Overall the experience was good. There were some bumps along the way, but it worked out at the end. I wish the process of buying and the steps involved were explained to me a bit more prior to going in. Also I felt the upgrades were a bit expensive. you are charged per item (ex there was no package to upgrade the kitchen as a whole. Every area was charged separately!!)

There is nothing I could say I disliked because I had the BEST team on my side. Starting with [name removed], since day one she made me feel secure and educated about all of the choices I was making. Her advice and great attitude made me feel extremely secure when purchasing my first home. Next [name removed], I couldnt have done this without him. No matter the hour of the day/night or silliness of my question [name removed] answered everything and showed me so much patience as this was my first time. Have some consistent issues and very vague time consuming answers… imagine paying $650k for a home and then being told, we will fix the items closer to the one year mark as they will just keep happening again… excuse me… I shouldn’t have to worry about the items or have to wait to get them repair. I had to pay one of the contractors on the side to come caulk the baseboards again my entire second floor is quaking but all I’m told is the house is still settleing and we will look at it closer to when your warranty expires.
