1st I wanted to make a minor change which would have not needed any additional materials. But was strongly told that you could not make any changes. I would have never signed those documents if I had know that minor changes could not be made at a cost to me. 2nd the model has a few drawers as part of the sink cabinet. Mine in my unit have none. No one in the designs phases gave ne a chance to upgrade my units. 3. After all the money spent building the house I have experienced 5 of the 6 light bulbs burn out in the first 7 months and 1 of the ceiling lights already go bad. What kind of cheap light bulbs did you put in. My last house I never had to replace any lights bulbs in the last 6 years.

The quality of home is strong. The [name removed] representative [name removed] does a great job responding to issues promptly and resolving same. He should be given much credit. However, undoubtedly the weakest link in the [name removed] chain is the landscaping contractor. They are non responsive and do a below average completing their duties. We went 3 weeks without anyone simply cutting our grass. It’s summer and there is no excuse for their poor workmanship.

A lot of things have been breaking in my new [name removed] and I am afraid that once the warranty expires, I am going to be paying a lot of money for up keep on my new home. I have also asked several times to have my back lawn leveled better with sand and I have had no success. Other then that we live with awesome people and amenities.

Positive...We love all the beautiful landscaping and lagoons in our community. Negative...We wish that sidewalks were installed in all phases/along roadways. Only the cottages have sidewalks, so that leaves the rest of the residents not owning a cottage walking in the streets. That is unsafe.

I totally enjoyed the entire process, from purchase to closing. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made it fun. A couple of small warranty issues arose and they were handled immediately. I love my [name removed] and so does everyone that comes to visit me.

The salesman, [name removed], and the job super, [name removed], were both fabulous -- professional, easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. The remainder of the staff throughout the process were also pleasant and efficient. The only thing that was a slight concern is that there was construction still underway on both sides of my home. I would have preferred to have been given the choice to delay my move-in for a later date, under the circumstances. Overall, great experience.

We were excited to move here! Our sales guy was great! Our "First" Superintendent was great! After he left, we got a different Superintendent, and he was a nice guy, however, if we had an issue, it seemed as though the first thing out of his mouth was "No, we can't do that..." He was definitely a company man, which I'm sure goes far with [name removed]. However, as a customer, building their first New home, it wasn't great. We went round and round with the excessive cracks in our lanai. This issue finally got resolved only after we went above our super. In the end, everything worked out. Our Master Care rep was great! Haleigh took care of any issue we brought to her attention.

My building foreman was very responsive and kept me updated while my house was being built. This was very helpful for me since I was not living in the area. My Mastercare representative was also very responsive with any and all issues, which were all fairly minor, and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Our builder, [name removed]; Sales Representative, [name removed]; and Design Consultant, [name removed]; all went out of their way to check-in on our understanding and implementation of our contract, design options and build process. All paperwork, phone calls and expectations were communicated kindly, effectively and in a prompt manner.

Partner who lives at least 11mos. Here had to write letters to management to receive pass badge for amenities. Repairs of molding pre 1 yr time won’t be completed in a professional manner! Poor workmanship, unwilling to repair correctly so gaps won’t appear again. Despite work orders being acknowledged for landscaping replacements due to frost damage 6 months have past without replacements! Also a tree which was supposed to be planted before moving in has never been planted. Mailbox area for Phase 8 needs drainage at back. Over 1inch of water collects in huge puddle where one has to access mail. Feet/shoes get soaked. Response for irrigation problems attended to in timely manner. Our Super [name removed] D -outstanding professional young man Warranty guy not so much! Love my neighbors, peaceful surroundings and welcome entryway. Guards at gate friendly and competent. Pools get very crowded -not enough shade umbrellas . Need new amenity center before 2years or more!!! Classes always full. New folks don’t get a chance to participate in some of the offerings. Music tributes very good. Plenty to do if one chooses and can get into the programs. Good speakers. Send me another survey after another 2 years!????
