What I appreciated most about my purchase experience was the exceptional time, care, and attention provided by [name removed], our sales representative. From the very beginning, I genuinely felt that she had our best interests at heart. She consistently advocated for us, maintained open and frequent communication, and helped us navigate the process whenever concerns arose. Her involvement made a significant difference in our overall experience. Without her support and advocacy, I believe we would have felt somewhat overlooked or shortchanged throughout the process. What I disliked most was the overall experience related to construction deficiencies and the quality and timeliness of remedies as we approached closing and move-in. After making such a significant investment in a new home, I expected a higher level of attention to workmanship, quality control, and resolution of identified issues before closing. There were too many deficiencies that required follow-up, and at times the process of getting items properly corrected felt more difficult than it should have been. While [name removed] provided an excellent customer experience, the construction and closing-quality portion of the process did not consistently meet the standard I expected from [name removed].

My overall experience after closing on my home was initially very disappointing. The builder first assigned to me was unable to resolve several issues for months, which caused ongoing stress and frustration and made me lose trust in Minto Communities. However, my experience changed completely when a new builder was assigned. He was attentive, understanding, timely, and genuinely committed to resolving every concern. He addressed the outstanding issues efficiently and treated me with professionalism and respect throughout the process. I am truly grateful for his support and dedication. Because of him, I regained my confidence in Minto Communities and now feel that my concerns were heard and valued.

We truly appreciate all of his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone. Although we still have a few things that needs to be completed but with him there we know its going to get done.

She gathered information and photos showing similar choices made by other homebuyers, which gave me greater confidence in my decisions and helped ease my concerns. The Lanai is a TOTAL waste of space for us! There should instead be optional pre-approved design models to allow coordinated conversion of the Lanai into a more efficient space, such as a Florida room or a private office, for owners who don't need that outside space!

I live in a townhome and I can’t hear noise coming from the neighbor’s unit which is great. In my unit though, the walls a so thin, I can here talking or the tv from all the rooms, even when the doors are closed. I wish the insulation was better. Or at the least when making a choice in insulation, understand the difference in noise coming through room by room. The same goes with the carpet pad to prevent hearing the footsteps downstairs.
