Overall, the home purchase process was okay . One area that could be improved, however, is providing more flexibility for customers who are unable to attend meetings during the week. I would encourage offering weekend appointments or alternative accommodations whenever possible, particularly for important meetings such as design selections and walkthroughs. From a buyer’s perspective, these are critical decisions that have a lasting impact on the home, and greater scheduling flexibility would make the experience much more convenient and customer-focused, especially for those who travel frequently or work weekdays. It is greatly suggested that having some weekends appointments available associated with a cost of the property such scheduling should be arranged and will be extremely appreciated by the buyer.

I think the best part of the experience was working with [name removed] who was in charge of building my new home. He provided updates weekly and answered any questions in a timely manner. He took a lot of time to make sure we were satisfied during the build and even after move in. I would go through this process again.
