What I liked most about my purchase experience was how smooth and seamless the entire process felt from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything exceeded my expectations. [name removed], the sales agent at Minto, was incredibly helpful and made the contract process easy to understand. [name removed] at the design center guided me through all my selections with patience and expertise, which made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and enjoyable. [name removed], the superintendent, kept everything on track during construction and ensured great communication along the way. Even the loan process was seamless, which I know can often be one of the more stressful parts. Overall, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better transaction. From the initial contract all the way through move-in, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, making my first home-buying experience a very positive one.

From the very beginning our realtor bonnie and contractor [name removed] were very kind and provided excellent customer service as well as keeping us up to date with the process of the construction of our home. Any time we had a minor issue with the home our contractor [name removed] was more than happy to help fix whatever the issue might be quickly and efficiently. 10/10 experience of the process thanks to those two!

Dislike most: not able to upgrade appliances to the same availability as the Atlantic collection. Liked most: [name removed] team from sales to design and build. Everyone was very professional and personable. The communication with the entire [name removed] team was and still is very satisfying. We not only love the design of our home, we love the quality and where there was additional attention needed, the response from your warranty dept.
