Everything went smoothly! I was particularly impressed with our building manager, [name removed] page! On several occasions he went above and beyond to help us transition into our new home! He was constantly checking on us the first few weeks and asking us if we needed help! Thanks to [name removed] we quickly had some of our two week issues taken care of. He identified a red spot in the shower was missing grout, determined that we were supposed to have crown molding in our guest bathroom, removed a red spot on the tile grout and personally brought me a shelf bracket that was missing from one of the cabinets. He also stopped by to help me with a tricky part of a garage cabinet I was having trouble with. I cannot say enough about how professional, friendly and helpful [name removed] has been through the whole process! He is truly an asset to your company!

They do not cut the grass, do not replace dead plants that you have put a work order in for, weeds are bad , your HOA fee is not going to the promises that Mintos has given us in [name removed].

It started with [name removed] at the sales office, He was amazing and made everything happen so great!!! And our builder [name removed] also soooooooooooo Awesome!!! He kept us updated and always sent us pictures as our house was being built. He was always a phone call away when ever we had questions. Our experience with [name removed] was very comfortable through this whole journey and he still is there for us with anything we ever need. Great builder!!! Great guy!!! And we are loving the community!!!!! Couldn’t be happier!!!!!!

All the people involved were wonderful to work with. My only negative would be that you are not able to make a change once construction is underway. I understand big structural changes but adding some tile or changing a color etc should be more accessible to the homeowner.

The biggest problem I have is the Access Road 50 feet from our house, I call a number of times about this road causing a lot of dust and debris in the back of our house which we have a pool and spent a lot of money on this I finally called the [name removed] country building department and request an order of conditions for this project and they did take care of this so far . I really need to talk with someone at [name removed] about this not only the dust but security as well. I thought this was a gated community? I also had a problem with the landscapers, a couple of weeks ago we had two landscapers digging around the electrical cabinet in front of the house. I went out and told them to be careful because there are live wires connected from the power box to the light pole, these wires are above the ground, don't know why? Any way we lost cable, we called spectrum and they stated that there was trouble in the area and to wait. I advised them that there were landscapers digging around that area. This went on for over 5 days it got so bad I lost 5 days of business and most of all we couldn't work anything in the house like the doorbells, the pool, lights. Our phones, everything that has to do with internet. Spectrum Finally came out only to install our new neighbor, and they found the fiber cable has been cut!! But what really got us so upset is the landscaper taped it bad together! they knew it was damage but NEVER told anyone! if they have said something to anyone this could have been repaired and I would not have lost any business.

Our building supervisor [name removed] was fantastic. He provided weekly updates with pictures and kept us informed throughout the building process. Our biggest disappointment was the pool. The pool was dirty and was not able to be turned on during out main walkthrough 1 week prior to closing. Despite expressing our concern, the pool was still dirty and not operational at the final walkthrough the day of closing. Very disappointed in Minto on the pool. At 208,000$, that pool should have been 100% clean and ready to use upon our closing. [name removed] can and should do better with the pool options. It should not be dependent on the home owner having wifi/internet. Provide the 1,000$ remote control so the home owner can see everything work before closing. We almost stopped our payment at closing due to not seeing everything work. And after closing, the pool was so full of construction dirt it was not operation for over 2 weeks. Once again, [name removed] can and should do better when it comes to the pool option. That is our only disappointment. The house is great. [name removed] was terrific!!!

We were happy with everything except our master bath tile shower. They had to come back about 4 times to fix pits in the grout just doing patch work and the last time they came, they finally scored the grout in the whole shower and put new grout in. It’s much better but still not the best.

I was happy that we were given plenty of advanced notice for meetings from picking our As & Bs, to meet the builder, the walk through, closing & meeting with Master Care. This was very helpful since we care for my Mother-in-Law who has dementia. I was not very happy when an accidental flood occurred New Year’s [name removed] & I wasn’t notified immediately, however our Builder Supervisor notified us on Friday 1/9 what happened and insured me that everything was cleaned up an that he did notify [name removed] (my building inspector) earlier in the week and [name removed] took pictures but [name removed] never notified me until I contacted him after speaking with our building Supervisor and [name removed] only shared the pictures with me on Sunday night 1/11 at 10:30pm after asking him several times to send them. On the 1/12 I was notified that the closing would be on 3/9 and I told them that I just had a flood. So it was hard for me to believe that my cottage would be ready for a walk though on 3/2. I was so skeptical that I flew down at the end of January and met with my Building Supervisor who did do a great job with the cleanup and removal & replaced of everything that had been damaged by the flood.

The purchase experience was stellar! Dominik “Dom” [name removed] was our salesperson and my wife were extremely impressed by his professionalism, steady stream of information and availability to answer any question that arose before, during and after the sale of our house. Not only was “Dom” really good at his job but he also made the process fun and that is a compliment to easy-going personality. Honestly, I privately dreaded this process because of past experiences with other companies but “Dom” made it enjoyable. He is very valuable to [name removed] and should be rewarded for the way he represents the company and his comprehensive explanations how the entire process works and his prompt responses to any questions we had. He probably has a million things going on everyday but truly when we had a question, he was there! After the sales process, we moved on to the building process and were assigned [name removed], the construction superintendent. Wow! We decided right off and the beginning of the building process that we were extremely fortunate in having [name removed] assigned to us as our Buiding Superintendent. We first met him at “Meet the Builder” day which we traveled from Charleston, South [name removed] to attend. In the office, [name removed] articulated the building process to us in a detailed manner whereby we really had no questions due to his knowledge and background. He informed us that he would keep us informed entirely throughout the building process and he certainly kept his promise. [name removed] is extremely gifted in this field and his knowledge of the home building process made us feel at ease at each step. Like “Dom”, he was always made himself available for any amateur questions we had and we had many. It didn’t matter because [name removed] would so eloquently would ease our stress and answer and explain things in an understandable manner and returned each and every call promptly with a competent, detailed answer. We have never experienced such great customer friendly service and when you purchase a major item such as a house, you hope for that quality service. However, our hope turned into a reality as [name removed] bailed every deadline, updated us promptly and extensively with photos, detailed explanations all with a smile. Like “Dom”, I don’t know how they are so graceful and remember things with all they have going on but [name removed] is definitely a cut above any building superintendent we have met and his skills on the front line will undoubtedly illustrate [name removed]’s commitment to excellence and both he and “Dom” should be rewarded for their dedication to making home buyers feel comfortable in making a large investment. [name removed] even stopped by several times after we moved in just to make sure we had everything we needed. He earned a “10” rating in every aspect of this process and believe he should be recognized for his hard work, communication, knowledge and attention to detail in organizing all the fine details to insure the actual builders were doing a high quality job, which they did. Aside from the hardship of moving after living in the same house for close to 30 years, the move in went smoothly and the many contractors continued to work hard to build on our street, Sandcastle Drive. They were always respectful to our parking needs, cleanup and adjusting to having a now full-time residents living in between other houses being built. The home builders and trades always kept the areas clean and accessible during the move-in process and they are the unsung heroes of this operation and they should be rewarded and acknowledged as we appreciate them. Everyday they show up and do a hard job in changing weather, changing neighbors and areas and do so in a complete rhythmic flow that just works because they go out of their way with true hard work and grit to go finish their job and not only finish their jobs but finish them brilliantly! We were assigned to MasterCare Superintendent [name removed]. We only met [name removed] once so I can’t give a detailed review because our after move-in was short but he arranged immediately for the small issues to be resolved with fixes. So he is 1 for 1 as they say in baseball and I’m sure our year with [name removed] with flow smoothly as the buying and building process went. If I had to say 1 area which we could have used help on during and specifically after moving in was receiving a detailed presentation on how to navigate this community through the many tentacles of the social media set-up (example [name removed] Reach, Group activities. A large part of that deficiency’s are a result of my complete lack of social medial awareness. My wife and I were the odd couple and have limited experience in that area and we never even had a Facebook page in our lives. Therefore, that’s on us but as we learn on a daily basic how to traverse through this area, it is quite overwhelming. Nevertheless, it is just another thing to learn and I saw several introductory classes offered for buyers just like us to help out in this area so that is a big positive and kudos to [name removed] and the [name removed] Staff in thinking ahead and providing that help with will be extremely needed when we reach the point we can partake. We thank [name removed] for their selection of quality personnel in all areas and really look forward to eventually taking advantage in all this community has to offer, which is plenty! Thanks again for everyone’s combined effort in making this process such a success.

I like my Mastercare [name removed], [name removed]. She has always been there for us in a friendly, efficient and communicative manner. I disliked not having more of a say or choice. All options were astromincally overpriced so had to leave things out. Some options were not discussed so was unaware and too late to add. Basic options were outdated so had to upgrade. Some work was sub par. Driveways are not wide enough. For an active community, no sidewalks along streets so have to keep stopping and/or moving over for safety. [name removed] doesn't bend on certain things so had to make choices which affected us. Not being given lights, fans, choosing to not do mirror pages. And not having any price reduction was not right. I speak with family and friends and when I tell them that, they are shocked because their builder didn't do that. There are Not enough amenities for amount if people. We're old another community center. But found out after purchase that it is far off.

My experience with [name removed] personnel has been wonderful, starting with [name removed], then [name removed], then [name removed]. All these guys are exceptional. I do wish [name removed] had sidewalks as I do a lot of walking and do not always feel safe. [name removed] needs to think about the safety of the residents. Several bushes need to be replanted as the roots are showing. Outside lighting does not seem adequate at night, especially on the interior sidewalks off the street. It's pitch dark! Too many people ignore the stop signs and speed limit, not just contractors but many residents. Basically, I love living here.

The purchase experience was stellar! Dominik “Dom” [name removed] was our salesperson and my wife were extremely impressed by his professionalism, steady stream of information and availability to answer any question that arose before, during and after the sale of our house. Not only was “Dom” really good at his job but he also made the process fun and that is a compliment to easy-going personality. Honestly, I privately dreaded this process because of past experiences with other companies but “Dom” made it enjoyable. He is very valuable to [name removed] and should be rewarded for the way he represents the company and his comprehensive explanations how the entire process works and his prompt responses to any questions we had. He probably has a million things going on everyday but truly when we had a question, he was there! After the sales process, we moved on to the building process and were assigned [name removed], the construction superintendent. Wow! We decided right off and the beginning of the building process that we were extremely fortunate in having [name removed] assigned to us as our Buiding Superintendent. We first met him at “Meet the Builder” day which we traveled from Charleston, South [name removed] to attend. In the office, [name removed] articulated the building process to us in a detailed manner whereby we really had no questions due to his knowledge and background. He informed us that he would keep us informed entirely throughout the building process and he certainly kept his promise. [name removed] is extremely gifted in this field and his knowledge of the home building process made us feel at ease at each step. Like “Dom”, he was always made himself available for any amateur questions we had and we had many. It didn’t matter because [name removed] would so eloquently would ease our stress and answer and explain things in an understandable manner and returned each and every call promptly with a competent, detailed answer. We have never experienced such great customer friendly service and when you purchase a major item such as a house, you hope for that quality service. However, our hope turned into a reality as [name removed] bailed every deadline, updated us promptly and extensively with photos, detailed explanations all with a smile. Like “Dom”, I don’t know how they are so graceful and remember things with all they have going on but [name removed] is definitely a cut above any building superintendent we have met and his skills on the front line will undoubtedly illustrate [name removed]’s commitment to excellence and both he and “Dom” should be rewarded for their dedication to making home buyers feel comfortable in making a large investment. [name removed] even stopped by several times after we moved in just to make sure we had everything we needed. He earned a “10” rating in every aspect of this process and believe he should be recognized for his hard work, communication, knowledge and attention to detail in organizing all the fine details to insure the actual builders were doing a high quality job, which they did. Aside from the hardship of moving after living in the same house for close to 30 years, the move in went smoothly and the many contractors continued to work hard to build on our street, Sandcastle Drive. They were always respectful to our parking needs, cleanup and adjusting to having a now full-time residents living in between other houses being built. The home builders and trades always kept the areas clean and accessible during the move-in process and they are the unsung heroes of this operation and they should be rewarded and acknowledged as we appreciate them. Everyday they show up and do a hard job in changing weather, changing neighbors and areas and do so in a complete rhythmic flow that just works because they go out of their way with true hard work and grit to go finish their job and not only finish their jobs but finish them brilliantly! We were assigned to MasterCare Superintendent [name removed]. We only met [name removed] once so I can’t give a detailed review because our after move-in was short but he arranged immediately for the small issues to be resolved with fixes. So he is 1 for 1 as they say in baseball and I’m sure our year with [name removed] with flow smoothly as the buying and building process went. If I had to say 1 area which we could have used help on during and specifically after moving in was receiving a detailed presentation on how to navigate this community through the many tentacles of the social media set-up (example [name removed] Reach, Group activities. A large part of that deficiency’s are a result of my complete lack of social medial awareness. My wife and I were the odd couple and have limited experience in that area and we never even had a Facebook page in our lives. Therefore, that’s on us but as we learn on a daily basic how to traverse through this area, it is quite overwhelming. Nevertheless, it is just another thing to learn and I saw several introductory classes offered for buyers just like us to help out in this area so that is a big positive and kudos to [name removed] and the [name removed] Staff in thinking ahead and providing that help with will be extremely needed when we reach the point we can partake. We thank [name removed] for their selection of quality personnel in all areas and really look forward to eventually taking advantage in all this community has to offer, which is plenty! Thanks again for everyone’s combined effort in making this process such a success.

The biggest problem I have is the Access Road 50 feet from our house, I call a number of times about this road causing a lot of dust and debris in the back of our house which we have a pool and spent a lot of money on this I finally called the [name removed] country building department and request an order of conditions for this project and they did take care of this so far . I really need to talk with someone at [name removed] about this not only the dust but security as well. I thought this was a gated community? I also had a problem with the landscapers, a couple of weeks ago we had two landscapers digging around the electrical cabinet in front of the house. I went out and told them to be careful because there are live wires connected from the power box to the light pole, these wires are above the ground, don't know why? Any way we lost cable, we called spectrum and they stated that there was trouble in the area and to wait. I advised them that there were landscapers digging around that area. This went on for over 5 days it got so bad I lost 5 days of business and most of all we couldn't work anything in the house like the doorbells, the pool, lights. Our phones, everything that has to do with internet. Spectrum Finally came out only to install our new neighbor, and they found the fiber cable has been cut!! But what really got us so upset is the landscaper taped it bad together! they knew it was damage but NEVER told anyone! if they have said something to anyone this could have been repaired and I would not have lost any business.

My experience with [name removed] personnel has been wonderful, starting with [name removed], then [name removed], then [name removed]. All these guys are exceptional. I do wish [name removed] had sidewalks as I do a lot of walking and do not always feel safe. [name removed] needs to think about the safety of the residents. Several bushes need to be replanted as the roots are showing. Outside lighting does not seem adequate at night, especially on the interior sidewalks off the street. It's pitch dark! Too many people ignore the stop signs and speed limit, not just contractors but many residents. Basically, I love living here.

We were happy with everything except our master bath tile shower. They had to come back about 4 times to fix pits in the grout just doing patch work and the last time they came, they finally scored the grout in the whole shower and put new grout in. It’s much better but still not the best.

I like my Mastercare [name removed], [name removed]. She has always been there for us in a friendly, efficient and communicative manner. I disliked not having more of a say or choice. All options were astromincally overpriced so had to leave things out. Some options were not discussed so was unaware and too late to add. Basic options were outdated so had to upgrade. Some work was sub par. Driveways are not wide enough. For an active community, no sidewalks along streets so have to keep stopping and/or moving over for safety. [name removed] doesn't bend on certain things so had to make choices which affected us. Not being given lights, fans, choosing to not do mirror pages. And not having any price reduction was not right. I speak with family and friends and when I tell them that, they are shocked because their builder didn't do that. There are Not enough amenities for amount if people. We're old another community center. But found out after purchase that it is far off.
