The home had a lot of problems and it took almost 8 months to get everything fixed. However, this time around there were very few problems and at the moment everything has been fixed. it was very stressful, and I think the process needs to be explained better and the choices for the inside upgrades need to be updated for all the money spent . overall the builder was marvelous I was always kept aware of the status of the house and [name removed] was my go to person when I needed any updates or could not reach [name removed] . [name removed] was very patient with my situation.

Was unable to change my move in date, even by one day. I had a work trip the same day as my close. Despite looking forward to the closing experience for almost i months , I was in such a rush to close so that I could catch a plane that I was more annoyed than happy during the closing.

The construction manager [name removed] was great he's very nice and personable. I loved that we were involved in each checkpoint and update and they we got to visually see the progress. We are thrilled with our experience with [name removed] we have built new construction before and [name removed] by far surpasses all of them. Not even in the same ballpark.

This is my second home built from minto. First one during the struggles of covid. This time around has been much better. Since moving moving in only small items needed to be addressed and [name removed] from Mastercare addressed them quickly. Hes been great to work with.

When I moved in I was unable to use my dryer because there was a problem with the breaker. This was a huge inconvenience. There were small wear and tears even in as little as 3 weeks, locks breaking, towel bar falling, cutting board stripping etc

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, [name removed] has failed to provide a satisfactory solution, and I am left feeling unheard and unvalued as a customer. As a valued customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and expertise from your representatives. Unfortunately, [name removed] has fallen short of these expectations in every way. Her lack of knowledge and incompetence have led to a prolonged and frustrating experience, which has left me feeling angry and disappointed. I have tried to work with [name removed] to resolve the issue, but her inability to understand the problem and provide a solution has been unacceptable. It is clear that she is not equipped to handle complex issues, and I am left wondering why [name removed] would hire someone who is not capable of performing their job duties. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take immediate action to resolve the issue. I would also like to request a new representative who is knowledgeable and competent to handle my case. I hope that [name removed] values its customers and will take steps to ensure that we receive the level of service we deserve. Recently, due to ongoing construction in my community, a bag of screws from the construction sites was left in the road and my tire was punctured by the wall resulting in me having to replace the whole tire. [name removed] has so far brushed off all my attempts to remedy this. I don't know why, generally [name removed] has been good to me. This is however very disappointing.
