name removed] overall was great and we a very happy with our home.the LMHH community is very nice but the amenities are not large enough to accommodate all the residents. There needs to be another pool(s) and additional large and small meetings facilities to accommodate classes demos and activities…also some type of in community shopping convenience type store would be appreciated along with an additional quick casual dining take out.

A&B option selection timeframe was stressful, rushed. Trim paint finish, painter painted over dirt with baseboards, banged up doorways, does not meet our expectations as of today. Scratched toilet seats. Master Bath toilet - porcelain chip on tank. We have a photo from May showing the chip was present, not our fault. Film on shower windows both bathrooms defectective. Appears it was installed on dirty windows. Tile floor in MB & second bath white caulk was used at the bottom of base board, Tile floor is medium grey in color, looks so cheap, it's starting to crack as of today. We like the colors we chose. The coconut shower needs a re-do in size. Move the wall over to make it smaller.

He kept us up to date every week and he answered all of our questions quickly. The house is perfect and we have had no issues since moving in.

When it comes to my home, I know that I can reach out to [name removed] for any needs or concerns we may have about the home. Will has been there for us and provided a solution to all our needs big or small pertaining to our home itself. He has provided us with perfect 10 level of service! Outside the home it has been exactly the opposite pertaining to landscaping maintenance and in particular mowing of the lawn and the area behind our home up to the tree line of the preserve. We paid a premium price for our lot because it overlooked a beautiful tree lined "preserve". The HOA and [name removed] have decided to exclude this area behind our home up to the tree line from mowing. Instead, their commitment is to maintain all "Minto Common Areas" up to the tree lines throughout the rest of [name removed] here in [name removed] [name removed]. They have completely forgotten the homeowner... who paid a premium dollar figure for our preserve tree lined lots. Instead, we have lots that back up to GIANT OVERGROWN WEEDS that have grown much taller than I am at 6'4" tall. [name removed] should hire Master Care representatives like [name removed] to provide "Master Care" for the outside of the homes in addition to the inside! Will has earned my perfect 10 evaluation... [name removed] has earned a perfect ZERO. I really hope someone reads this who has the courage to reach out to me. He delivered a beautiful home maintaining close contact with us and immediate responsed to any questions and/or concerns. He is an amazing supervisor. Resolves issues as come up. Highly recommend [name removed] to others. He made the process feel personal...and we trusted him with our build. A good man!

The sales experience on our home was a string of misinformation. Our landscaping irrigation didn’t work for over two months. My back yard still looks horrible. Standing water in one section when it hasn’t rained for a week. Cannot be mowed and a mosquito breeding ground. Dead palm trees everywhere and ours are dwindling

[name removed] was an awesome salesperson and very helpful with answering all our questions. He made the buying process so much easier, as did [name removed] our realtor. We were very fortunate to have [name removed] as our building superintendent. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and was honest when there were issues and explained how they were being handled. You could tell he takes great pride in his work and is very meticulous. We had complete trust in [name removed] and [name removed] and knew that all would turn out well. And it did!! Our Master Care rep, [name removed], is a pleasure to work with too. We've been impressed how quickly he responds. My only negative comment is the downside of being one of the first completed homes in a new phase. Contractors working on other homes have a tendency to park or block our driveway despite the "Permanent Resident" signs. Other than that, love the community. We're very happy here!

I liked our Building Supervisor and our Maintenance Supervisor. Both were very responsive to any questions and kept us up to date as we went along in the process. I do not like how the General Manager of the HOA that is associated with [name removed] has not responded to a letter/email I wrote to him with my concerns regarding having undocumented workers possibly entering my home.

The quality of the concrete in the lanai, the walkways and driveway is poor at best! We opted for the standard appliances from Whirlpool. The range is gas top and electric oven. it is very low quality! It heats up the entire stove when oven is on and burns the hand to touch the backsplash and control panel on the stove. There is NO FAN in these models!!!! They should not even be on the market! Shame on Minto for purchasing them. I fear what will happen when I am cooking for the holidays for more than an hour.

I thought my Salesperson [name removed] did a great job of following up and staying on top of things. Same thing for my Builder [name removed]. Both showed excellent communication and customer service skills and I would highly recommend both of them. The layers of red tape and who to contact regarding poor landscaping is very non customer centric.

[name removed] has a good system in place for handling issues after close and we have been mostly pleased with the repair work although at times it took a long time to resolve. The issue we have had with our Bloothtooth system only playing in one room at a time has been extremely frustrating and no one at [name removed] has helped us resolve it.

Liked option selections. Disliked: high price for small home with poor construction / workmanship - level of re-work on construction defects that should not be occurring. Very inconvenient and promotes a feeling of concern there is so much poor quality in workmanship. We have had roof framing defect which is a big issue for us as the fix doesn't look any better and now obvious we have roof framing issue. We had unlevel foundation that meant pulling up 12ft of flooring and us having to move and cover furniture - and clean mess from cement dust. We had shower walls completely separate in the first quarter of moving in. The caulk and grout work were absolutely horrible. Same issue in kitchen countertops to walls, very sloppy job. Our kitchen dining electrical junction box was 16 inches off center and we mentioned at walk through, wasn't taken care of, so had to have ceiling cut open and ceiling patched up - we prepared plastic to contain mess of drywall dust and moved everything. This is incredibly inconvenient. The concrete walkway looks so sloppy at our porch area but we have bern told twice " likely [name removed] will not take care of this". We've experienced electrical anomalies in our kitchen, but told to have appliance folks to check it out - even though lighting causes circuit to snap. Overall, the items popping up are items we would not expect as homeowners - we've had 8 new homes and never experienced such poor workmanship. We bought [name removed] home because of the construction processes that were identified in the model home. We don't feel your subcobtractors hired are providing quality workmanship. [name removed] rushed Phase 7 and we are paying for it. It doesn't make it any better for us when we hear the later phases are addressing the issues phase 7 had - we are stuck with dealing with poor construction. Sorry, being brutally honest because we are disappointed and frustrated. We see the same re-work issues in the landscaping which ultimately we as homeowners are paying for and I'm sure increased HOA costs (irrigation issues - water off for weeks due to well pump issues so plants die, irrigation sprinkler heads broken or facing pavement so plants die and wasting water when a zone goes on for 2 to 3 hours, flooding in areas not graded or drainage lacking, etc).

Our lanai has been nothing but problems since the day we moved in. First it was cracked all over. The fix that we agreed to was to coat it, which we had to pay 1/2 of. This caused water to build up and not drain. Still have not had a satisfactory solution.

Will has been there for us and provided a solution to all our needs big or small pertaining to our home itself. He has provided us with perfect 10 level of service! Outside the home it has been exactly the opposite pertaining to landscaping maintenance and in particular mowing of the lawn and the area behind our home up to the tree line of the preserve. We paid a premium price for our lot because it overlooked a beautiful tree lined "preserve". The HOA and [name removed] have decided to exclude this area behind our home up to the tree line from mowing. Instead, their commitment is to maintain all "Minto Common Areas" up to the tree lines throughout the rest of [name removed] here in [name removed] [name removed]. They have completely forgotten the homeowner... who paid a premium dollar figure for our preserve tree lined lots. Instead, we have lots that back up to GIANT OVERGROWN WEEDS that have grown much taller than I am at 6'4" tall. [name removed] should hire Master Care representatives like [name removed] to provide "Master Care" for the outside of the homes in addition to the inside! Will has earned my perfect 10 evaluation... I liked our Building Supervisor and our Maintenance Supervisor. Both were very responsive to any questions and kept us up to date as we went along in the process. I do not like how the General Manager of the HOA that is associated with [name removed] has not responded to a letter/email I wrote to him with my concerns regarding having undocumented workers possibly entering my home.

[name removed] has a good system in place for handling issues after close and we have been mostly pleased with the repair work although at times it took a long time to resolve. The issue we have had with our Bloothtooth system only playing in one room at a time has been extremely frustrating and no one at [name removed] has helped us resolve it.

Liked - Our salesperson [name removed], she was great to work with. Disliked - our original building superintendent was terrible who was later replaced by [name removed] that did a good job.

From start to finish - [name removed] employees were there to answer questions, fix problems and make our transition from Michigan to South [name removed] a very pleasant experience. [name removed], our building superintendent and [name removed], our Master Care superintendent have always communicated with us about everything!

We feel like just a number, not a valued customer/resident. Because we closed remotely, we missed out on the fun new owner pics. That was sadly disappointing to her moreso than him. While [name removed] has been responsive, easy & great to work with, when our rep or liaison left the company, we were never informed that a new one had been assigned & that made us feel like we didn't matter.

Liked option selections. Disliked: high price for small home with poor construction / workmanship - level of re-work on construction defects that should not be occurring. Very inconvenient and promotes a feeling of concern there is so much poor quality in workmanship. We have had roof framing defect which is a big issue for us as the fix doesn't look any better and now obvious we have roof framing issue. We had unlevel foundation that meant pulling up 12ft of flooring and us having to move and cover furniture - and clean mess from cement dust. We had shower walls completely separate in the first quarter of moving in. The caulk and grout work were absolutely horrible. Same issue in kitchen countertops to walls, very sloppy job. Our kitchen dining electrical junction box was 16 inches off center and we mentioned at walk through, wasn't taken care of, so had to have ceiling cut open and ceiling patched up - we prepared plastic to contain mess of drywall dust and moved everything. This is incredibly inconvenient. The concrete walkway looks so sloppy at our porch area but we have bern told twice " likely [name removed] will not take care of this". We've experienced electrical anomalies in our kitchen, but told to have appliance folks to check it out - even though lighting causes circuit to snap. Overall, the items popping up are items we would not expect as homeowners - we've had 8 new homes and never experienced such poor workmanship. We bought [name removed] home because of the construction processes that were identified in the model home. We don't feel your subcobtractors hired are providing quality workmanship. [name removed] rushed Phase 7 and we are paying for it. It doesn't make it any better for us when we hear the later phases are addressing the issues phase 7 had - we are stuck with dealing with poor construction. Sorry, being brutally honest because we are disappointed and frustrated. We see the same re-work issues in the landscaping which ultimately we as homeowners are paying for and I'm sure increased HOA costs (irrigation issues - water off for weeks due to well pump issues so plants die, irrigation sprinkler heads broken or facing pavement so plants die and wasting water when a zone goes on for 2 to 3 hours, flooding in areas not graded or drainage lacking, etc).

Our lanai has been nothing but problems since the day we moved in. First it was cracked all over. The fix that we agreed to was to coat it, which we had to pay 1/2 of. This caused water to build up and not drain. Still have not had a satisfactory solution.
