Regular updates and walkthroughs allowed me to stay informed and feel confident about progress being made. The final walkthrough was especially helpful, as concerns were addressed clearly and most items were resolved in a timely manner.

Objectively speaking, there’s absolutely nothing that I can credibly think of during my current purchasing experience, that can be described as remotely negative. From my initial contact with the Sales [name removed] [name removed] to interactions with [name removed], [name removed] and of course the Director of Sales [name removed], my experience was tremendously positive and rewarding. The entire [name removed] team comprising of the individuals aforementioned, were incredibly outstanding and invaluably supportive to me throughout my purchasing experience, especially given the apparent disrespect and unprofessionalism I was experiencing dealing with US Bank during the loan application process Each member of the Minto [name removed] were consistent in their support and professionalism, and I credited them for their tireless and persistent efforts that got me to the point of closing on this purchase. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. It must be noted that the mortgage loan process with US Bank was so heartbreaking, and NO ONE deserves to experience what they put me through. After receiving a pre-approval on my loan application, in the end, after the unit was constructed and I complied with all their requests, I was informed verbally that my loan application was DISAPPROVED, notwithstanding meeting ALL the necessary loan requirements, in addition to paying down far more than the loan amount. Luckily, I was so fortunate and blessed to be able to close without a mortgage. I also found it be be extremely insulting given that they didn’t even bother to provide me a written loan disapproval letter, to at least explain why the loan was disapproved. But I will not allow that experience to tarnish the great work and support I received from the Minto [name removed] of [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed], they are true professionals.

The only think I disliked is that [name removed] removed deed restrictions when building the Pines. There are way to many investment properties and renters that don’t care about the homes they’re living in. That part is a real shame and reflects poorly on our community.

Within three months of moving into a new construction, I had a mold problem in my kitchen. It was a frustrating process to go through. I lived in the home for 2 months without a kitchen. I had to be on top of the vendors to get everything scheduled and done. The home care service is great, though. It has been easy to work with [name removed]. He gets things done and is attentive. However, I did not appreciate dealing with another person while [name removed] was on vacation. The communication was not the best. Despite the painful process, the kitchen has been repaired, and I got compensated for my time and the unpleasant experience. Another complaint I have is the parking situation, which isn't very good in my community (The Terraces). Limited guest parking spots, and we are not allowed to park on the street. It becomes inconvenient even to have friends over for dinner on a birthday event because of the parking situation. I hope they can find a solution for this. Despite the complaints, I do appreciate the community area. Beautiful facility, and it is well-maintained.

What I liked most about my experience with Minto Communities – USA was the overall professionalism and quality of their work. The homes are beautifully designed, energy-efficient, and built with attention to detail. The process from start to finish felt organized, and the team was responsive and willing to answer questions along the way. I also appreciated the sense of community they create with thoughtful layouts, amenities, and green spaces. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike – as with any new build there were small things that needed follow-up, but Minto’s team made sure those details were handled quickly and fairly. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

There are way to many investment properties and renters that don’t care about the homes they’re living in. That part is a real shame and reflects poorly on our community.

What I liked most about my experience with Minto Communities – USA was the overall professionalism and quality of their work. The homes are beautifully designed, energy-efficient, and built with attention to detail. The process from start to finish felt organized, and the team was responsive and willing to answer questions along the way. I also appreciated the sense of community they create with thoughtful layouts, amenities, and green spaces. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike – as with any new build there were small things that needed follow-up, but Minto’s team made sure those details were handled quickly and fairly. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.
