The sales staff was generally friendly and responsive during the buying process and even after we moved in. We also appreciated the fairly quick responses and follow-up regarding any potential issues.

The ease in which we were able to communicate with our Project Manager, Master Care Representative, and Sales Representative. The process from start to end was straight forward and easy to follow. There was always someone available to answer any of our questions as first time home buyers.

My experience with [name removed] has been very poor. We had a shower pan leak, and our superintendent did not plan accordingly prior to going on paternity leave; his supervisor then took his time following up. It took over two weeks for the leak detection company to find the leak because they refused to open the ceiling below or take responsibility. After many complaints about my family being unable to use the shower, the ceiling was finally opened, but it then took too long to find materials. Now, the shower floor is completely slanted. When we complained about it, we were actually laughed at. Even after the superintendent returned from paternity leave, the shower was still not finished. Furthermore, the workers did not cover the area properly, leaving dust all over the place. When we requested a cleaning company, they never showed up. Both the superintendent and the supervisor stopped answering their phones. We eventually got sick and tired of the mess and hired a cleaning company ourselves at the last minute. While we were eventually refunded the money, every repair required a constant follow-up on our part, which was mentally draining. The superintendent never took ownership of missed appointments or mishaps and even belittled us regarding our complaints. The shower floor remains uneven and uncomfortable to use, and it will now have to come out of our own pocket to fix it properly. We are mentally exhausted by all the 'minor' issues that occurred. We are completely unhappy with [name removed] and [name removed]. This doesn't even include the issues we had with the sod and how horrible our downstairs ceiling still looks.

Like- MasterCare Manager [name removed] and Supervisor [name removed] went above and beyond to provide excellent warranty repair services - 100% recommend their warranty services Dislike how the Sales person did not have adequate knowledge for the option placement-orientation like hose bib which was installed in the incorrect location next to the default hose bib for which I paid an expensive option cost and has not been refunded because of [name removed]'s sales person [name removed] error. Also wish quality checks in all areas of homes were done with different trades prior to closing walk through and actual closing to avoid and deal with too many warranty issues throughout the home.
