Have some consistent issues and very vague time consuming answers… imagine paying $650k for a home and then being told, we will fix the items closer to the one year mark as they will just keep happening again… excuse me… I shouldn’t have to worry about the items or have to wait to get them repair. I had to pay one of the contractors on the side to come caulk the baseboards again my entire second floor is quaking but all I’m told is the house is still settleing and we will look at it closer to when your warranty expires.

What I appreciated most about my purchase experience was the exceptional time, care, and attention provided by [name removed], our sales representative. From the very beginning, I genuinely felt that she had our best interests at heart. She consistently advocated for us, maintained open and frequent communication, and helped us navigate the process whenever concerns arose. Her involvement made a significant difference in our overall experience. Without her support and advocacy, I believe we would have felt somewhat overlooked or shortchanged throughout the process. What I disliked most was the overall experience related to construction deficiencies and the quality and timeliness of remedies as we approached closing and move-in. After making such a significant investment in a new home, I expected a higher level of attention to workmanship, quality control, and resolution of identified issues before closing. There were too many deficiencies that required follow-up, and at times the process of getting items properly corrected felt more difficult than it should have been. While [name removed] provided an excellent customer experience, the construction and closing-quality portion of the process did not consistently meet the standard I expected from [name removed].

The builder first assigned to me was unable to resolve several issues for months, which caused ongoing stress and frustration and made me lose trust in Minto Communities. However, my experience changed completely when a new builder was assigned. He was attentive, understanding, timely, and genuinely committed to resolving every concern. He addressed the outstanding issues efficiently and treated me with professionalism and respect throughout the process. I am truly grateful for his support and dedication. Because of him, I regained my confidence in Minto Communities and now feel that my concerns were heard and valued.
