What I appreciated most about my purchase experience was the exceptional time, care, and attention provided by [name removed], our sales representative. From the very beginning, I genuinely felt that she had our best interests at heart. She consistently advocated for us, maintained open and frequent communication, and helped us navigate the process whenever concerns arose. Her involvement made a significant difference in our overall experience. Without her support and advocacy, I believe we would have felt somewhat overlooked or shortchanged throughout the process. What I disliked most was the overall experience related to construction deficiencies and the quality and timeliness of remedies as we approached closing and move-in. After making such a significant investment in a new home, I expected a higher level of attention to workmanship, quality control, and resolution of identified issues before closing. There were too many deficiencies that required follow-up, and at times the process of getting items properly corrected felt more difficult than it should have been. While [name removed] provided an excellent customer experience, the construction and closing-quality portion of the process did not consistently meet the standard I expected from [name removed].

Leslie was exceptional throughout the entire homebuying process. Her care, communication, and warm, welcoming demeanor made the experience feel both personal and reassuring. When I began having doubts about some of the selections I had chosen for the home, Leslie went above and beyond to help. She gathered information and photos showing similar choices made by other homebuyers, which gave me greater confidence in my decisions and helped ease my concerns. Leslie was consistently responsive, thoughtful, and supportive. Her willingness to take the extra time to address my questions and provide reassurance made a meaningful difference in my overall experience. Minto is fortunate to have her representing the company, and I am very grateful for the level of service she provided. After some initial miscommunication, Chris made a clear effort to improve the experience and keep me informed throughout the remainder of the building process. He provided regular updates, including plenty of photos, which helped me follow the home’s progress and feel more involved. As the home moved closer to closing, Chris was consistently responsive and willing to help. He addressed my questions and concerns quickly and made sure I had the information I needed. I appreciated his communication, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring the home was ready for closing.
