For the most part, we were happy with the entire process of our build, from Sales ([name removed]), Designer ([name removed]), Supervisor ([name removed]) and MasterCare [name removed] ([name removed]). All were wonderful to work with and our build went very smoothly. [name removed] continues to be a rock star and is always available to answer questions and get any issues resolved. We love our home and the LMHH community. However, there were a couple of issues that Minto did not resolve properly, including: —we purchased the dining room and great room detail package with the expectation of receiving wallpaper in those areas as per the designer. What happened was the designer made a mistake and wallpaper was not to be included and Minto did not make good on that at the end of the day. — we closed January 31, 2025, and as of today, August 10, 2025, there is still an issue with the tile on the floor of the master shower (a $1,200+ upgrade). We purchased a gray and white marble tile, and from the day it was installed, there has been an issue with the color in certain areas. The manufacturer has been out to the house a couple of times claiming it’s a stain in the tile, and have tried to “clean” it. However, it is not a stain. It is the color wrong tile (beige and white vs. gray and white). We have an entire box of extra tile that was left for us which is the correct color. We are still waiting to hear back about how this is going to be corrected. — at the time we signed our contract, we were told by our sales agent and the designer that everything purchased through Minto, including appliances, would be covered by [name removed] for TWO years. Somewhere along the line, it seems that policy was changed and we are being told that appliances are only covered for ONE year and only by the manufacturer, i.e., Whirlpool. We understand that perhaps things change, but what was agreed to at the time the contract was signed should be honored. —The landscaping around the property is very nice and the vendor (Yellowstone for us in Phase 8) is great to work with and very responsive. When we closed, it was the week of the ice storm, and many plants and the palm trees died. The plants were replaced, however, they were not planted deep enough into the ground and did not take root and have died again. In addition, some of the sprinkler heads are not positioned to provide adequate coverage to the grass and the soaker hoses do not provide enough water to properly water the flower beds. Could be they are not getting enough water because they are not planted deep enough, but I have been giving the flower beds extra water to help them survive. Unfortunately, there are still brown and dying plants. The palm trees have not been replaced. We have put in a work order and recently received a response, but not sure the work has been done yet. We are not there at the moment and from what I can see on the cameras, there are still dead plants.

Like...the sense of community that is encouraged. I love my [name removed]. I'm becoming obsessed with pickleball, so the pball Courts are my favorite hangout. Dislike....lack of sidewalks. You need more miles of wooded nature trails.

Our building Superintendent and our Master Care Superintendent have been wonderful to work with and they were the best part of our building experience. The quality of [name removed]'s contractors leaves a lot to be desired as they do not do the best quality of work, but our Master Care Superintendent ([name removed]) did an outstanding job in following up on the issues that we had from our initial build. We were not impressed at all with the finish work that [name removed]'s contractors did, nor with some of the initial build. Hard to find a square corner and drywall finishing was of poor quality.

My only issues are with the shoddy workmanship of the trim in a good portion of the house. And, I am in a Hula model and the temperature in the front part of the house is like 10 degrees cooler than hallway and back half of the house. Mostly love the people we have worked with. Fixing things, like replacing dead plants, take too long to be completed. We are disappointed that there are no firm plans for the retail area connected to LMHH. [name removed] needs to start on the second town center now, before all the additional houses are built. We are running into times that it is hard (or impossible) to get in a class, take guests to dinner or pool, etc. It is getting overly crowed at events. We love living here and want it to be comfortable for all.

It feels like issues with you’re home that they may have to spend money to correct or keep the residents happy will likely get denied at least at first . Ultimately my experience is that they will eventually do the right thing.

We love the lifestyle here and the amount of activities however I feel like we are treated like children when it comes to some of the policies. I understand that there was a problem with outsiders coming to the pool but if someone actually looked at our badges they could clearly see that we live here or not. This pool policy is ridiculous, LOOK at our badge then let us in with our up to 6 guests. Also, don't lock us out of the B&C from the pool and maybe less people would bring in their own food and drinks. Then there is having the Trivia nights in the B&C which makes it impossible to eat in our restaurant, maybe use the theatre! Just my two cents but seriously these policies are crazy.

Post close it has been a horrible experience. We had a gas leak in our house. They made us wait for weeks before they came and checked it and realized we had a problem. We have major quality issues in our kitchen. The amenities are all over crowded and unusable.

We have been waiting on landscaping issues to be corrected for months. When issues are logged, there is no follow up. After numerous calls, when given dates these are rarely met. The construction activities is often very intrusive. [name removed] should work to ease construction on existing community members including ensuring that construction traffic has construction roads available to them.

It feels like issues with you’re home that they may have to spend money to correct or keep the residents happy will likely get denied at least at first . Ultimately my experience is that they will eventually do the right thing.

We love the lifestyle here and the amount of activities however I feel like we are treated like children when it comes to some of the policies. I understand that there was a problem with outsiders coming to the pool but if someone actually looked at our badges they could clearly see that we live here or not. This pool policy is ridiculous, LOOK at our badge then let us in with our up to 6 guests. Also, don't lock us out of the B&C from the pool and maybe less people would bring in their own food and drinks. Then there is having the Trivia nights in the B&C which makes it impossible to eat in our restaurant, maybe use the theatre! Just my two cents but seriously these policies are crazy.

The build quality is exceptional, coming from a home that was constructed in 2016, there is a difference.
