The condition of our home has remained above average after our first year of living in it. Very minor issues that need to be fixed secondary to settling. [name removed] has been exceptional to deal with for any work that we needed completed. Really makes the whole processes so much smoother than we ever anticipated. Unfortunately having to deal with heritage tile for repairs in our master bathroom has been a headache to say the least.

He was punctual, thorough, and just overall the BEST, he provided us with a great experience in our new home. We have had no issues/concerns. Would definitely recommend him to anyone- 11/10!

Build Process and Building manager were great. Overall, displeased with delays and quality of work. Quality of work was compromised big time with the rush to finish up project. Since there was already a delay, I would have appreciated that at least the quality of work within the home would be sufficient. It does not reflect on the price of the home.

1. I notified [name removed] - Superintendent December 2020 several windows installed are mismates- unresolved a yr later. 2. Notified [name removed] of same issue (window company made several unsuccessful attempts to install new, wrong window ordered for home. 3. Oct/ Nov 2021 met with [name removed] called out a few issues, to date only door hinges resolved and vacuum system, all others are pending. 4. Extreme diffuclty met with the designer and building of home throughout all phases in terms of addressing my concerns.

I would first like to say that we love our [name removed] community however we have been very dissatisfied with the customer service over the past several months. Unfortunately, the follow up on work orders have been inconsistent. For starters, we have multiple tiles that need to be replaced along with a lot of them being inconsistent throughout the house. Work orders for excessive grout and wash that was left on the tile floors and still waiting to be completed. Also, waiting on the dry wall and paint touch up to be done. We moved in at the end of April and I have be calling since mid May regarding the same work orders. Almost every time a sub-contract representative would come out they would only do a portion of the job and tell us they could only do what on the work order and I would have to call back to schedule again. This is fair and inconvenient to working parents to continue to have multiple appointments for the same concerns and the problem still not getting resolved. I have spoken with [name removed] on numerous occasions (who is wonderful and very apologetic) but it does not negate the fact that it’s going into mid November and things are still not resolved. I have even meet with the supervisor who down played my concerns during his visit to our house. It was only when my husband had to take off time from work and requested to meet with the supervisor again and only then did he acknowledge the same concerns I originally addressed regarding the multiple inconsistencies with our tiles and other concerns . Now I will acknowledge that [name removed] did confirm that someone will start repairs next month, December to begin addressing our concerns. We do feel like the timeframe it took for this to get scheduled is not acceptable since it’s been an ongoing concerns since May. With a house being on of the biggest purchase we will make in our lives I want to ensure we get what we paid for on the front end. We appreciate your time to allow us to address our concerns.

A day before the closing day and the closing day I was highly disappointed with several quality issues not being properly addressed in the previous closing inspections. After closing, I had the great fortune to be assigned to Mr. [name removed] to help me to correct those quality issues with my house. Little by little, during the year Mr. [name removed] has been a great help to solve those issues promptly and in a very professional manner. It took over a year to get the things done because of my tight work schedule (it was not easy for me to lose working days to be pending of [name removed] contractors), and the COVID-19 pandemic hitting all our normal living aspects. I strongly believe that Mr. [name removed] is one of the greatest assets for Minto Communities. He is a very honest person, very kind to people, and he is super organized, considering the amount of work he has to handle. Your company is very fortunate to have good people like him. Mr. [name removed] was able to manage my very disappointing point of view about [name removed] and turned me into a satisfied customer, to the point to recommend [name removed] to some relatives and friends who had the interest to buy a house in the West Palm Area. The sales department is great, especially Mrs. [name removed], she is always willing to help and she is very customer-oriented, with great service at all times. All people interested in Minto Communities that ask me for a recommendation go to her! This particular moment, if I have the chance to get another house, it has to be with Minto Communities.

A day before the closing day and the closing day I was highly disappointed with several quality issues not being properly addressed in the previous closing inspections. After closing, I had the great fortune to be assigned to Mr. [name removed] to help me to correct those quality issues with my house. Little by little, during the year Mr. [name removed] has been a great help to solve those issues promptly and in a very professional manner. It took over a year to get the things done because of my tight work schedule (it was not easy for me to lose working days to be pending of [name removed] contractors), and the COVID-19 pandemic hitting all our normal living aspects. I strongly believe that Mr. [name removed] is one of the greatest assets for Minto Communities. He is a very honest person, very kind to people, and he is super organized, considering the amount of work he has to handle. Your company is very fortunate to have good people like him. Mr. [name removed] was able to manage my very disappointing point of view about [name removed] and turned me into a satisfied customer, to the point to recommend [name removed] to some relatives and friends who had the interest to buy a house in the West Palm Area. The sales department is great, especially Mrs. [name removed], she is always willing to help and she is very customer-oriented, with great service at all times. All people interested in Minto Communities that ask me for a recommendation go to her! This particular moment, if I have the chance to get another house, it has to be with Minto Communities.
