I loved everything about Master Care. [name removed] has been amazing in getting everything taken care of when we’ve needed her or when she’s walked the house with us for inspections. She follows up with the owners and makes sure vendors work with our daily schedule . I truly think that having a department where you follow up with the owners on anything that is needed after the house is sold, is so important. From start to finish [name removed] was a pleasure to work with. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] made the experience fun and easy. I also had the pleasure of meeting [name removed] who was amazing on closing day. [name removed] offered excellent advice during the selection period. [name removed] had follow up from first day we met her to the closing. And [name removed] kept us posted on the build and followed up after close. That is the most important to me. Often companies sell it very well and then cannot be found when there are questions or concerns. [name removed] has the best people possible. I would, without hesitation, recommend [name removed]!

Within three months of moving into a new construction, I had a mold problem in my kitchen. It was a frustrating process to go through. I lived in the home for 2 months without a kitchen. I had to be on top of the vendors to get everything scheduled and done. The home care service is great, though. It has been easy to work with [name removed]. He gets things done and is attentive. However, I did not appreciate dealing with another person while [name removed] was on vacation. The communication was not the best. Despite the painful process, the kitchen has been repaired, and I got compensated for my time and the unpleasant experience. Another complaint I have is the parking situation, which isn't very good in my community (The Terraces). Limited guest parking spots, and we are not allowed to park on the street. It becomes inconvenient even to have friends over for dinner on a birthday event because of the parking situation. I hope they can find a solution for this. Despite the complaints, I do appreciate the community area. Beautiful facility, and it is well-maintained.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with [name removed] from the very first time I walked into the sales center. From starting the building process to working with my Mastercare rep, the experience has been great! The only think I disliked is that [name removed] removed deed restrictions when building the Pines. There are way to many investment properties and renters that don’t care about the homes they’re living in. That part is a real shame and reflects poorly on our community.

What I liked most about my experience with Minto Communities – USA was the overall professionalism and quality of their work. The homes are beautifully designed, energy-efficient, and built with attention to detail. The process from start to finish felt organized, and the team was responsive and willing to answer questions along the way. I also appreciated the sense of community they create with thoughtful layouts, amenities, and green spaces. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike – as with any new build there were small things that needed follow-up, but Minto’s team made sure those details were handled quickly and fairly. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

The main problem is my bathtub — I paid for the upgrade to have a bathtub in the master bathroom, but it came with a crack. I haven’t been able to use it, and they still haven’t resolved the issue, among other things.

I loved everything about Master Care. [name removed] has been amazing in getting everything taken care of when we’ve needed her or when she’s walked the house with us for inspections. She follows up with the owners and makes sure vendors work with our daily schedule . I truly think that having a department where you follow up with the owners on anything that is needed after the house is sold, is so important. I’ve had a fantastic experience with [name removed] from the very first time I walked into the sales center. From starting the building process to working with my Mastercare rep, the experience has been great! The only think I disliked is that [name removed] removed deed restrictions when building the Pines. There are way to many investment properties and renters that don’t care about the homes they’re living in. That part is a real shame and reflects poorly on our community.

What I liked most about my experience with Minto Communities – USA was the overall professionalism and quality of their work. The homes are beautifully designed, energy-efficient, and built with attention to detail. The process from start to finish felt organized, and the team was responsive and willing to answer questions along the way. I also appreciated the sense of community they create with thoughtful layouts, amenities, and green spaces. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike – as with any new build there were small things that needed follow-up, but Minto’s team made sure those details were handled quickly and fairly. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.
