What I like most is the service I received with the warranty. It is excellent! What I dislike the most is the HOA. Their rules don’t make any sense and they seem to work only to make our lives difficult. When you need help, they are slow to respond.

There have been some problems over the year, some damage to the floors, bathrooms, walls, but everything was always resolved. [name removed] the guy in charge of solving my house problems for a year has been very good, very attentive and always communicative.

I don’t think we disliked anything. Our overall experience was very positive. We started with our initial appointment with [name removed]. She helped us with selecting a model after listening to both my wife and I and our wishes. She showed us a few lots that met our desires before we selected one. We went through the color options and she helped us understand all the group A options. She showed us patience as we worked through our selections. Then she was always available for our questions through the build. [name removed] helped us select our group B options. Where we were stuck, she patiently helped us through color coordination and overall look of a New England Cape Cod or Florida Keys bungalow. [name removed] began our build by laying out clear expectations. Prior to our “how we build”, [name removed] left and [name removed] took over seamlessly. No one would know that [name removed] hadn’t helped us from the start. Having built two other new homes in the past, I am in awe with the difference in quality and workmanship of this home compared to past experiences. The whole schedule was exactly what we expected. The beauty and quality of the home exceeded our expectations. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for making us feel like we were your only clients.

I live in the Crossings and understand that many of the homes are experience mold due to A/C issues. There was a "town hall" hosted by [name removed] that told us they are aware of an issue but no further advisement was given. I would love to have a clearer channel of communication between [name removed] and the home owners so that we can stay up-to-date. Thanks folks. Y'all have been great so far. Just not sure where we are on the A/C thing.

Our PM was wonderful, the unit is ok. The handling of the mold issue is extremely disappointing , we attended a community meeting Oct 24, Minto reps very unprepared , but did find the issue has been going on for quite a while, we where allowed to close without being notified. Have had very little update as to a resolution ( air purifier installed) other than that we have been left to wonder what is being done to deal with the mold issue

While the superintendent and sales representative were a pleasure to work with. The finishing materials such as the cabinetry (vanities), tiles, lighting fixtures were all of cheap and substandard quality. This poor quality of fixtures/materials makes it hard for me to invite friends and family to see a home I should be proud to showcase.

We loved our builder [name removed]. Great communication and updates. We are thoroughly dissatisfied with our AC unit in our 6-month old $800k+ house. We have 3 rooms that simply stay 5-7 degrees warmer than the thermostat at all times. It has not been resolved. It is very very uncomfortable in those rooms for our family members, one who is young and the other is very elderly.

Painters could use drop cloths, landscape vegetation was just thrown together with zero input from me. Sales was the most annoying part of the whole experience. Next time I will have my own representation.
