His steadfast approach helped us feel confident we were in the best hands [name removed] could give us. I’m not satisfied with the scheduling of follow up appointments. There has been confusion on items that need to be addressed. For example I had someone come out to replace base boards after a major leak with the air conditioners ruined the base boards and drywall but no one came out to replace the lock board on the cabinet. Instead I had someone come out to replace base boards again in error. Additionally, touch up painting appointment did not match date and time in email sent to me.

[name removed] has been great at getting things fixed when we have contacted him about any issues within the home. We noticed the back lanai getting wet inside due to no gutters in the back, it would be great to get gutters in the back of the house to be able to enjoy the outside area when it rains.

The house selection is very good but not allowing cosmetic changes to accommodate different buyers then makes the result very low. I also think the lots are quite small and home are right next to each other, next homes allow the buyers the option to have a bit more land but the same home size.

I didn't like that after a month since I moved in i'm still waiting on items to be replace or repair due to poor workmanship or matireal, the 2nd level floor had carpet and it was so lumpy and uneven, very poor workmanship

The representative have been very responsive. They are respectful and make sure our concerns are meant in a timely manner. I normally get a response the same day or the following day depending on what it is. Some trades reply quicker than others.

Poor craftsmanship on the walls. The baseboard shows many flows; for example, the island walls are not straight, and I would love it if [name removed] would repair and straighten them.

Besides [name removed] m, [name removed] has been a massive disappointment. When we have issues, we get a run around of how to avoid having the problems fixed. When we do get people here to fix, they remove things and never put them back, they also left our home an absolute DISASTER! 100% unacceptable to us. Highly disappointed.

Getting to contract (the online lottery was extremely nerve racking), buy once we git the contract secured the experience was very pleasant. Every staff member we have come into contact with has been exceptionally helpful, kind, and welcoming. Some of the communication during the build was open ended but I do not believe that was the PM's fault, as it was probably due to some of the trades changing hands during our build.

There is no quality control regarding to the subcontractors used by [name removed] . Received the house dirty , painting issues, bugs dirt all over , we’re removed but at this point 6 months later have not been painted . Missing hardware , parts , dryer broken .. etc.. no follow up and no phone calles received since I filled the first survey … many neighbors are in the same situation

[LIKE:] I appreciated [name removed] who was always on top of things. From contract to move-in, if there were any non-sales issues (designed center or construction or move-in), she was the only one willing to assist. This rating is not for her part, just because from move-in to now, 2-month after move-in, [DISLIKE:]we still have to deal with constructions (dented new stove/damaged cabinets due to over drilling/Messy paint job/patio door locks are not working properly/issues with seals for the front door entrance and outdoor ceiling by back yard patio). My brother-in-law who bought a [name removed] home before had a really good experience. He highly recommended Minto Communities to us! When he came to our new home, he was disappointed with the details of the workmanship and overall process.

It's really hard to summarize the multitude of pros and cons as to our experience with [name removed]. The individuals that we have interacted with, specifically our Sales Person, Builder and Warranty/MasterCare [name removed] have been exceptional. However, the amount of time to remedy deficiencies in the home has been completely unacceptable. To be told that I have to "remind" a contractor to finish a repair or even start it is terrible professional ethic- we are still waiting on items from several calls that have not been remedied and [name removed] has not even stepped up to offer compensation or otherwise in the name of customer service. From this standpoint, I'd say [name removed] has not met their commitment to us and we would be hard-pressed to recommend the builder or have faith in their promises. I hope to hear from an executive from the organization to speak on this because I can't believe that this is how an organization of this caliber conducts business!

Except for the VIP List, apparently our computer was not fast enough because it took nine months to secure a lot smh. we love the model home we chose except our neighbor chose a similar type home and now both our major sun windows face each other defeating the purpose of even having the windows being that if left uncovered we will be looking directly into each others home (lost of privacy) a issue I wish the designers would have taken into consideration before building these homes next to each other.

The house selection is very good but not allowing cosmetic changes to accommodate different buyers then makes the result very low. I also think the lots are quite small and home are right next to each other, next homes allow the buyers the option to have a bit more land but the same home size.

It's really hard to summarize the multitude of pros and cons as to our experience with [name removed]. The individuals that we have interacted with, specifically our Sales Person, Builder and Warranty/MasterCare [name removed] have been exceptional. However, the amount of time to remedy deficiencies in the home has been completely unacceptable. To be told that I have to "remind" a contractor to finish a repair or even start it is terrible professional ethic- we are still waiting on items from several calls that have not been remedied and [name removed] has not even stepped up to offer compensation or otherwise in the name of customer service. From this standpoint, I'd say [name removed] has not met their commitment to us and we would be hard-pressed to recommend the builder or have faith in their promises. I hope to hear from an executive from the organization to speak on this because I can't believe that this is how an organization of this caliber conducts business!
