I appreciated how the community fostered an environment that reflected my ideal neighborhood. I find this type of environment to be conducive to comfortable living. However, the community gate needs improvements. Currently, it is difficult to hear when residents or visitors call from the gate, so the volume should be increased. Additionally, a small gate should be installed on the sidewalk, as I've seen non-residents walking there unpredictably. It's just a suggestion. You guys know better than me. However, overall, I love the community. And the sales representative, [name removed], [name removed], and others are really awesome. Their service is excellent.

Everything was amazing from start to finish Everyone friendly did everything they said. Always available to answer questions and very accommodating. Even my realtor commented on how the walk thru and presentation was handled so well. The realtor also said the townhouse was so clean and perfectly ready for walk thru. Our construction supervisor [name removed] went above and beyond during the building process and checking in on me after my closing

There is nothing I could say I disliked because I had the BEST team on my side. Starting with [name removed], since day one she made me feel secure and educated about all of the choices I was making. Her advice and great attitude made me feel extremely secure when purchasing my first home. Next [name removed], I couldnt have done this without him. No matter the hour of the day/night or silliness of my question [name removed] answered everything and showed me so much patience as this was my first time. He has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family. There were zero issues with closing because [name removed] took his time to make sure my home was perfect. Everyone from the [name removed] team made this process incredibly easy and enjoyable. If I had to pick one thing that really stood out, it would be the dedication and commitment of the Construction Manager overseeing my home, [name removed]. That man is a superstar. He doesn't see problems, he sees solutions. I've been in the construction industry for over 20 years, so I've worked with a lot of people in this business, and [name removed] is definitely a true professional. He cares about doing his job the right way, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he's working with. [name removed] is very lucky to have someone like [name removed] on their team. He made a great experience even better.
