The Lanai is a TOTAL waste of space for us! There should instead be optional pre-approved design models to allow coordinated conversion of the Lanai into a more efficient space, such as a Florida room or a private office, for owners who don't need that outside space!

What we like most about our experience is the building process. Our project manager communicated very well and was transparent with us from start to finish. What we disliked most was the time frame (long length of time) [name removed] took to reimburse us for an issue that was clearly caused by the faulty wiring of our AC system and faulty irrigation system and caused our electric and water bill to be extremely high.

I live in a townhome and I can’t hear noise coming from the neighbor’s unit which is great. In my unit though, the walls a so thin, I can here talking or the tv from all the rooms, even when the doors are closed. I wish the insulation was better. Or at the least when making a choice in insulation, understand the difference in noise coming through room by room. The same goes with the carpet pad to prevent hearing the footsteps downstairs.

Landscape Personnel come every week and disrupts my terrace, leaving dirt all over my furniture. Do not use the blower please, also if you are going to trim the grass do it away from my building. Do not step on my rug.

Buying our home was very easy and a pleasure with the sales agent [name removed]. Building our home was a pleasurable experience with our builder [name removed]. Moving in and maintaining our home has been extraordinary with my home care rep [name removed]. All members of the team were all stars and if I could do it again, I would. Maybe when the kids move out, we’ll build a new home with [name removed] again, but a smaller one.

Overall, the home purchase process was okay . One area that could be improved, however, is providing more flexibility for customers who are unable to attend meetings during the week. I would encourage offering weekend appointments or alternative accommodations whenever possible, particularly for important meetings such as design selections and walkthroughs. From a buyer’s perspective, these are critical decisions that have a lasting impact on the home, and greater scheduling flexibility would make the experience much more convenient and customer-focused, especially for those who travel frequently or work weekdays. It is greatly suggested that having some weekends appointments available associated with a cost of the property such scheduling should be arranged and will be extremely appreciated by the buyer.
