We've only used it for a few small things. 1 request was dropped or ignored (but we found a solution) and two were acted on quickly... so mostly positive, but not perfect. We don't usually get any direct response when we submit something until we get a call from the vendor, which is a little odd. Just this evening, some neighbors at a party were saying that our particular guy wasn't great on communication.

Dislikes: Upon move in, laminate floors and bathroom tiles were absolutely filthy, filled with glue, stained and scratched in multiple locations. Mirrors (2) in Master bath were scratched and had to be replaced. Tub in hall bathroom scratched as well. No extra tiles/floorboards left for us after closing. Panels on kitchen island had protruding nails and had to be replaced. Kitchen pantry shelves not mounted properly. Kitchen cabinet shell on right side of microwave is scuffed and scratched. Landscaping is terrible, and not what was promised. Grass has been brown and filled with weeds for the majority of the year. Sprinklers not working during the hot weather. Many of the backyard plants have been dead for about 8 months, and have been replaced twice. Tickets submitted for plant replacement go unanswered. Must be a soil problem since all of the same plants are thriving in the front yard. Likes: Very happy with the drainage in the yards. Structurally, the overall house itself is pretty solid. No complaints there. Our MasterCare [name removed] [name removed] is absolutely fabulous! She was on top of any issue we had by the following morning. We got extremely lucky with her!! Love the Paradise Pool, Community Center and all of the amenities. Everything is very pleasing to the eye.

Our super [name removed] was great with updates weekly. Very appreciative for that. [name removed] our sales agent was awesome. [name removed] from MasterCare is good and trying to get things fixed Your contractors on the other hand are not the greatest. Our front door is damaged and offset. Our floors are horrible with some type of substance on them. Paint on the floor by the rounds. Just a lot of shoddy workmanship. [name removed] in the design center, I cannot say much. Our design meeting for the B’s was her not really listening to me to the point of me having to stop her at one point and find things myself. I knew what I wanted and did my designing in a couple of hours. Then we had the issue of the microwave and her inability to communicate ticked me off. Corporate took care of it though. The kick plates in the kitchen are short and we can see it while sitting at our table. The greenery is a joke. We were approved by the HOA for our birdcage emailed [name removed] and took a couple of days for him to get back to us. We accepted his ridiculous $1200 agreement. Was suppose to be here Monday to do pre work. Didn’t show up until Friday. At that point concrete had been poured and the birdcage was being built. Now that the cage is up he needs to come back and replant plants that we had to take out because he didn’t. So we will see how that goes. Plus there is a leak that pours into the street which is along the landscaping in between homes and no one can figure that out. So all in all we are happy to be here but want things fixed as we consider this our forever home.

The main reasons I did buy into [name removed] was because of the mastercare warranty that lasts for 2 years after purchase and I have called and needed mastercare and they have come and acknowledged my issues and problems with professionalism. And I'm very satisfied with their service and the work from mastercare.

I think these homes were built so quickly that there were sacrifices made to ensure a quality job. I trust that there is a sturdy home, but the finishing touches were subpar. The painting and concrete subcontractors did an awful job.

The waiting list and contract process part was mostly easy. I've built several homes from the ground up and although [name removed] built an overall good home, but also understanding [name removed] is a production builder, our building super (a really nice guy) was very lax in proactive communication and or taking initiative for solutions when problems arose. Follow up was almost always our responsibility as a buyer, otherwise we knew we would likely not be getting a proactive call back or written communication update.There were a number of things that the builder should have "caught" but didn't, even when I pointed them out to them. Once such item, was concrete missing under critical point loads under the king and jack studs at the slider doors. Although it was ultimately fixed at my insistence. We had 2 issues that should have attention draw to them. Once was that our building super did NOT show us or allow us to "rate" him at our final walk-through. He simply flipped to the last page and had us sign, we later found out we were supposed to rate our experience with him. We believed this was intentional due to the way it happened. One other issues [name removed] should be aware of is the underground conduits for the internet lines, that were installed by the electrician, into the home are separated under the ground and as a result they have dug up our yard because they could not get the fiber lines to the neighbors home. This is a long term liability issue for the both us and the next door neighbor if a future repair is needed and it likely will. It has been a mess and still isn't resolved and the yards are torn up. Our mastercare rep was nice and good on follow up and helped us get a few things "handled/fixed". We are overall pleased with our new home and enjoy living here and glad we chose LMHH to call home!

Our house seems well built and Minto is generally responsive. There are some issues with subcontractors that we think they could’ve managed better. Also, living on [name removed], we have had a very difficult year due to the construction traffic. While we were prepared for some, significant damage has been done and no one had mentioned any way that we will be made whole- power washing of homes and concrete and lanais, etc. Perhaps that is coming.

The sales and project supervisor,along with the designer were all focused on our satisfaction throughout the process and jumped on any issues or concerns brought to their attention. All three were great to work with.

[name removed] has an excellent sales team that introduces the homes and assists in understanding the purchase process. Additionally, [name removed] builds a quality home with 2 by 6 walls, tensioned wires to roof structure, and an efficient drainage system to divert water from the homes and streets. However, the cement company, that was subcontracted, performed well below expectations. Additionally, one square of my driveway has crack and is beginning to loose chunks of cement over 1/2” wide. Although this was pointed out to Mastercare, no resolution has been provided. Last communication was that the driveway was inspected, by the cement company, and no action is required. I do not agree with the assessment and will address this once again at my one year inspection. If I receive a similar reply, from the subcontractor, I will need a [name removed] representative to intervene. A cement driveway that continues to degrade over time is not acceptable during any phase of construction.

I'm only giving 10s because of [name removed]'s dedication and committment to making things right. He is excellent and is always there to help me. The subcontractors on the other hand are subpar. PDP took months to get the front of my house painted. They kept coming back with the wrong color paint, or the inside paint vs the outside. My entrance looked like a jigsaw puzzle after they finished. I'm extremely unhappy with the quality of the subcontractors and the quality of their work. My bathroom cabinet door has been on order for months and is yet to be replaced. I've had so many issues with different items it's too many to count. [name removed] plumbing came out numerous times to fix something that they kept claiming wasn't their fault, it was. In addition, the trucks hauling dirt, flinging dust all over on our homes and the smell of diesel that has been hanging in this neighborhood for the past few months is unacceptable. You should be power washing all homes and driveways on [name removed] and the beginning of Parrot and Low Tide to make up for the inconvenience we have lived with. [name removed] needs to do the right thing and stay on top of their subcontractors. [name removed]'t send people to our homes who have no idea why they are there, don't have work orders or don't have the right equipment. You should also clean our homes for the inconvenience of months of trucks and dirt. My cars are filthy my house is filthy and my driveway is filthy. Not a great way to live for the past few months. Again, I'm only giving 10s because I do not want to penalize [name removed]. He's good and is the only reason you aren't getting all 3s or 4s.

I don't like it when the warranty folks almost browbeat you for a 10 rating. If you don't feel that way, they want to talk to you before you grade them. They are saying that even a 9 is regarded is failing. That is ludicrous.

I am very satisfied with the house only a few problems with the drywall and cabinet crown molding. I am not satisfied with the cracked concrete in my driveway and the reluctance to repair it.

I think these homes were built so quickly that there were sacrifices made to ensure a quality job. I trust that there is a sturdy home, but the finishing touches were subpar. The painting and concrete subcontractors did an awful job.

Our house seems well built and Minto is generally responsive. There are some issues with subcontractors that we think they could’ve managed better. Also, living on [name removed], we have had a very difficult year due to the construction traffic. While we were prepared for some, significant damage has been done and no one had mentioned any way that we will be made whole- power washing of homes and concrete and lanais, etc. Perhaps that is coming.

[name removed] has an excellent sales team that introduces the homes and assists in understanding the purchase process. Additionally, [name removed] builds a quality home with 2 by 6 walls, tensioned wires to roof structure, and an efficient drainage system to divert water from the homes and streets. However, the cement company, that was subcontracted, performed well below expectations. Additionally, one square of my driveway has crack and is beginning to loose chunks of cement over 1/2” wide. Although this was pointed out to Mastercare, no resolution has been provided. Last communication was that the driveway was inspected, by the cement company, and no action is required. I do not agree with the assessment and will address this once again at my one year inspection. If I receive a similar reply, from the subcontractor, I will need a [name removed] representative to intervene. A cement driveway that continues to degrade over time is not acceptable during any phase of construction.

I'm only giving 10s because of [name removed]'s dedication and committment to making things right. He is excellent and is always there to help me. The subcontractors on the other hand are subpar. PDP took months to get the front of my house painted. They kept coming back with the wrong color paint, or the inside paint vs the outside. My entrance looked like a jigsaw puzzle after they finished. I'm extremely unhappy with the quality of the subcontractors and the quality of their work. My bathroom cabinet door has been on order for months and is yet to be replaced. I've had so many issues with different items it's too many to count. [name removed] plumbing came out numerous times to fix something that they kept claiming wasn't their fault, it was. In addition, the trucks hauling dirt, flinging dust all over on our homes and the smell of diesel that has been hanging in this neighborhood for the past few months is unacceptable. You should be power washing all homes and driveways on [name removed] and the beginning of Parrot and Low Tide to make up for the inconvenience we have lived with. [name removed] needs to do the right thing and stay on top of their subcontractors. [name removed]'t send people to our homes who have no idea why they are there, don't have work orders or don't have the right equipment. You should also clean our homes for the inconvenience of months of trucks and dirt. My cars are filthy my house is filthy and my driveway is filthy. Not a great way to live for the past few months. Again, I'm only giving 10s because I do not want to penalize [name removed]. He's good and is the only reason you aren't getting all 3s or 4s.

At time of contract, site map didn't show all the areas around us that are now being developed
