I liked the whole experience from the minute I met [name removed]. She was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful and this was just on a visit to the model homes. I felt right at home and welcomed on all 3 of my visits which was great because I was basically moving and making a monumental decision on my own. I couldn’t ask for a better builder in [name removed]. I feel incredibly lucky to have had him in charge of my home! From the start, I could see and hear how picky he was with everything connected to the house. Every Friday he sent me updates and photos, which was so helpful! Since I’ve been here and have met a lot of people, I realize just how lucky I was to have [name removed]. More than a few have had major problems and my complaints were very minor. I had a problem with my garage door and it was taken care the next week. Going through this entire process by myself has been so smooth and easy for me, and I feel it was all because of these great people in charge of my house. I feel my friends took wonderful care of me! I’m very happy!

Bad memory of how when we transitioned from renters to owners, we weren't told that that would erase are gate passes... which led to a LOT of trouble when PODs and delivery trucks showed up. Massively compounded by the fact that someone entered my email AND phone number incorrectly, so the gate weren't able to contact us.

What I loved: The attention and degree of service I received from my Sales Person ([name removed]) and my Superintendent of Building ([name removed]). The seamless transition when using [name removed] partners ([name removed] [name removed] - [name removed] and [name removed]) - The entire new building experience with the ability to budget (like 10% down for A's; B's, etc). I did ask a lot of questions. I felt cared for and felt that that the entire experience was seamless and stressfree and feel that I received a quality product. My less than stellar experiences had to do with picking my B's. I felt that I was rushed. I would have liked to have a day to think about it after I saw everything in person but I had to make all of my selections within 2 hours of seeing everything for the first time. I think [name removed] should change that and expose the buyers to the choices earlier in the game so they have time to make the right selections. I also feel that the security service - QEI - is an outside vendor and should not be a part of the process. I am very unhappy with this and have not even had the install yet and would love to get my money back. My superintendent of building was amazing and so many people hire outside inspectors and not needed when you have someone so skilled and attentive. Also, love the Mastercare for the first year. And the little touches, like a complete list of vendors and follow up care printed and hung in the HVAC closet. Little things like that matter. Oh - did not love the selections on the B's especially the hardware and lighting.

The whole experience was so exciting and every day since I moved in has been Amazing!!!! [name removed] has been very easy to work with and makes repairs happen -there have only been a few minor issues and the workmanship has been excellent. The community is beautiful and well maintained. We all look forward to more amenities as we are growing bigger.

I just want to get out system working since our grass is turning brown. Most of our neighbors irrigation is working, but not ours. How can I get this fixed?

Cell service is horrible. I consistently lose calls and have done so while switching from Verizon to Spectrum and now Mint Mobile. I learned there is only 1 cell tower near the entrance to LMHH. This cell tower must get overloaded and consistently drops my calls. I can't use my cell in my Dreamsicle office. I get a message that I am "Not Registered on Network" message, meaning my phone isn't connecting to your mobile provider's network, preventing calls, texts, and data access. I have to turn on Airplane mode and then turn it off or go to another part of the house for service and it still drops calls left and right. Very disturbing. What if there is any emergency and I can't call out or drop the call to 911??? A new, additional cell tower is desperately needed here in LMHH as I'm hearing this from many others in Phase 7.

Everyone we dealt with from the beginning of the process to the end was extremely helpful and looked out for our best interest. Any time a question or issue arose, it was addressed immediately; whether it was our sales person, [name removed], our designer, [name removed], our builder, [name removed], or our MasterCare rep, [name removed], everything was resolved with the exception of an issue with our roof, which was brought about by our inspector, [name removed]. [name removed] is currently in the process of discussing this issue with [name removed] and the roofing company and will get back to us shortly. Overall, we are extremely happy with our home and the community.

I do feel that Will's hands are tied by [name removed] when trying to resolve certain issues. For example our home has a "cold room" and we have a roofing issue. I feel that will wants to help but these issues cant be resolved because he has to follow guidelines established by [name removed].

We liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. We disliked the quality of the home, there was very little craftsmanship. Everything is sub-contracted, certainly by the lowest bidder and the quality or lack of shows.

Inside my home, I have not found any major issues. A few minor issues, which [name removed] stated will be taken care of at the year mark. The issues with my garage have almost been resolved, except one. The company’s employee showed up as my family and I were running out the door to our appointments. He did a good job repairing what he could without me leaving my garage door open. The ankle buster ditch, safety hazard , I showed [name removed] was taken care of right away. It seems the BJWSA water issues and the irrigation issues are still a problem.

The scores that I have given are for [name removed] with [name removed], [name removed] is awesome and listens to our needs. The HOA on the other hand I have issues with. Anekka even had the audacity to ask if we ever lived in an HOA before and how they have processes. First off processes were not followed in getting me my check back after our birdcage was finished. The rules state that the check will be within 30 days and it was almost 45 before we received it. I had to continually email to find out where the check was. Was told it had been approved and cut a week before it actually was. Next the transformer in front of our house was sinking, this was due to ineffective drainage around the transformer that was in the swell. We started and our neighbors started discussing it right after we moved in. I even called [name removed] County water and Dominion energy. They both came out and it was not a water leak by [name removed] County water, Dominion would not lift it until the drainage was fixed. It was a fight to get this done everyone with [name removed] and the HOA kept pointing fingers at who was suppose to fix it. 5 months later after the neighbors around the loop got involved it was fixed. I had sent notes to [name removed] and [name removed] asking for a face to face meeting and while [name removed] emailed me back, [name removed] did not. And we never got the face to face meeting. This could have been a larger issue if that kept sinking and the cables would have severed, but it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed. I am grateful that we have [name removed] as our MasterCare rep as he is willing to listen and help and all around is a very respectful and nice person.

[name removed] has been very easy to work with and makes repairs happen -there have only been a few minor issues and the workmanship has been excellent. The community is beautiful and well maintained. We all look forward to more amenities as we are growing bigger.

Cell service is horrible. I consistently lose calls and have done so while switching from Verizon to Spectrum and now Mint Mobile. I learned there is only 1 cell tower near the entrance to LMHH. This cell tower must get overloaded and consistently drops my calls. I can't use my cell in my Dreamsicle office. I get a message that I am "Not Registered on Network" message, meaning my phone isn't connecting to your mobile provider's network, preventing calls, texts, and data access. I have to turn on Airplane mode and then turn it off or go to another part of the house for service and it still drops calls left and right. Very disturbing. What if there is any emergency and I can't call out or drop the call to 911??? A new, additional cell tower is desperately needed here in LMHH as I'm hearing this from many others in Phase 7.

Everyone we dealt with from the beginning of the process to the end was extremely helpful and looked out for our best interest. Any time a question or issue arose, it was addressed immediately; whether it was our sales person, [name removed], our designer, [name removed], our builder, [name removed], or our MasterCare rep, [name removed], everything was resolved with the exception of an issue with our roof, which was brought about by our inspector, [name removed]. [name removed] is currently in the process of discussing this issue with [name removed] and the roofing company and will get back to us shortly. Overall, we are extremely happy with our home and the community.

Whenever I had an issue and called my master care representative responded immediately, and the problem was solved. . The home overall as a new build had very minor issues, and I was impressed with the quality of Construction.

Some minor issues arose during our first year and we were lucky to have [name removed] as our service rep. She does a fantastic job of promptly responding to our requests and then following up on whether the job was completed to our satisfaction! Great service!!!
