The customer care has been a bit difficult. The entire building had leaking water issues in October 2020 and we are still dealing with a major renovation on the interior of our home. All the dry wall had to be removed and replaced on the east side of the home on all four floors and all the units in these buildings for lack of proper quality in construction. [name removed] has stepped up to repair the issues. Every week we have vendors in the home doing repairs since Nov 2020. You can imagine our dissatisfaction. I just hope we are not going to deal with it again in 2021. Its not been easy with the kids at school at home and my wife working in the home while all the construction is going on weekly. This is the reason I can't recommend a [name removed] home at this time. [name removed] has failed the quality build in my opinion, if all the units are leaking water. Its Florida, it rains every week and water intrusion should have been a priority to ensure not only code was covered but any defects a sub contractor failed at. I think the quality build manager failed all of us new home buyers and should be held accountable. Feel free to call me for more information.

The very top floor when rain fall water settles and then he color changes it’s unsightly . There are a few minor stuff that need to be addressed.

We feel that too many items that needed to be fixed —when we were initially told that they were going to be fixed ...to find out later that they were not. Since then more items need to be fixed and they still are not fixed with no time frames in place. Very frustrating and we are very disappointed.

The process was very smooth and all that helped us very friendly.

We wanted all of the issues with our townhouse addressed before we moved in and were told they were only to find out that they were not. When we asked for a walls to be repainted, they came in and spray painted and left paint residue all over the cabinets, light fixtures and floors. Now things are delayed due to COVID. The fourth floor of the townhouse still remains hot. The remedy they came up with does not work. Many other items still need to be addressed. We are patiently waiting.
