Overall [name removed] is very willing to make things right. Unfortunately, they are so overwhelmed with work it takes a very long time. They would be better served to do better work in the first place and reduce the amount of fixing they have to do after the fact. They rush through the build and wind up with a long list of punch list items.

Some of the workers with different companies may damage something else while they’re working on their project. And then they just leave it and don’t tell you. I also don’t like that these companies don’t tell you when they’re coming to fix something on your home so they are show up and do without you or don’t do it. What I like is that [name removed] keeps its Customers happy and fixes any problem you have( petty or serious).

The concrete outside our home is cracked and the light has always been out since we moved in. I think there needs to be better control to ensure only residents and their guests have access to the amenities. Also pool hours should be extended all year round. We live in a state where weather permits the use of the pool until later hours. Seems like the hours now are very limiting.

Overall experience was very good with [name removed]. Little of a hassle when it came to securing a lot but once the lot was secured the building process was great. It was nice to see the progress of our home through the build. [name removed] took over as out sales agent halfway into the process and was very good and quick to help when we needed anything. [name removed] was our builder who was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. Only thing to improve on would be to send more updates and photos of our home during the build.

Its taking too long to get some of the issues resolved. we have issues with our cabinets and windows and its taking forever to get things resolved That being said, we are fully aware and have witnessed first hand [name removed] and [name removed] putting in numerous work orders and request to properly resolve these issues and the subcontractors cutting corners to do unacceptable patch work which the [name removed] team was promptly inspected by Mr. [name removed] and also found unacceptable. The cabinet subcontractors have been here 4x and in each instance have ignored [name removed]'s direct instruction to replace the two entire warped cabinets under the sink and attempted playing games by replacing doors and panels having nothing to do with the warped base. Once again [name removed] reached out and made it very very clear as to what the problem was and the cabinet guys still haven't resolved the issue. We are confident however, that it will be done since we first handedly witnessed [name removed] and [name removed] going above and beyond to meet our expectations and keep the [name removed] name of excellence preserved.

What I love most about [name removed] is the community itself and all it has to offer. The Mastercare Customer service providers are excellent. [name removed] is great. She's always making sure whatever issue I have it's resolved and [name removed] ( supervisor) made sure everything was fine my last visit. I really do appreciate the service. He was extremely attentive and professional.

All my dead lines were never met. They made several mistakes during construction, where i had to catch the mistakes and bring it up to the GC. After taking over the house we found several issues that need to be addressed and here we are 6 months later still waiting on the issues to be resolved. THEY INSTALLED MY CENTER ISLAND COUNTER TOP INCORRECTLY AND HAD TO BE FIXED ONCE I TOOK OVER AND ONLY BECUASE I WAS GOING TO GO TO THE CITY AND PULL THE PLANS. THE WAY IT WAS INSTALLED WAS AN ADA VIOLATION. I am a civil engineer and to be honest this workmanship is horrible and Mastercare is very delinquent with making fixes happen on a timely manner. At the end of 11 months if all my issues are not resolved i will have to seek an attorney.

Mismatched dye lots used for tiling bathrooms should have been noticed by the building superintendent and re-done before closing. Too many different workers required to repair or replace whatever was needed. Had I not been working remotely, I don't know how I could have possibly been home for all of it.

Need to be more selective when it comes to the vendor. I think the vendors finished work leaves a bit to be desired. I.e. paint, drywall, sod, tiles, window sill, and baseboard. I think our sales person and superintendent is great! both are extremely responsive and detailed . your hiring model should look for traits in these people

Problems since day 1 that have not been addressed. I was told within the first 30 days my builder would address these issues but that was not accurate. We were quickly sent to someone from MasterCare ([name removed]) who barely responds back. Cabinets falling off, tiles cracked, tree falling over because it was not planted correctly (again all of these issues since day 1). I would really appreciate someone contact me at 5614461311 since my MasterCare rep does not communicate with me. This is not a new appliance, this isn’t a new car this is a new house that was supposed to be our dream home and has fallen way short of our expectations. Very disappointed.

We love our home, however the amount of issues we've experienced is disappointing. We had an inspection performed a month ago and at this time [name removed] has done nothing. We have to hound them and follow up to get anything done. We just had Heritage tile out here as we have had continuous issues with cracking, chipping, uneven tiles and our tiles have been discontinued. The supervisor from Heritage has continued to be rude towards us and refuses to fix or acknowledge the poor installation work. We are expecting our entire house to be re-tiled at this point. We had to call the gas company ourselves to come out and replace the pipes that rusted on our water heater - not even here a year and they rusted. Then we sent a follow up to Mastercare to inform them the remaining parts on the water heater that need to be replaced. All other items on our inspection report have yet to be addressed over the past month and we've followed up multiple times and we just receive the same message that our inspection is being reviewed. Our house is under warranty, all items should be fixed and should not take a month + for any type of response to fix them. We were also promised by [name removed] to have our 2 chandeliers installed for free due to all of our issues and he is no longer with [name removed] so that promise is now gone.

I have had great follow-ups from my builder as well as from my sales representative, I have mentioned my dislike in the purchase of additional Uxari external camera hook-ups as they only provide cat-5 connections versus power cables. My main dislike is that I feel lied to from the Uxari representative since I did mentioned I wanted to install flood lights and he mentioned that they would works on the hooks-ups but that’s not the case.

The sub-contractors were sub par and destructive to the floors, windows, doors, bathtubs, tile surrounds, and garage floor. You have over loaded your Construction Managers to the point that they are unable to properly supervise the job site. We've built 3 other new homes and have never seen the lack of supervision to trade people and had the job site as abused. You're losing the quality and hurting your bottom line when you constantly have to repair and replace things incorrectly installed or torn up by the trade workers. Grout lines are white when they should be gray. I've had to scrub hard to clean the floors throughout this home. The sliders don't lock on one side and the threshold is dinged and scratched up. The windows had drywall mud inside that I had to clean up. The drywall finish in one hall is wompie. The front entrance doors were installed incorrectly cockeyed into the room and had to be reinstalled by the very people that do nothing but install doors. We still wonder if they'll live up to being hurricane resistant as they should be. The pool which we contracted with the build, has been an issue, resulting in time and money spent correcting the problems. The Intellichlor by Pentair is installed and wired incorrectly, both which would cause lose of warranty. We called Fountain Blue since they claim the monthly service expired August 2nd, 3 days after closing. We had no support on the pool. Now, let's discuss Fountain Blue's service. We saw one employee come to service the pool, only to check the water. He did not empty the skimmer or clean out the filter. When the next employee came, he tried to convince us to sign a service agreement while dumping the filter contents onto the ground by the pump, which was full of sand, nuts, bolts, and wires. He offered a veiled threat that if we didn't sign with them we would void the warranty on the pool. Why would anyone sign a service agreement with this company? I could keep going on and on and on.

All my dead lines were never met. They made several mistakes during construction, where i had to catch the mistakes and bring it up to the GC. After taking over the house we found several issues that need to be addressed and here we are 6 months later still waiting on the issues to be resolved. THEY INSTALLED MY CENTER ISLAND COUNTER TOP INCORRECTLY AND HAD TO BE FIXED ONCE I TOOK OVER AND ONLY BECUASE I WAS GOING TO GO TO THE CITY AND PULL THE PLANS. THE WAY IT WAS INSTALLED WAS AN ADA VIOLATION. I am a civil engineer and to be honest this workmanship is horrible and Mastercare is very delinquent with making fixes happen on a timely manner. At the end of 11 months if all my issues are not resolved i will have to seek an attorney.

I have had great follow-ups from my builder as well as from my sales representative, I have mentioned my dislike in the purchase of additional Uxari external camera hook-ups as they only provide cat-5 connections versus power cables. My main dislike is that I feel lied to from the Uxari representative since I did mentioned I wanted to install flood lights and he mentioned that they would works on the hooks-ups but that’s not the case.

Some of the workers with different companies may damage something else while they’re working on their project. And then they just leave it and don’t tell you. I also don’t like that these companies don’t tell you when they’re coming to fix something on your home so they are show up and do without you or don’t do it. What I like is that [name removed] keeps its Customers happy and fixes any problem you have( petty or serious).

The concrete outside our home is cracked and the light has always been out since we moved in. I think there needs to be better control to ensure only residents and their guests have access to the amenities. Also pool hours should be extended all year round. We live in a state where weather permits the use of the pool until later hours. Seems like the hours now are very limiting.

Mismatched dye lots used for tiling bathrooms should have been noticed by the building superintendent and re-done before closing. Too many different workers required to repair or replace whatever was needed. Had I not been working remotely, I don't know how I could have possibly been home for all of it.

Problems since day 1 that have not been addressed. I was told within the first 30 days my builder would address these issues but that was not accurate. We were quickly sent to someone from MasterCare ([name removed]) who barely responds back. Cabinets falling off, tiles cracked, tree falling over because it was not planted correctly (again all of these issues since day 1). I would really appreciate someone contact me at 5614461311 since my MasterCare rep does not communicate with me. This is not a new appliance, this isn’t a new car this is a new house that was supposed to be our dream home and has fallen way short of our expectations. Very disappointed.

We love our home, however the amount of issues we've experienced is disappointing. We had an inspection performed a month ago and at this time [name removed] has done nothing. We have to hound them and follow up to get anything done. We just had Heritage tile out here as we have had continuous issues with cracking, chipping, uneven tiles and our tiles have been discontinued. The supervisor from Heritage has continued to be rude towards us and refuses to fix or acknowledge the poor installation work. We are expecting our entire house to be re-tiled at this point. We had to call the gas company ourselves to come out and replace the pipes that rusted on our water heater - not even here a year and they rusted. Then we sent a follow up to Mastercare to inform them the remaining parts on the water heater that need to be replaced. All other items on our inspection report have yet to be addressed over the past month and we've followed up multiple times and we just receive the same message that our inspection is being reviewed. Our house is under warranty, all items should be fixed and should not take a month + for any type of response to fix them. We were also promised by [name removed] to have our 2 chandeliers installed for free due to all of our issues and he is no longer with [name removed] so that promise is now gone.
