we bought the top house in the Atlantic collection and seems [name removed] cut corners and used cheap, flat paint (vs eggshell with no option to upgrade), we see many flaws, poor design designs were made in [name removed]'s part which are now being corrected, cheap bathroom fixtures, refrigerator is cheapest model and issues with it, roof wasn't done correctly

All was seamless, [name removed] was our builder and he kept us updated with tons of pictures and updates. [name removed] was our sales rep and she was amazing. Also kept us up to date. [name removed] was a breath of fresh air with her amazing personality and made it easy for us to pick out our upgrades. She was amazing I cant say enough about my experience. I can say that it was great as I bought a home in 2023 with Skycove and it did not compare the professional service we received from Mintos. I will recommend [name removed] to all my friends and colleagues. We are over the moon with our new home. Thank you all guys you rock!!

I have too many issues that were wrong when I moved in to the house. Starting with broken cabinets, leaks in garage utility doors, and bedroom door not installed properly, bathroom mirrors not well installed just to name a few. Those things caused me to take time off from work so I can be home for repairs. It was very inconvenient for me.

What I like most is the service I received with the warranty. It is excellent! What I dislike the most is the HOA. Their rules don’t make any sense and they seem to work only to make our lives difficult. When you need help, they are slow to respond.

My home had mold within 3 months of us moving in. Our MasterCare rep. is Kelsey and she's been very good working with us. However, there's only so much she can do when vendors are involved. After our insulation was re-installed, we had Preferred Air come in to re-install the a/c units and do some overall checking and they confirmed that food/trash was left in our attic. I gotta say, the quality of vendors being chosen/used by Minto seems to be more for saving money than it is for quality of work.

If I must say, I wish the garage was a bit larger...:)) and we could use a back yard like the first set of townhouses...
