[name removed] has been great since closing with issues. For Getta and other project managers you need to allow more time with the customer for walk throughs.

I am very happy overall with the product. We love the end result and the quality of our home and really couldn’t be happier. However, there was a significant disappointment in the build process when we were told about the likelihood of our home being ready by a specific date that predicated when we sold our home and the date we used to formulate our strategy. There was then a significant delay that we were told resulted from an issue building our staircase but we were not informed of this until much later in the build process and this shifted back our date by 60 days. This was even with the project management team knowing we had already sold our home. We were very disappointed in this. This then forced us to reach out to leadership to try and accelerate the build which they did and we were able to close on our home sooner. But all of this could’ve been avoided with better messaging and transparency from the project management team.

The whole experience couldn't have been better. [name removed] and [name removed] made us feel extra special. We felt like they genuinely cared and were happy for us. They were patient, answered all our questions, and guided us through the whole process. They kept checking in on us even after we moved in, and we loved working with them.

[name removed] was amazing and consistently went beyond her scope to help us or connect us with the right people to support. Lack of communication throughout the build process and lack of addressing concerns was frustrating however the MOST frustrating was having a final walkthrough with minimal concerns all to find out the day prior to our closing our kitchen island countertop had to be replaced the day of our closing. Certain items on the punch out list still haven’t been fixed such as our garage door not closing properly. Once we closed, we noticed the laundry room was getting hot, humid, and clothes weren’t drying when the dryer was on. Come to find out the dryer vent hose was never connected. Two days ago (9/22), we closed on 8/25, we looked up in the garage and realized the attic light was left on, to which we had no means of reaching it to turn it off. Both of which are fire hazards. When the home was being built, I was so happy to see the quality of the materials and tidiness of how they were maintained. However, as the home progress progressed, the sloppiness of the contractors [name removed] subs out showed. When stucco was being applied outside, they hit the fascia board with a boom lift, that took forever to get fixed. We have floor boards that we are stubbing our toes on that need to be fixed before further water damage occurs. Again, the door leading from laundry room to garage NEEDS TO BE FIXED even if I try to leave it all the way open for it to slam it doesn’t close. Outside, every single yard floods, the sides of the houses can’t even be mowed because they don’t get any sun and it’s a mud pit, drains should be installed or at the very least offer to be installed at time of group A selections.

The builder was amazing. They immediately fixed any issue that was in the home. The Build quality was great. Very few issues within the home either.

I appreciated how the community fostered an environment that reflected my ideal neighborhood. I find this type of environment to be conducive to comfortable living. However, the community gate needs improvements. Currently, it is difficult to hear when residents or visitors call from the gate, so the volume should be increased. Additionally, a small gate should be installed on the sidewalk, as I've seen non-residents walking there unpredictably. It's just a suggestion. You guys know better than me. However, overall, I love the community. And the sales representative, [name removed], [name removed], and others are really awesome. Their service is excellent.
