I really enjoyed working with [name removed], he was consistent in communication with me and consistently made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied throughout the building process. I really disliked the fact that they would not show group B options before group A selections were due. For people who are on a budget, it really doesn’t make sense. Had to tussle with the ladies at the sales office for a good couple weeks before I was able to see what the options were for group B so I could make an informed decision on how I wanted to use the little bit of overage I had to add to the mortgage. I also didn’t like the fact that I provided pictures of what I wanted for my cabinets to [name removed], she confirmed that they could do what I was looking for, then it did not happen. I provided pictures from Pinterest and went over it in person, but didn’t click. Then I was provided with someone I could call to get it fixed on my own dime after I closed. Just not a great look.

He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, always available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction whenever I needed assistance or had to connect with someone. [name removed] kept me well-informed by providing step-by-step picture updates of my townhouse, which made me feel involved and reassured during each phase of the project. His attentiveness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

My superintendent ([name removed]) was GREAT! While working 3 jobs I was never able to come out to meet him. However, he treated my townhouse like it was his own! Thank you for that. My issues with purchasing was the lender they told me to use, was hands down the worst! The prices for upgrades were all over the place. Also, not everyone is on the same page, or they are allowing rules to be changed whenever. I was told & did close with no refrigerator; my friend was told she was not allowed to close without one. Minto is making up rules and prices are they go which is wrong. I would never tell one of my friends to trust Minto due to the major inconsistency. (Again, [name removed] was great! this has no reflection on him!)
