The amount of time it takes to get something fixed by mastercare is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. I do not feel like a valued customer I feel violated.

The bathroom tiles looked like someone throw some of them on the wall and on the floor, mismatching tiles, water pockets. This is a brand new home a clean canvas this should never happen. I keep having to call the tile company over and over to have this correct and it’s still not done right 1 year later. The draw in the kitchen keep falling off tract from the first day I moved in and still is. I can walk outside between my house and my neighbors because it’s always soaping. The sliding screen in the back sliding not working properly. The biggest issues is when it rains there is water coming from under my front door, when it rains I come home to a puddle of water in my home and we live in [name removed] so that’s often. They keep send someone to kick the bottle down the road until my 1 year is up. My 6 months evaluation was a joke: There was an arrangement made for tile company, dry wall repair, painter, screen door repair. I took off from work to be there and only the painter showed up. Ok mistake happens great: I took a week off for my vacation: arrange for the tile company to come for evaluation no one showed up again. I reached out to my master care, a men came did the evaluation all is well right no. Heritage didn’t get a work order because the person who [name removed] sent didn’t work for Heritage. Then a manager from Heritage came did the evaluation Someone came out and got it done. FYI: I sent two people who closed on home in Westlakes Recently. I think it’s a great place. I am not asking for a lot just for what I am paying for. This one of the most stressful and anxiety provoking experiences I have ever had and this my second house that I built. There is soooo much more and lots of pictures to prove it.

The subcontractors hired by [name removed] are subpar, [name removed] does his best to handle them but at the end of the day the issues lies with the poor quality of contractors then it does with [name removed].

I disliked the fact that on my move in date my house was never cleaned and the things were not finished. They never installed my kitchen drawer tracks properly. Things are making noise in my attic. I have been in this house only since March and the A/C unit already went down. The dishwasher was never installed balanced and now won’t close and I will have to wait 2 more weeks for my MasterCare appt to fix these things.

I was told that the adult lap pool would be started with the second phase (within a year after I moved in last August 2019), and ground hasn’t even been broken and now I’m told there is no ETA yet when it will start. That is not fulfilling their commitment as promised. I also am upset that if my power goes out, I have to physically go to the outside and open the meter box (which is extremely difficult to open) when the power comes back on. I cannot go the fuse panel in the garage to, i.e., there is no main power switch in the garage.

The best part about [name removed] is [name removed]... I just think [name removed] should all ties with Heritage and Distinctive Cabinets. Since moving in I had a very horrible experience with both of these companies. These companies give [name removed] a bad name. I have to argue to get things done the right way.

I was able to furnish my home the way I wanted. The Project Manager was great ([removed]). However the workers hired by Minto are the worst. Master Care and I are working together to rectify 15 different issues still outstanding to my home. Some of the items I am still waiting to be fixed since July 27. Minto needs to really look on who they hire.

The amount of time it takes to get something fixed by mastercare is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. I do not feel like a valued customer I feel violated.

The bathroom tiles looked like someone throw some of them on the wall and on the floor, mismatching tiles, water pockets. This is a brand new home a clean canvas this should never happen. I keep having to call the tile company over and over to have this correct and it’s still not done right 1 year later. The draw in the kitchen keep falling off tract from the first day I moved in and still is. I can walk outside between my house and my neighbors because it’s always soaping. The sliding screen in the back sliding not working properly. The biggest issues is when it rains there is water coming from under my front door, when it rains I come home to a puddle of water in my home and we live in [name removed] so that’s often. They keep send someone to kick the bottle down the road until my 1 year is up. My 6 months evaluation was a joke: There was an arrangement made for tile company, dry wall repair, painter, screen door repair. I took off from work to be there and only the painter showed up. Ok mistake happens great: I took a week off for my vacation: arrange for the tile company to come for evaluation no one showed up again. I reached out to my master care, a men came did the evaluation all is well right no. Heritage didn’t get a work order because the person who [name removed] sent didn’t work for Heritage. Then a manager from Heritage came did the evaluation Someone came out and got it done. FYI: I sent two people who closed on home in Westlakes Recently. I think it’s a great place. I am not asking for a lot just for what I am paying for. This one of the most stressful and anxiety provoking experiences I have ever had and this my second house that I built. There is soooo much more and lots of pictures to prove it.

I was told that the adult lap pool would be started with the second phase (within a year after I moved in last August 2019), and ground hasn’t even been broken and now I’m told there is no ETA yet when it will start. That is not fulfilling their commitment as promised. I also am upset that if my power goes out, I have to physically go to the outside and open the meter box (which is extremely difficult to open) when the power comes back on. I cannot go the fuse panel in the garage to, i.e., there is no main power switch in the garage.

The best part about [name removed] is [name removed]... I just think [name removed] should all ties with Heritage and Distinctive Cabinets. Since moving in I had a very horrible experience with both of these companies. These companies give [name removed] a bad name. I have to argue to get things done the right way.
