The Staff are courteous and professional. They always assist me promptly with the issues we have. What I disliked is an isolated issue which is related on my master bathroom. The wall between the toilet and the shower faucet is having leaking issues and many professionals came and not resolution yet. Another items that I disliked is nothing related to the warranty team, but during construction which I noticed as below: 1) Some stones (granites were cracked during the installation and in order to put a new one, they tried to camouflage with caulking using closest color) 2) The leveling of the lot on the side of the house which has the A/C Fan, and the Draining is not good, it is creating a lot of muddy and also moisture in the wall.

Craftsmanship is not good and difficult to get things fixed correctly Things have to be fixed multiple times. The vendors don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Hard to communicate because of language barriers.

Your selected mortgage company [name removed] mortgage is absolutely horrible. [name removed] is absolutely trash at his job. Made closing day miserable and I was not even happy to get my house keys because of him. I couldn’t wait to leave [name removed] that day as soon as possible. Because of [name removed], I was at my closing for 5-6 hours. It was hell. He had to make changes to our contract probably about 6-7 times including on closing day because of his lack of knowledge with his profession. I’ve had multiple neighbors tell me as well that they had terrible experiences just because of him. The good news was that [name removed] and [name removed] we’re absolutely perfect and helpful throughout all of this.

They are so many issues that were wrong since moving In to our house. We have from broken cabinets shelves, broken mirrors frames from our bathrooms, to water leaking in our garage. To today some of the repairs has been completed, but we are still awaiting the water leaks from our garage to be fixed.

Given the amount of money I invested and financed for this property, I was taken aback when I was turned away after requesting an accommodation for the initial closing date. I had to plead my case in order for my circumstance to even be considered.

To answer your question: 1. is affecting my property? a. I don’t know, and if it is, this is not evident to me. b. However, on August 19, 2024. The construction Manager ([name removed]) responded to my inquiries regarding Facebook post reporting The Crossings at [name removed] having attic mold issues. [name removed] stated that all the HVAC conducts were fine, that he had inspected the conducts one more time the previous week, and that there was no problem with the ducts. 2. a brief explanation about the moisture issue a. From [name removed]’s official communication October 20, 2024: “moisture and humidity issues affecting homes in the [name removed] Crossings.” b. The Facebook post that raised my concern and I shared with [name removed] on July 29, 2024: Just a heads up everyone should probably schedule your end of the year inspection a few months prior. We did ours in June and the entirety of the AC system in the attic was never sealed causing water damage and mold everywhere. We’ve spoke to our minto superintendent and were told this is now a common issue with multiple homes due to the company mechanical AC improper installation. Which now has us questioning how everyone’s AC/Duct work ever passed inspection and how are they gonna remove and repair everyone’s damage/mold. If anyone else has sweating or condensing AC vents upstairs, told they have mold, and or any duct sealant issues please comment if you’d like we are trying to get an accurate number of how many homes have the same issues due to this AC company. This appears to be a major issue for everyone which can lead to further issues and repairs down the road for us all and needs to be addressed/repaired immediately.

Our master care person has been helpful in getting some of the repairs needed on our home accomplished. There are still some things that need to be completed before the warranty expires. I am also hearing that fellow residence have issues that occurred just after their year of purchasing, which is an enormous concern for the amount of money for our homes.

The Adventure Park was initially a major selling point for purchasing our home, however it's been underwhelming to say the least. The pool facilities themselves are fantastic. The splash pad isn't functioning the way it should be. Whenever I bring my children there, only some of the sprinklers are operating and not consistently. The onsite play area is either not very safe or effective. There are other areas of the adventure park that could be utilized better as well. We were under impression that the club house could be used by the community more often, however that doesn't appear to be the case. The development of shopping in the city has been lackluster to say the least. It's also disappointing that for a city with homes that are valued into the 7 figures after upgrades, the latest "big openings" are a KFC and a Burger Joint. Starbucks is fine and doesn't make sense, but I don't believe that I'd be as invested into Minto and [name removed] in particular if I'd known that this would be the direction the development would be going down. Additionally some of the H.O.A guidelines feel incredibly restrictive (fencing, inability to grow fruit trees, unable to build a backyard shed, etc.) although I was more prepared to make those sacrifices because I thought there would be more bang for the buck. What I love the most is that the community feels safe, warm and inviting for people with children. So that in addition to the fact that my builder built a quality home makes it otherwise worthwhile.
